Development of solar diffuser.
Pintr, Pavel
Theoretically attainable productions of photovoltaic plants depend on the quality of solar sensors. We can determine an effeciency and reliability of photovoltaic plants with them. We introduce optical simulation of the original solution of solar sensor in software Optic Studio 15.5 Zemax. We propose new diffuser shape of solar sensor according to our analyse. We\ndescribe a development of first prototypes and their testing in the real conditions.

Cloning, detection and analysis of the gene cluster coding synthesis of the antibiotic Anthramycin
Poubová, Martina ; Černá, Milena (advisor)
he aim was to find , isolate and sequence a cluster of genes coding for the synthesis of anthramycin , antibiotics group pyrrolobenzodiazepines whose producer Streptomyces refuineus var . thermotolerans . Pyrrolo [2,1- c ] [1,4] benzodiazepines are a class of naturally occurring antibiotics anticancer effect. These are molecules that bind covalently to DNA molecules and this leads to blockage of transcription. Although anthramycin least affects the bone marrow, was not put into clinical practice as antitumor antibiotic because of the high cardiotoxicity. Better effects and good clinical features expected from a new synthetic analogues both in terms of antitumor antibiotics , and the production of antimicrobial compounds and antimalarial drugs . So far, successful antibiotic related families of antibiotics , lincosamide , was clindamycin antibacterial and antiparasitic effect. Knowledge of the genetic background of these substances allows modification simultaneously substances used , followed by a less costly production more efficient and safer substances. Using molecular biological methods were isolated part of the chromosomal DNA Producer Streptomyces refuineus var . thermotolerans containing the complete gene cluster anthramycin biosynthesis .

Personal Charasteristics and Social Aspects in Some Social roles in Bullying
ŠTĚPNIČKOVÁ, Lucie
My diploma thesis deals with social support of chosen roles which occur while bullying the role of a victim and a defender. The diploma paper is divided into two consecutive parts a theoretical and a practical one. In the beginning of the theoretical part I introduced the problems of bullying and identified the roles which can be present while bullying. I also focused on the characteristics of terms: social support, capturing its forms, the participants of bullying and last, but not least the differences in children´s age. The practical part contains mixed (quantitative and qualitative) research methods. There are two goals of the research, the first is to reveal the potential roles of participants of bullying in a class team, and the second one is to detect the level of social support provided by teachers and classmates to defenders and victims of bullying. The qualitative research works as a supplement, it is focused to opinions and attitudes of defenders and victims considering the behaviour while bullying.

Navrhnout, jakou novou strategii by měla Keňa uplatňovat v rozvoji cestovního ruchu, aby z části dokázala zmírnit chudobu svých obyvatel, tzn. jak by cestovní ruch mohl pozitivně ovlivnit životní úroveň keňských obyvatel. Budu se věnovat především alternativním formám cestovního ruchu. 2. Záměrům a cíli diplomové práce odpovídá struktura členění.

There will be couple of hand picked trades, which will be analyzed as another part of this chapter. Chapter evaluation of results is focusd not only on evaluating each currency pair and it s various timeframes, but other statistics too, which where acquired during the testing period. Average 50% year over year rentability reached on hourly timeframe and 30% rentability reached on four hour timeframe proves the overall profitability and usefulness of the strategy. Finally, the Conclussion, chapter where we focus on future development of the trading strategy and its integration into a komplex trading approach, which consists of several trading strategies, which are ultimately creating cooperative entity.
