International legal regulation of private law aspects of child abduction

74 Abstract The international legal regulation of civil aspects related to wrongful removals of children The purpose of my thesis is to analyse international documents related to wrongful removal of children. The reason for my research is that the number of wrongful removals of children is increasing and therefore it is necessary to govern their solutions with a strong international rule of law, main purpose of which is to protect the welfare of minor children. This thesis is composed of five chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of subject matter. Chapter One explains in general terms of international abduction of children or the wrongful removal of children. Chapter Two deals with the main documents that govern disputes, arising out of international abductions of children, in 69 countries all around the world. It is Hague Convention of 25 October 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. This chapter consists of the history of Convention's creation, it's subject, purpose and terminology, together with an analysis of every provision of Convention. The Free Trade Agreements between the EU and the ACP States

This thesis surveys the history, development and the present state of trade relations between the European Union and the developing world, represented in this case by the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP). It primarily explains why the EU has such close relations with these countries. The thesis analyzes the types of agreements that fostered current relations between the EU and the ACP over recent years which were, in part, based upon trading options offered during former times. The thesis also seeks to explain why the standing agreements had to be replaced and what problems arose from their respective negotiations. Last but not least, the thesis describes the present state of trade relations between the EU and the ACP States and presents the current free trade agreements and the specifics.

Speech Instruction and the Prevention of Break-downs in Communication Abilities in a Nursery School

This diploma thesis analyzes and compares the legislation frame of pre-primary education within its history from the beginning of institutionalized education of children in our territory. It also introduces the framework of pre-school education and compares the targets and tasks stated for language and speech education, including the program of speech and communication impairments treatment development. The last two chapters describe children speech development theories and preventive training in general. The practice part covers an analysis of questionnaire-based research, which was questioning the kindergarten teachers about their basic and advanced education in field of children speech and communication development, as well as about their cooperation with parents. This bachelor thesis deals with Islam in the politics of Arabian countries and with its culturally historical context. A case study is concerned with Saudi Arabia. As far as historical context is concerned, the thesis focuses on the territory of The Arabian peninsula, especially. The aim of the thesis is to find out, how Islam influenced a political organization in the individual state units from the time of the prophet Mohammed to the fall of the Ottoman Empire and how Islam influences a political organization of Saudi Arabia today. The thesis divides into three parts. The first part of the thesis devotes to historical context of Islam. A second part of the thesis deals with Islamic culture including its duties and practices, Islamic law sharia or cultural dimensions of Arabian world according to the studies of Geert Hofstede. The last part of the thesis is the case study.

The Thesis handle about the Indian gastronomy. The theoretical part introduceces India and it's position in the world tourism, it's history and influences of the history on the gastronomy. Next part introduces basic foodstuffs, differences between indian regions, religion restrictions and the etiquette of indian dining. The practical part evaluates Indian gastronomy in Prague. There is one chosen restaurant near specified and compared with it's competition.

This bachelor thesis is oriented to applications for education of students in object oriented programming in Java and C# languages. There are described mainly used applications in the world, for Java language there are BlueJ, Greenfoot, Alice, JKarel, jGRASP and DrJava, for C# language SGP Baltie 4 C# and some other supporting applications for programming or OOP principles. The goal of this thesis is to determine which applications are used for OOP, analyse them, compare together their suitability for high school and university tuition and recommend their optimal involvement in teaching programming. In the thesis there are also mentioned other applications which can be used beside. This thesis has benefits in created list of applications for teaching, their comparison in scope, learning approach, suitability for programming and recommendations for tuitions on high schools, colleges and universities. At the beginning there is mentioned history of teaching programming languages, described principles of object oriented programming and their's relation with object oriented languages. Next part is oriented to applications' description. At the end there are applications compared together in several criterias, assessed, and there are also recommendations for teaching OOP.

This bachelor work is primarily focused on mortgage trends in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the work a mortgage is defined, also its brief history, processing, obtaining, paying, each providers, types and forms of state assistances. In the second part the mortgage market in the Czech Republich is described from the begining of providing to the present and also some market determinants which influence the trend. Then it is focused on the origin and the trend of a hypothecary crisis in the USA and its successive spread all over the world. Tendencies of the mortgage market trends are described here, too. Description of the Slovakian market and comparison to the Czech one make the finish of the work.
