Founder' Method of School Headmasters Evaluation

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation methods of headmasters. The aim of the thesis was to find out if the founders have predetermined the methodology of the evaluation of headmasters within the randomly chosen group of school founders in Central Bohemian region. The first part focuses on the characteristics of theoretical information in the sphere of human resource management. Particularly, it describes the common evaluation methods of employees and familiarisation with the problem of school ambience. The research is realised by quantitative method and the empirical sort of survey with the use of questionnaire where the main objective is to find out whether the founders predetermined the methodology of the school headmasters evaluation. The thesis is divided into partial aims which tries to determine who sets the methodology of the evaluation of the school headmasters. The reasons for the evaluation of headmasters by the founders have been found out. Furthermore, it also took the widely used ways of evaluation into account and what are the motivational factors, according to the founder, in order to improve its own working productivity. THE SUMMARY: This bachelor thesis deals with the survey and comparisons of the criteria often used by the founders of Primary Art Schools for the selection of headmasters in Plzen region. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to confirm or disclaim the research hypothesis whether the founders have predetermined criteria for the selection of headmasters. One of the partial aims was to find out if the questioned founders took a set of concrete legislative frame of required criteria for the selection of the headmasters into account. The second partial aim describes the founder's opinion of the issue considering the headmaster's requirements to obtain manager education before their office ingression in the region. The next part deals with the comparison of research results between the regional and municipal founders. The thesis is based on the theoretical part of the human resources management, the founder's authority and the headmaster's authority model. The empirical part displays the research outcomes, which are based on a questionnaire survey and additional interviews. On the Road to the School Uniform

This work describes a practical and easy way to grasp the steps that must be taken at state (public) elementary school in implementing school uniforms, which are becoming essential tool changes the quality of school culture. Also briefly summarizes the theoretical background and the history of school uniforms not only in Czech Republic but in part also abroad. Submitted known reasons for and against the introduction of school uniforms in elementary schools. It gives examples of public opinion and the impact of the introduction of school uniforms for the first public elementary school in Prague in 2012. His research reveals opinions of a variety of head teachers of primary schools in Prague on the possible introduction of school uniforms in schools it administers. Selection procedure for the position of school direktor in Central Bohemia Region

The bachelor thesis Selection procedure for the position of school director in Central Bohemia Region is focused on examining the situation in this region due to the realized open competitions for the post of headmaster. The work examines and compares the views of different target groups and is trying to detect shifts in attitude caused by the amendment to the Education Act. The work is intended for headmasters, school founders and the general public, who may be concerned in the selection processes. The important part of the thesis is a summary of information regarding the current legislative framework, new regulatory changes and their impact on the selection processes for the position of school director. The work includes both quantitative and qualitative data concerning the open competitions which took place in the Central Bohemia Region after 1/1/2012. The case study covers the views of various parties involved in the selection procedure. This research aims to deepen the knowledge within this area. Issue of rating headmasters

Final thesis deals with the evaluation of headmasters established by municipalities in the Ústí nad Labem region and Zlín region. The aim of this work is to determine whether school authorities use their legal possibility to carry out regular reviews of headmasters based on existing criteria, and if the ratings do not differ significantly. Selection criteria for the evaluation is subjective founders, but if an assessment is carried out for the benefit of both parties, founders should have the appropriate skills to monitor quality. Another objective of the final thesis is an analysis of education evaluators. The secondary objective is to verify the existence criteria, which the founders used in the bankruptcy proceedings to select a suitable candidate for a senior executive in education. These are the criteria beyond the legal requirements. Introductory chapters in the theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general rules that apply to the appointment and evaluation of headmasters. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the quality of mutual relations between the municipalities as founders of nursery and primary schools and their management, especially in terms of financing. It is concerned with the interaction on the elementary level, issuing from the legal regulations, as well as on the facultative - above standard - level. It deals with the headmasters' financial rights and duties. It draws on the related managerial functions and competences of the highest school management. It is based on the theoretical facts, practical knowledge and the research on this issue. The purpose of the thesis is to decide, whether the mutual relations between the municipalities and their nursery and primary schools in the Central Bohemian Region, district of Kutná Hora, should be viewed as high-quality/adequate in terms of financing and related aspects. The relations are analysed through the quantitative research and the findings point out towards the low-quality/inadequate interaction in the examined area. Deputy Director - possible Level to the Position of Director

This thesis deals with the application of approaches in current practice that consider the performance of the Deputy Director as an appropriate or necessary precondition for the future performance of the school principal or the school facility. This work investigates current approaches that are applied in practice by founders, directors and deputy directors of schools and school facilities. The work is based on the study of available literature and applicable laws in the Czech Republic. At the same time, it draws on international approaches currently applied in the field. The research was conducted through questionnaires and investigations of implementations in the selection of future directors. In addition, respondents' views of founders and directors of the inclusion conditions of the Deputy Director of the insolvency proceedings. Also, respondents' views on the possible acquisition of management skills by the acting deputy director were examined. The analysis of the research describes the state determined and recommends possible solutions for the questions in the next period with emphasis on the potential increase in the quality of the Czech education system.

The aim of this thesis is based on a thorough analysis of the revenue and expenditure side of the budget of the selected organization to evaluate its operations and propose partial measures that will optimize costs and increase revenue. The first part of the thesis discusses the theoretical knowledge. The second part analyzes the revenue and expenditure of the organization and evaluates the management of the organization.
