Changes in locomotor apparatus due to an injury with permanent consequences

Title: Changes in the locomotor apparatus due to an injury with permanent consequences Objectives: The aime of the diploma thesis is to define changes in motor system of chosen persons after injury using classic methods often used in physiotherapy. In addition, it presents some of the options of therapy and self-therapy, education and reeducation in the area of the client's behavior towards his health. Methods: This diploma thesis is formed with use of qualitative research. It is a pilot study focused on five persons with permanent consequences in motor system. The content of examination is an anamnesis, an ori- entational static examination, an examination of shortened muscles, en examination of muscle strenght, an evaluation of posture and body distances. All above were meassured every 3 - 4 months, when the changes in body posture due to premanent consequences are ob- served. Results: All data are processed using tables and graphs. Results has shown an improvement in all clients in different degree. Improvement in postu- re and activation of coremuscles. Excercises also improved stere- otype in breathing. Zhodnocení potřebnosti a využití loveckých psů v současné myslivecké praxi

Thesis is concerned with the topic of evaluation the usefulness and utilitysation of hunting dogs in the current conditions of hunting practise. The goal of thesis is to collect data about the practise; how are hunting dogs used in the hunting locations, how are legislative measures and those of use of huntings dogs kept, during the hunting together and in the hunting locations as well. Then the thesis finds out which under which certain circumstensis the injuries, deaths and moratlity of huntings dogs are the most probable to occur. The fullfilment of the thesis goal is considered to bet he application of its findings into the common practise, as for to improve the protection elements of the measures for huntings dogs. To obtain the neccessary data for the analysis the questionnaire method was used. The analysis then was concerend with the legislation in the Slovak republic and in the Austria and after the acknowledgement of the differences and similarities the results was compared with the legislation of Czech Republic. The final phase is to evaluate the porcessed data and propose direct effective outputs for the practise.
Accident insurance on the Czech insurance market

The theme of this thesis is Accident insurance on the Czech insurance market. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is dedicated to the characteristics of accident insurance and definitions. First part of the thesis also includes statistical data on injuries. The second part concerns market research and the possibility to sign accident insurance on-line. The third part focuses on specific offers of accident insurance for two selected insurance companies. The fourth part compares model of accident insurance according to the on-line and official calculators of insurance companies. In the fifth part, statistical data show the situation on the Czech insurance market and its progress in recent years. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the Czech insurance market in the field of accident insurance and to compare the offer of accident insurance between selected insurance companies.

Title: Incidents and injuries during outdoor courses Aims: The aim is to ascertain the extent of injuries that occurred during outdoor activity courses, conducted within the framework of teaching at the Department of Outdoor Sports FTVS UK. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of data from the book of injuries, regulations, and final reports of the classes issued by individual departments of the Department of Outdoor Sports FTVS UK which was collected during the school calender of 2009/10 to 2014/15, and their subsequent statistical processing. Using of NACA scoring system for assessing the severity of injuries. The research group consists of students and teachers of FTVS UK. Results: The result of this work is a clear summary of the frequency and severity of injuries incurred in various outdoor activity courses conducted within the framework of teaching at the Department of Outdoor Sports FTVS UK. Students' knowledge of first aid, prior to applying professional aid, at selected school

The diploma thesis "The students' knowledge of first aid, prior to applying professional aid, at selected school" discusses the above topic as a part of the training in both theoretical and practical part of the course at Vocational and Practical School. The theoretical part describes secondary education and subsequently training at selected school. The thesis specifies educational disciplines at chosen school and performing expert and key competencies of graduates from all fields of education. The thesis lists possible existing injury and nontraumatic situations at the school and training workplace with short recommendations for first aid. Conclusion of the theoretical part summarizes the legislation regarding the safety, health protection and prevention at school and educational facilities. The empirical part of the thesis is based on research. Research is carried out using the system of questionnaires. The main objective of the research is to determine the level of students' knowledge in the field of first aid, prior to applying professional aid, at the selected school. The outcome of the empirical part of the thesis based on the research, suggested recommendations together with a proposal for a lesson for teachers to teach first aid at chosen school are formulated. Analysis and Prevention of the Most Common Injuries Among the Players of Futsal FIFA in the Czech Republic

Title Analysis and Prevention of the Most Common Injuries Among the Players of Futsal FIFA in the Czech Republic. Objectives The aim of this thesis is to introduce one of the dynamically developing modifications of Football - futsal FIFA, assess injuries and point out the importance of using preventive measures. Methods In this thesis, it is used the method of research available to Czech and foreign sources and the method of written questioning - non-standardized questionnaires. This method is used to analyse the most common injuries, injury prevention measures and to obtain information about existing experience of players with physiotherapy. This questionnaire was distributed to the 27 clubs playing futsal 1st, 2nd and lower league competition. A total of 400 players were approached, the data were processed by 236 players (59% return). For data analysis software was used Microsoft Excel® for Mac, 2011. Results It was injured 136 of the 236 surveyed players in season 2015/2016. It corresponds to 42% incidence of injuries. Data obtained from non-standardized questionnaire survey shows that the most common injury to players in the FIFA Futsal Czech Republic is the area of the lower extremity (66 %). School Injuries in Physical Education Classes at the Primary School

The aim of thesis is to provide a comprehensive picture of the selected areas of frequent school injuries in physical education classes in primary schools not only pedagogical, but also from a health point of view. The theoretical part deals with injuries of younger school age children, school injuries (especially in physical education classes) and their preventive measures, safety at work in physical education classes. It defines the most common types of injuries in physical education classes in primary schools, their prevention and following first aid. The work shows what to do in case of an accident of pupil and how to properly proceed directly at scene of the accident. To avoid legal penalties for teacher, we also mention the right way to report injury, injury record and we deal with book of injuries. Empirically oriented part and its questionnaire survey demonstrates what level of knowledges are reaching selected physical education teachers of elementary schools in the area of legal issues, injury prevention and laic first aid. Title: The most common types of injuries in judo Objectives: The aim of this study was to determine the most common injuries that occur during training and judo competitions. Identify treatment options, prevention and identify most common causes of injury. Methods: The chosen method was theoretical and empirical, ie collecting data and information from other publications and conduct its own research. Selecting what is relevant for judo injuries and comparsion whith author's experience and research. Results: It was found that the most common type of injury in judo is bleeding, which is among the least serious. The most common type of injury that is concluded as very serious, ie interrupted carrer for at least 6 months, is rupture the front cruciate ligaments in the knee.
