Cílem této diplomové práce je představit literaturu Dálného východu' z hlediska možnosti jejího využití při výuce vzdělávacího oboru český jazyk a literatura na gymnáziích. Povaha této práce je tedy didaktická, neaspiruje na literáměhistorické pojetí této rozsáhlé oblasti literatury. Možnost pracovat se studenty gymnázií s texty, které patří z pohledu evropského čtenářského publika do velmi vzdálené oblasti světové literatury, zamýšlím demonstrovat na osmi ukázkových lekcích, z nichž tři budou obohaceny o konkrétní reakce studentů. Work with text (read skill) in selected textbooks of Czech language

V naší práci se budeme zabývat otázkou, jak učebnice češtiny pro základní a střední školy přispívají k rozvíjení čtenářské gramotnosti našich žáků. Nejprve se zaměříme na vlastní pojem čtenářské gramotnosti, jak ho nahlíží některé instituce a autoři, poté se podíváme na několik významných srovnávacích výzkumů, které byly v této oblasti podniknuty. Na tomto základě a na základě didaktické literatury zformulujeme, jaké znalosti a dovednosti čtenářskou gramotnost zakládají a jakým způsobem by je mohlo vyučování mateřskému jazyku rozvíjet. Tyto poznatky pak budeme konfrontovat s výsledky analýzy vybraných učebnic českého jazyka.

Long-term corporeal property in accounting and in taxes

Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnou souhrnný přehled o účetním a daňovém odpisování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři základní kapitoly. První a druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vysvětlení účetního a daňového pohledu na dlouhodobý hmotný majetek a jeho oceňování. Ve třetí kapitole jsem se zaměřila na objasnění postupů účetních a daňových odpisů, včetně vysvětlení odlišností mezi těmito postupy. V práci je popsána aktuální právní úprava daňového odpisování platná od 1. 1. 2008, kterou jsem se snažila srovnávat s právními předpisy platnými v roce 2007. Poslední čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá odloženou daní, jež je důsledkem rozdíleného pojetí účetních a daňových předpisů v oblasti nákladů a výnosů. Práci jsem doplnila řešenými příklady, které odrážejí teoretické znalosti získané při studiu odborné literatury.

The Poetry of Milan Koch in the Context of Beat Generation and Underground Literature

Key words (in English) Poetry, Underground, Beat generation, Counterculture, Analysis, Interpretation Abstract (in English) This bachelor thesis is dealing with the relationship between the literature of Czech beat generation and the underground of 60's and 70's of the 20th century. The main topic is an analysis of two collections of poems by Milan Koch: Červená KarKULKA and Hóra Láv, which are interpreted mainly in comparison to the poems of the collection Blues pro bláznivou holku by Václav Hrabě and to Howl, a poem by Allen Ginsberg. The interpretation focuses on concordances and differences in poetics of those - but also others - writers, on motivic analysis, on the bound with the context of then time and also discusses the influence of the american beat generation and their texts mediated by the translations of Jan Zábrana in the 60's (from the part in Světová literatura magazine in 1959 to later works in context of the 60's). This work is also about the influence of Allen Ginsberg's visit in Prague on the early underground and finally, present text tries to widen the knowledge about the life of the poet Milan Koch, too.

Forensic ballistics

The purpose of this thesis is to provide a general introduction to the field of forensic ballistics. The thesis is based on the analysis and comparison of numerous Czech and international monographies and articles, as well as on findings derived from a supervised visit to the Institute of Criminalistics Prague. As such, it provides a compact and up-to-date overview of forensic ballistics in the Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of eight chapters followed by a bibliography, an abstract and keywords. Chapter One is introductory and lays out the purpose of the thesis, the goals and the methods used. Chapter Two takes a closer look at the history and evolution of forensic ballistics, both abroad and in Czechoslovakia. Chapter Three answers the question "What is forensic ballistics?" in detail. It contains a definition of forensic ballistics and provides a reader with information about the main purpose of forensic ballistics. Chapters Four to Six are the core of the thesis. Chapter four deals with the objects examined by the forensic ballistics and is therefore subdivided into four parts, addressing each object separately: firearms, ammunition, objects struck by a bullet, and further material and immaterial objects. A minor as debtor in proceedings to enforce judgment (by judicial officers or private enforcement agents)

This Master's thesis describes the position of a minor debtor in enforcement proceedings. The aim of this thesis it to, first, provide with a complex summary of the issue, concerning primarily topical questions which are discussed by experts in connection with childrens' indebbtedness, and second, to further identify the key drawbacks regarding the enforcement proceedings against minor debtors, with an offer for a solution. The thesis is subdivided into two parts. In the first part, there is the notion of a minor defined - for the purposes of this text, a minor is a person who is younger than eighteen years old and, concurrently, who was not emancipated by a court. The following chapters describe the protection of a minor in the legal system in general, where there are principles of best interest of a child and the right of a child to be respected in their opinion described. Further, the procedural protection of a minor is discussed, concerning primarily the procedural specifics of trials where a minor is a party to the case, including enforcement proceedings. Ekonomický vývoj Číny v 90. letech a v současnosti s důrazem na aktuální témata

Práce se zabývá ekonomickým vývojem Čínské lidové republiky a událostmi s ním spojenými. Hlavní důraz je kladen na etapu počínající 90.léty do současnosti, část se věnuje i možným budoucím vývojem. Práce popisuje historické podmínky v Číně, reformy od počátku 70.let a jejich dopady na čínskou ekonomiku. Dále se text zabývá nejdůležitějšími událostmi let devadesátých a někdejší hospodářskou situací, hlavní část práce hovoří o současném vývoji, možných problémech v čínské ekonomice, zejména v oblastech bankovní a měnové. Práce se v závěru zamýšlí nad budoucností hospodářství Čínské lidové republiky.

Iterrelations between Questions and Answers in Political Interview

The object of my dissertation called Interrelations between question and answer in political interview is to make broad pragmatic analysis of dialogic texts printed in reputable daily press. This analysis is based on 43 interviews published in the Czech dailies "Právo" and "Lidové noviny". The dissertation deals, in the above mentioned sort of interview, in more detail with an issue of publicistic replicas and their influence on replicas of an informant. It is concerned with large number of certain questions (publicistic replicas are divided into replicas with declaratory question, complementary question, statement of interviewer with assumed answer of informant and reaction of journalist to replica of informant), then studies especially interview from strategy point of view used by journalist (manipulating particularly) and tactical strategies of informants (these are divided into defensive, offensive and manipulating). The dissertation also deals with relation of an interview to objectivity - the information one as well as journalistic. This kind of objectivity is mostly kept in interview. The Issues of Literature for Girls in Literary Studies at Upper Elementary School

This thesis deals with literature for girls in literary education at the second level of primary school. The theoretical part concerns on girls' reading, the development, literary education and present-day reading of pubescent pupils. Based on theoretical findings from the Czech and world literature for girls and subsequent analysis of selected reading books destined for the second level of primary school in the practical part, representative selection of girls' reading and options which can be worked with those texts in lessons of literary education at the options which can be worked with those texts in lessons of literary education at the second level of primary school are suggested.

Application of SEO for marketing

The aim of this thesis is to describe in detail the current ways of optimizing websites for search engines (SEO) and to apply them in a broader marketing strategy of italian restaurant La Casa Degli Amici. The thesis presents evidence about the importance of SEO for marketing and can be used as a template for optimizing you own website. This thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the concepts used in the design and implementation of the practical part. The theoretical part considers 3 main subjects - search engine, users and SEO which represents website creation and optimization. This thesis describes the history of search engines and the way search engines analyze and evaluate a website. It also describes user search strategies and the way users read the search results. In the SEO section we show its advantages, brief history, SEO strategies and description of techniques and tools that can be used for SEO. In the practical part we put together a marketing strategy which consists of website creation, implementation of selected SEO techniques and social network marketing. Implementation of the marketing strategy is evaluated on data obtained during the period between 1. 8. 2016 and 31. 11. 2016. Owner of the restaurant has provided data on sales which were used for overall evaluation of implemented marketing strategy.
