Ichthyofauna tributaries Lipno head
MRÁZ, Roman
The monitoring fishes guild in the year 2009 was effected on territory, which manages drainage area upper Vltava, namely on it duvet-covers going to the head Lipno 1 on tributary river Vltava. Following was conducted by on in advance you - nap localities, having above all naturaly character plus - minimum share anthropogenic hits. To monitoring fishes guild choice flows was used postponement by the help of electric current. Hunt was organized in 100 m sections - progressed upstream flow in his entire latitude. Individual hunts sorts were to be generically determination by the help of specific portfolio was given their longitude bodies consequently were to be undamaged fish returned back to flow. On the grounds bring out was evaluation state fishes guild, near whose we're determine funds generic abundance, biodiversity, ekvitabilition, dominantion, size variability etc . Following proceeded on 8 localities (CHKO and NP Bohemia Forest). Most often recorded sorts were to be Salmo trutta m. fario, Phoxinus phoxinus, Gobio gobio, Thymallus thymallus plus snug plus endangered species Lampetra planeri, , Cottus gobio and Lota lota

Two-stroke Engine Pre-ignition Controller with Microcontroller
Veselý, Tomáš ; Vorel, Pavel (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This paper deals with the problem of two-stroke engine pre-ignition controller with the use of microcontroller for single-cylinder engine and double-cylinder engine. The mechanical design is drawn for motorcycles JAWA and ČZ and for engines of the same mechanical type. The establishment uses non-contact status analysis of engine with non-electric sensor. The very important thing for the design is the simplicity of the establishment. The other important thing is the minimisation of mechanical arrangement of engine and the vehicle as a whole. The importance of this establishment is non-contact switching and the possibility of changing pre-ignition maps depending on the number of rotations per minute, the temperature and the load of the engine.

Study of emergency medical service preparedness for large number of injuries and casualties - bus accident
PRUDEL, Ondřej
This diploma thesis deals with problematic of emergency medical service preparedness in the Czech Republic, in the place of disaster and during this situation especially in bus accident with large number of injuries and casualties. Bus accident can create high risk of forming mass disaster due to many people transported in small area with low safety components. High risk of many injuries and casualties with chaotic first call make hard decision to activate plans to solve this situation for emergency services. Theoretical part of diploma thesis maps transformation of Czech paramedic system organization from districts to regions and new legislations for emergency medical service that solve preparedness, organization and duties during large incidents. Due to this new legislations were formed offices for emergency preparedness which ensure this preparedness. Practical part of diploma thesis is analysis of Czech paramedic preparedness that solve bus accidents as disaster. For this analysis were used data from regional emergency medical service headquarters (EMS HQ) - bus accident reports, drills for staff and special material equipments. But only 3 EMS HQ provided acceptable data and 1 EMS HQ partly acceptable data. Aim of this study is assessment in preparedness change for disaster during examined time (2000 - 2011) and comparison of real event to training drills. This part of thesis is supplied by statistic data (transformed into graphs) of bus accidents with injuries and casualties from department of Transportation Police of the Czech republic and Fire Rescue Service Directorate. Whole practical part is made by analysis of primary (documents, EMS HQ personal visits) and secondary information (information servers, journals). Within this analysis was made evaluation of Czech emergency medical preparedness for bus accidents with large number of injuries and casualties. This analysis shows that in area of the Czech Republic is missing central directorate for Czech paramedic system. Which is shown in varying material, drill and whole preparedness for disaster situation. This problem is also made by new legislation that were not here before (law for emergency medical system and law notices). High variation of equipments and procedures in solving disasters can cause difficulties during accident intervention on the borders of paramedic regions. For comparison to other countries preparedness is in this thesis mentioned Poland - special training course for specialist in disaster management, USA - Medical Alert Center (MAC) and Israel - control system for disaster drills.

Evoked potentials and its sensing
Fabianová, Katarína ; Janoušek, Oto (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
An electrical activity of the brain can be spontaneous (a signal is produced during the life of the individual) or can be evoked (a reply to the external above threshold stimulus). This work is largely dedicated to evoked potentials by which the brain reacts normal or abnormal to given external stimuli (sound, light, etc.). The main essence of this work is a project of the simple acoustical generator for the research of evoked potentials. This acoustical generator is also useable in connection with the EEG device from Alien Technic without any intervention to this device. Acoustical evoked potentials belong to the most widely used objective examinations of the sense of hearing.

The prevention of child accident - economic aspects
Stehlíková, Radka ; Písař, Pavel (advisor) ; Petrášek, František (referee)
In my bachelor work I will attend to a prevention of child accident incidence in Czech republic. In the introduction I will explain some basic notions which refer to health and their impressions and the most often types of children injuries. The main topic of my bachelor work is the progression of child accident incidence since 1996, when special programmes of prevention of child accident incidence were firstly created and are succesfully realised up to this day. Then I will focus on the prevention of injuries and how the government works in this area (above all by government authorized National action plan of prevention of child accident incidence for years 2007 -- 2017), then on investigation of national actions effectiveness, prevention expenditures and non-profit organizations involvement in this problem. Major part of my work is based on economist Sam Peltzman knowledge who employed himself in economic regulations, then I will explore in detail the "Peltzman's effect" in terms of prevention of child accident incidence.

Topical issues of the confidentiality duty of medical personnel

Compulsory vaccination
Falusová, Tereza ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor) ; Kryska, David (referee)
- Compulsory vaccination This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulation of compulsory vaccination in the Czech Republic. The subject of the thesis is a conflict between compulsory vaccination and fundamental rights and freedoms as a result of the protection of public health. An option to refuse the compulsory vaccination, regulation of following sanctions and the absence of compensatory scheme for vaccine injury issue are also analysed. The first chapter introduces the compulsory vaccination issue. It presents terms related to the compulsory vaccination and current vaccination categories. The second chapter describes the legal regulation of compulsory vaccination with its legal basis in international law. It is concerned with the function of international treaties in the Czech legal system. Moreover, it presents a criticism of compulsory vaccination with respect to its claimed unconstitutionality. This chapter also introduces a public debate concerning compulsory vaccination along with pro and con arguments. The third chapter is, on the one hand concerned with the rejection of compulsory vaccination, and its following sanctions on the other hand. The case law of the Constitutional Court has been analysed with respect to both secular and religious conscientious objections. Moreover, the chapter...

The conclusion summarizes the knowledge, which I arrived at work.

Optimal Control Strategies for Building Energy Consumption
Kaczmarczyk, Václav ; Horák, Bohumil (referee) ; Janeček, Eduard (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This thesis discusses the operational coordination of electrical appliances and devices in a smart home. At present, the diminishing volume of fossil fuels and the increasing pressure to use renewable sources of energy necessitate the integration of such volatile sources into electrical grids. This process, however, results in higher energy costs, and the consumers are thus more willing to change their behaviour to either reduce the expenses or maintain them at a reasonable level. One of the relatively few customer-oriented options to optimise energy costs consists in the demand – response principle, which utilises external information to minimise energy consumption during high price periods. Assuming the constantly changing conditions in electrical grids, and thus also the varying demands, it is vital to provide for automatic optimisation excluding the need of user intervention. The thesis presents a method which, after being implemented into the control member, will facilitate the optimal use of appliances and devices within a smart home. As the behaviour considered optimal from the perspective of demand - response is often inconsistent with the consumer‘s requirements for comfortable use of the appliances, the proposed technique offers a compromise through enabling the consumer to select the appropriate strategy. Five universal optimisation models are designed within the thesis; these models facilitate description of common home appliances and local electricity sources. The core of the method lies in formulating and optimising a mixed integer quadratic problem (MIQP). The optimisation task yields an operational schedule for the individual appliances, and this scheme considers the energy costs, the working cycle of the appliance, the user’s demands, the system restrictions and/or other input data. Furthermore, the author extends the above-discussed general technique, enabling it to adopt robust behaviour. The method then secures the preset strategy even during a marked change of the input conditions, and its robustness is a viable precondition for the overall applicability of the technique in the real control member.

Analysis of the effects and risks of the ricochet projectiles of charge gun
Juříček, Ludvík ; Moravanský, Norbert ; Rekeň, Viktor
The authors analyse the ricochet bullet effect on biological model of swine leg. The experiment simulates the real professional Slovak police action using the ammunition of 9 mm (type 82) in the municipal city zones. The results reveal the high ricochet bullet wound potential. The numeric model of the ballistics simulation points out the theory of the ricochet bullet terminal effect and the correlation of the terminal effects and the distance between ballistic barrier and wounded person. The evaluation of conclusions contribute to understanding the ricochet bullet wound effects and the principles of special forces ammunition selection for use in municipal city zones with lower risk of the other person gunshot injury.
