The diploma thesis deals with a new building of retirement home. This thesis aims to elaborate a project documentation for the construction of the building. It is a self-standing object on a flat land. The retirement home has one underground floor and three above ground floors. On the underground floor there are the retirement home’s technical equipment and warehouses. On the ground floor there are public services: patisserie and café, hairdresser, dining room. The first floor and the second floor are designed for the accommodation of seniors in single and double apartments. There are also a common room and retirement home’s equipment. The bearing construction consists of ceramic masonry of thickness 300 mm and reinforced concrete columns. The masonry and the columns are based on a concrete bases and concrete beads. The retirement home is roofed with a mono-pitched roof. The object is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system.

Multifunctional house

The theme of diploma thesis is processing of the design new multifunctional residential building in Prague. The house has four floors is partly basement. The building is operationally divided into three separate parts. Predominant part of the building is intended for housing, other parts of the establishment is a patisserie and last automatic garage The house is designed of the construction systém Porotherm. The pitched roof is double layer with a wood-steel structure.

The first floor and the second floor are designed for the accommodation of seniors in single and double apartments. There are also a common room and retirement home’s equipment. The bearing construction consists of ceramic masonry of thickness 250 and 300 mm and reinforced concrete columns. The masonry and the columns are based on a concrete bases and concrete beads. The retirement home is roofed with a double-skinned sloping roof with a load-bearing structure made of truss girders. The facade of the building is partly designed as ventilated. The object is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the business plan for establishment of sweet-shop in Brno. In the first part are laid the theoretical foundations of the business plan. The analytical part of this thesis deals with analysis related to the business plan, also contains marketing research. The knowledge from the theoretical and analytical part is elaborated in the third part, where the business plan for the sweet-shop is elaborated. This plan shows the real situation of starting business.

Included as part of the proposal is a product assortment, interior design and promotion of confectionery.

Besides the organization, a save of operating costs, that are currently being spent on the service of website, will be reached together with a creation of a new modern web presentation.

This Bachelor's thesis focuses on analyzing marketing mix of the company Dalešické cukráštví. The theoretical part speaks about basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix itself and his tools and differences in marketing mix between the company doing business in services and and the company outside of them. Analytical part introduces us the concrete chosen company, analysis of its marketing environment and marketing mix. Among solutions there are proposals to improve marketing mix of this particular company to gain more profit out of it and improve its functioning.

The master’s thesis deals with the project documentation of a flat building with sweet-shop in Brno - Štýřice. The object is designed as a detached building without basement with four floors. Floor plan of the building is L-shaped, fitted into the equal terrain. In the first floor is a sweet-shop, cellar, stroller storage, waste storage and two flat units. In the other floors are flat units. The structural system is bricks, two-way. The building is covered with a flat roof.

Commercial building

The master thesis „ Administrative object“ is processed as a project for building construction. The object is situated on plots No. 651/1 and 652/1 in the Brno. The building is designed to use for administration, 1 st floor is used for gallery, sweet-shop, newspaper shop and garrage. The house hasn´t cellar, it has 3 aboveground floors. The skeleton of construction is designed from reinforced concrete, walls are from brick-walled POROTHERM. Roofing is designed from reinforced concrete board. The building will be roofed with arched trusses with metal roofing. In 2nd and 3rd floor are situated offices, meeting rooms, conference halls and social background. The work includes the study of building and heat considerations.
