It starts with an introduction, which is followed by the second chapter which deals with the concept of international family law and its sources. The third chapter devoted to a general explanation of the conflict rules including the most significant related terms, such as determining factor or public order. The fourth chapter is aimed at the legal regulation of concluding a marriage with respect of the conflict rules determining the law applicable in case of capacity to conclude a marriage, its validity and form. This chapter also deals with consular marriages and marriages concluded abroad in case of threat to life. The fifth chapter contains he conflict rules of personal and property situation of spouses. This chapter at the same time reflects a recent progress in this field as far as European Union law on property situation in marriage is concerned. The sixth chapter is aimed at termination of mixed marriage and primarily at conflict rules of...

PLC Drive Control by means of CAN Bus
Polach, Tomáš ; Němec, Zdeněk (referee) ; Matoušek, Radomil (advisor)
The theme and goal of this diploma is a draft and a method of application of a drive algorithm of an omni directional robot. The robot is driven with the aid of a PCL from the X20 series, produced by Bernecker&Rainer. The propulsion is provided using 3 integrated regulating driving mechanisms, IclA D065 produced by SIG Positec, which communicate via the CAN bus. Furthermore, the robot uses sensors to read the positioning of its chassis and undercarriage in order to identify the traction quality of the surface of the terrain below and subsequently reduce skidding. This sensor uses the RS 232 bus to communicate with the PLC. Thanks to all the above-mentioned and characteristics of power supply, the result achieved is a totally autonomous machine.

Blaze Gratings with a Ribbed Back Slope
Krátký, Stanislav ; Meluzín, Petr ; Horáček, Miroslav ; Kolařík, Vladimír ; Matějka, Milan ; Chlumská, Jana ; Král, Stanislav
Binary relief phase-modulated gratings provide symmetrical diffraction of the incoming light beam. Asymmetrical gratings, e.g. asymmetrical triangular blazed gratings, are characteristic by an asymmetrical diffraction behavior, where one of the first diffraction orders is more important than the other one. Electron beam lithography is a suitable and flexible tool for patterning of such kind of gratings. High quality results can be readily obtained when the period of the grating is relatively large and the relief depth is relatively low, this is the case of gratings with a small blaze angle. As the blaze angle increases, the quality of result suffers from several patterning-related issues. One of the problems is a reflection of the incoming light beam from the back slope (anti-blaze facet) of the blaze grating. We propose a novel configuration, with a ribbed modulation of the back slope. This modulation is perpendicular to the direction of the grating grooves. This paper presents an analysis of the proposed blazed grating configuration. E-beam pattern generators were used to prepare a few\nsamples of blaze gratings with a ribbed back slope. One part of the experiment was performed with a Gaussianshaped beam and another one with the variable-shaped beam. Results of the experiment are presented.\nFinally, we discuss the optical performance of two blaze gratings with similar parameters, one of them is with the flat back slope and another one is with the ribbed back slope.

Seasonal dynamics and diversity of protist organisms in peat bog microhabitats.
Mutinová, Petra ; Kulichová, Jana (advisor) ; Šťastný, Jan (referee)
This bachelor thesis summarizes the literature dealing with diversity of protist organisms in peatlands. First part presents brief general characteristics of peatlands for the acquisition of basic knowledge about this ecosystem. Further, this work concerns closely with spatial dynamics of protists in peatlands, with emphasis on microbiotops. The final part reviews available information on seasonal dynamics of protist organisms in peatlands and also on the factors that have an influence on seasonality. This work concludes that the community of protist organisms in peatlands is different from those observed in other ecosystems. The composition of the community of protists in peatlands is very heterogeneous, because it depends on the type of microbiotop and prevailing physicochemical conditions. The communities of protist organisms are subject to seasonal dynamics as well. Nonetheless, this issue is largely unexplored so far, because there are substantially less recent studies concerning peatlands than for example other aquatic ecosystems that are frequently used for water quality monitoring.

SPARK PLASMA SINTERING OF BALL MILLED AND ATOMIZED POWDER BASED ON Fe-Al
Šíma, V. ; Minárik, P. ; Chráska, Tomáš
High-quality compacts were prepared using the spark plasma sintering (SPS) method from powders of similar composition Fe-Al-Zr-B. The properties of the sintered compacts are strongly dependent on the morphology and properties of the feedstock powder. The first powder was obtained by ball milling of the as cast alloy and the second was prepared by atomization under argon atmosphere. The morphology and structure of the two powders are compared and mechanical properties and microstructure of compacts prepared under the same conditions of the SPS procedure are discussed. The milled powder has an irregular morphology and shape of the polycrystalline particles, which have a completely disordered BCC structure with considerable internal stresses, high concentration of structural defects and the presence of aluminum oxide. The atomized powder particles are nearly spherical, polycrystalline with ordered B2 structure, with no significant signs of internal stresses and oxidation. Microhardness of particles of both powders was measured and compared with the microhardness of compact materials, the results of compression tests of compacts at room temperature were compared and discussed.

Marketing research in audiovisual production: pretesting of television pilots
Sedláčková, Dagmar ; Kruml, Milan (advisor) ; TOMEK, Ivan (referee)
Marketing research in audiovisual production: pretesting of television pilots" aims to describe processes behind the creative portion of quality TV program creation. TV stations often use so-called pre-testing in order to find out, based on a small number of viewers, whether the show will meet the station's demands and gain commercial success. The thesis analyzes whether pretesting might be a powerful tool to positively influence future success of a TV show. In individual chapters of the paper, the hypothesis is being proven or disproven, depending on factual examples and partial analyses.

Market analysis of PR agencies in Czech Republic in the period 2013 - 2015
Jakubcová, Klára ; Loužek, Marek (advisor) ; Křítková, Soňa (referee)
The work analyzes market of public relations in the Czech Republic in the period from 2013 to 2015 based on the available data. Data come from research for The Association of PR Agencies (APRA) and from the balance sheets of selected agencies. The main hypothesis says, there is a monopolistic competition on the Czech market of PR agencies, because there is homogenous product, a large number of agencies, no entry barriers and agencies don´t have market power. I tested the hypothesis by calculating the Concentration coefficient and the Herfindahl Hirschman Index. Both methods confirmed the main hypothesis of monopolistic competition in this market. Work also includes the TOP 10 of PR agencies in the Czech market according to turnovers. It shows that the largest agency in the 2013 was Bison & Rose and in 2014 and 2015 it was AMI Communications. I also compared the changes in income and in prices of services by agencies that are members of APRA. So I can say that between the period from 2013 to 2015 there was a 18% growth in income of agencies, which was caused by higher quality of orders and not by raising prices.
