Users legal protection in home for people with physically disability

The main objective of this work is to detect social service quality and its application in a particular home for people with physically disability - especially the application of Standard no.2 - Users Legal Protection. The place of study is Jedlička Institute for people with physically disability people in Liberec. In the theoretical part of the work, there is a detailed description of the personal norms and standards of social service quality, its division and especially the elaboration of Standard no.2. - Users Legal Protection. Each point includes criteria, risk areas, violation of the law and possible solution. In the practical part, there is a characterization of Jedlička Institute in Liberec, its services and the target group of users. I did the empirical research there - concretely questionnaire survey with social service users and providers. The practical part concludes with methods, objectives and analysis of the research. At the conclusion, I evaluate the research results and summarize my personal experience from the visit of this institution.

Body and gender of women who had undergone aesthetic plastic surgery

Objective: In our research we would have like to involve gender belief system and conceive their attitude against in detail gender-man, gender-women, personal gender identity in population of business women, who had undergone aesthetic plastic surgery. Next we assumed to understand the body formed by society and describe their Physical self. Methods: Empirical research, first exploring to know and catch up information about chirurgical surgeries. Questionnaire focused on Physical and gender self were used. Results: Their gender self was mostly masculine in case of androgyny. Body dissatisfaction and body distortion were parts to represent their Physical self. We could identify few bad body image distortions including. They wished having ideal feminine, mysterious, agile, beautiful and right body. Being on diet, using cosmetics and plastic surgeries were common in changing bodies shapes rather then sports activities. They preferred being slim even passive way by the way they could have connected slimness with being in form. Key words: aesthetic plastic surgeries, gender, physical self, sports activities, body

The main aim of this thesis is IT support of logistics in sugar refinery Cukrovary a lihovary TTD, a.s. In the first part is an introduction of the company and sugar refinery industry. The goal of second part of thesis was achieved thorough application of optimization methods of Operation research. The third part describes requirements on the new designed system. This system will support transport supervisor in his activities. The aim of this part was achieved thorough application of Unified Process methodic.

Consumer protection as clients of banks

The goal of this work is to determine the current state of consumer protection as clients of banks and compare the approach and procedures to protect this segment of the two different banks - Czech Savings Bank and mBank. The first chapter is devoted to the issue of consumer protection, and describes the basic concepts of key legislation, and engaged subjects. The next chapters examine the main reasons why banks protect the client's objectives of protecting the client, the basic features of the client - bank secrecy, privacy, openness of information and deposit insurance. The last chapter describes the specific problems of clients, focusing on individual products of banks and comparing approaches of ČS and mBank.

Proposal for Improvement of the work Motivation

One of the director activities is motivation of workers. The motivation is internal process, that express desire and willingness of human to take a certain pains leading to reach an important goal or result. This work occupies with the motivation and efficiency of the company . To obtain the information about the motivation of work behaviour is used a methody of questonnaire exploration. On basis of result this analysis is identified the problematic areas and suggested posibilities how to improve the motivation and efficiency system of this company.

Analysis of Projects of International Cooperation for Youth - "English Camp"

Diploma thesis has a theoretical part that presents the chapters of the Project Management theory which are relevant for English Camps. Knowledge from the theoretical part is then in a practical part applied on a specific English Camp which was managed by author of this diploma thesis. Goal of the diploma thesis is to suggest a set of actions in specific spheres of the English Camp management that will eliminate past problems, lessen risk of unfavourable effects and create conditions for better achievement of project goals.

Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union

The main aim of this dissertation thesis is to explain the creation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and to identify elements of integration and stagnation of this process. Consequently, the main question is whether the Charter leads to a deepening of the Union's integration or rather contributes to its stagnation. Two subsidiary questions of the thesis are as follows: Has there been a transfer of competences of the Member States to the Union due to the Charter? Has the creation of the Charter contributed to the formation of European identity? The thesis also deals with the role of various actors in the said process.

This dissertation is paid to questions of a development of psychomotorics. It is trying to refer actual state of motorics and psychologicall development conversanting parts uncohesion. It's objectives is proofs of connectedness between motorics and speech development of child with disturbed communication ability, knowledge illustration in concrete case study, positive affecting of monitoring child person speech and motorics development and child improvement concerning in communication.

The Fitness Strength Training Application in Physiotherapy

Name of thesis: Benefit from the use of fitness in physiotherapy Aims: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the present state of strength training in fitness centres in the Czech Republic and to deduce it's usage in physiotherapy. Methods: This diploma paper is divided to two parts. The first part is a specific retrieval of the current state of the broad issues such as strength training in fitness centres, back pain, muscular system and their impact on physiotherapy. The second part consists of suggested guidelines for physiotherapists dealing with the problematic of back pain. It includes the initial physical examination, methods of strength workouts in fitness centres and a set of exercises with hooked illustrations. Results: We compiled guidelines on the use of strength training in fitness centres in physiotherapy. Key words: fitness, strength training, back pain, human muscular system
