Souhrn Cíl: Náš výzkum se snažil postihnout aspekty genderových přesvědčení, zachytit individuální genderovou identitu v populaci žen, které podstoupily estetické chirurgické operace a jsou samostatně výdělečně činné. Zjišťovali jsme rovněž jejich postoj vůči stereotypně vnímaným genderovým pojmům muž, žena. Dále jsme se snažili o pochopení působení sociálně a kulturně formovaného těla na jejich sebepojetí, jež jsme popsali. Metody: Jedná se o empirický výzkum, chápaný jako určitá sonda do problematiky chirurgických zákroků. Využívá dotazníků zaměřených na tělesné a gender pojetí. Výsledky: Gender pojetí těchto žen můžeme označit jako androgynní s posunem do maskulinity. Jejich tělesné sebepojetí můžeme konkrétně definovat ve vztahu ke spokojenosti a odhadu tělesných rozměrů, kdy nacházíme i možné poruchy tělesného schématu. Ideálním tělem obecně je tělo tajemné, ženské, čilé, krásné a správné. Diety, využití kosmetických prostředků a plastické chirurgie jsou konkrétní preferované prostředky, které ženy volí k úpravě tělesných rozměrů a hmotnosti na rozdíl od pohybových aktivit. Navzdory tomu, dosažení štíhlosti je spojováno s dosažením tělesné zdatnosti. Klíčová slova: estetické chirurgické operace, gender, tělesné sebepojetí, pohybové aktivity, tělo Objective: In our research we would have like to involve gender belief system and conceive their attitude against in detail gender-man, gender-women, personal gender identity in population of business women, who had undergone aesthetic plastic surgery. Next we assumed to understand the body formed by society and describe their Physical self. Methods: Empirical research, first exploring to know and catch up information about chirurgical surgeries. Questionnaire focused on Physical and gender self were used. Results: Their gender self was mostly masculine in case of androgyny. Body dissatisfaction and body distortion were parts to represent their Physical self. We could identify few bad body image distortions including. They wished having ideal feminine, mysterious, agile, beautiful and right body. Being on diet, using cosmetics and plastic surgeries were common in changing bodies shapes rather then sports activities.
