Východiska "Tak jako všechny řeky ústí do moře, všechny otázky bádání o pohádce musí konec konců v souhrnu vést k řešení otázky nejdůležitější, na niž dosud neznáme odpověd; otázky shodnosti pohádek po celé zeměkouli. Jak si vysvětlit shodu pohádek O žabce královně v Rusku, Německu, Francii, Indii, u amerických rudokožců a na Novém Zélandě, přičemž styky těchto národů nemohou být prokázány?" Takto se táže ruský komparatista a folklorista Vladimír Jakovlevič Propp na začátku své slavné studie o morfologii kouzelné pohádky. Dotýká se tak jednoho ze záhad fenoménu tradiční lidové pohádky. Termín "záhadný fenomén" asi úplně nepatří do vědeckého slovníku, ale výborně vystihuje určité zcela specifické rysy pohádkového příběhu, jimiž se podrobně zabývá tato práce. Popis a ohraničení tématu Pohádka je, stejně jako ostatní literární díla, tvůrčím počinem, který uchopuje a zprostředkovává skutečnost. Pokud ji chceme studovat, je třeba ji nejprve popsat a vymezit. První část práce se proto věnuje dílčím reflexím a studiím, jež teoreticky rámují formální a významové roviny obsažené v pohádce. Důležitou otázkou je literárnost a neliterárnost pohádky. International double taxation of individuals

The aim of this thesis on the topic of the International double taxation of individuals is to offer particular point of view on this issue to the reader and make him acquainted with some current problems related to international taxation of income. The first chapter is focused on czech income tax, especially on taxation of individuals with its goal to define basic terms. Next chapter is concentrated on term double taxation and describes main reasons for its existence. Concurrently are described unilateral and international measures to eliminate double taxation of income and also methods for elimination of double taxation. Afterwards this thesis attends to bilateral international tax conventions and its evolution and interpretation. Considering the fact that majority of all concluded tax conventions are inspired by OECD model tax convention, the third chapter of this thesis is focused on the importance of the OECD model and its commentary for interpretation and application of bilateral international tax conventions. The last and main part of this thesis analyses several sorts of income in the same manner as they are categorized in OECD model tax convention. Controversial issues of self-defence in Czech case law

The focus of the thesis is set on the controversial issues connected with a legal institute of Czech criminal law called "self-defence", and how these controversial issues were dealt with within judicial practice. The first chapter serves as an introduction to the whole topic. The second chapter describes the concept of self-defence, as well as its prerequisites. The self- defence was classed into the system of criminal law. The goal of the third chapter is to define preconditions which are necessary in connection with application of the self-defence institute. The main parts of this chapter describe firstly attacking, first of all and secondly defence. Subsections of this chapter analyse the term of attacking itself, the attacker and his characteristics, the term of harmfulness of such attacks towards society. As for the second part of the third chapter it focuses on the defence itself, its proportionality etc. The fourth chapter is about the role of judicial practice within the context of Czech legal system. Mutual Notification of Smart Phone and Server

This thesis deals with notification between smart phone and application server which controls intelligent home. It is focused on Android mobile platform and it is implemented for that platform. Notification service Google Cloud Messaging is used because it is not possible to directly address mobile phones from server. Based on actual position and user defined area the server is informed about moving to or from the area. The server can perform defined event automatically with these information. Implementation was tested in real system. Alpha and beta versions were regularly published.

Národní parky v ČR a v zahraničí

Ve své práci jsem se rozhodla aplikovat ekonomické teorie, které se zabývají ochranou životního prostředí, na národní parky zřízené jako území ochrany biodiversity. Zajímá mne, jaké jsou výhody a problémy státních a soukromých parků, která z těchto situací je efektivnější ekonomicky a která z hlediska ochrany životního prostředí a jestli se u státních parků objevují některé aspekty soukromého podnikání. Jako zdroj budu mimo jiné používat studie efektivnosti národních parků, které již byly ve světě provedeny. Dále se zaměřím na financování národních parků ? zejména na systém udělování státních dotací a míru a možnosti samofinancování národních parků. V analytické části budu porovnávat fungování českého národního parku České Švýcarsko s německým parkem Saské Švýcarsko. Tyto národní parky jsem si vybrala proto, že ačkoliv spolu bezprostředně sousedí, každý funguje v jiném státě, a tudíž podle různých zákonů. Vzhledem k různému stáří parků a odlišné minulosti i současnosti obou států předpokládám rozdíly ve způsobu správy a financování národních parků. Zjištěné rozdíly se pokusím vysvětlit pomocí výše zmíněných ekonomických teorií.

Analýza podnikové kultury společnosti Energie MaR s.r.o.

Podniková kultura je dnes nedílnou součástí řízení organizace a výrazně promlouvá do jejích klíčových procesů. Jednou z příčin zvýšeného zájmu o toto téma je japonský ekonomický ?boom? z poválečného období. Na konci 70. a počátkem 80. let minulého století se američtí odborníci začali důkladně zajímat o filozofii japonských firem a jejich techniky řízení, neboť japonský úspěch představoval pro americký průmysl velkou výzvu. Vyvstaly otázky ohledně efektivnosti západních způsobů organizačního řízení a ekonomičtí teoretici i manažeři zaměřili svou pozornost na kulturní aspekty těchto podniků. Kultura podniku má v současnosti své pevné místo mezi jeho základními zdroji hodnot a lze říci, že její důležitost z tohoto pohledu neustále roste. Hodnota podniku pramení jak z finančního, tak i duševního kapitálu, v němž podstatnou úlohu zastává lidský faktor. Každé organizované seskupení lidí si vědomě i nevědomě vytváří svoji kulturu, tedy jistá pravidla a vzorce jednání, hodnoty i způsoby, které jsou a nejsou akceptovány. V každém podniku proto vzniká vždy ?nějaká? kultura a úkolem managementu je tuto kulturu nejen monitorovat, ale především usměrňovat a umisťovat ji do pevně daných intervalů, které jsou předem promyšleny a ?zkalkulovány?. Z teorie podnikové kultury, kterou bych ráda interpretovala v úvodních částech této diplomové práce plyne, že existují různé úrovně podnikové kultury, které se mezi sebou liší nejen svou možností být zpozorovány vnějším subjektem, ale především tím, že pro management podniku je více či méně obtížné na tyto úrovně působit a měnit je. Důležité proto tedy bude, aby se řízení podniků vždy zabývalo touto oblastí ?svého? kapitálu a nepodceňovalo jejich význam ani účinek.

Using cloud-based technology in company: Decision making model for selection of the groupware

The thesis deals with decision-making about how to operate the system for communication and collaboration in a company - groupware. Compares two different ways of operating systems. Using cloud-based services and systems which the company operates on its own hardware. In the thesis the decision-making model is created. The essential criterion for decision making are total cost of ownership (TCO), the work therefore contains a procedure to calculate the TCO. Decision-making model and the calculation procedure is tested using simulation and in the case study. The simulation also responds to issues of economic suitability cloud-based systems in small and in large companies.

Actor and HIs Fear

In my master thesis, I am trying to name the origins and signals of an actor`s fear. I have came from my own existing stage experiences previously and whilst studying classical acting at the Dramatic Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, and also from my first experiences with differing professional groups from theatres from around the Czech Republic. My thesis is supported by professional literature, with which one I have read during my studies at the Academy, and it is inspired by talks and by consultation with people who are active in an artistic field. In my work I reflect my mental prosesses, states and blocks, not only during stage creations, but also in my personal life. I think that a fear can rule an actor and cause stage fright. This is why I have decided to choose this subject for my thesis.

Pastoral aspects of Baptism in the current debate in the German speaking sphere..

The thesis "Pastoral aspects of the baptism in the current discussion in the German speaking countries" analyzes critically the theological discussion since the seventies. The baptism is deprived of its closely sacramental and christological determination and is treated as an occasional service. Biographical and ritual concepts of the occasional services attribute to these acts a special theological significance that cannot be derived from Christ's commission to preach the gospel, but rather is rooted in a piety, which targets the life cycle of individuals and families. Occasional services are therefore seen as a pastoral accompaniment of man in his fault (and critical) stage of life. Its aim is to convey his emotional and cognitive stabilization and assist in re-establishing his fluctuating identity. The practice of the baptism, in this perspective, must regard ambivalent experiences of parents and provide them an appropriate religious intervention. Traditional theological contents of the baptism are markedly eliminated with regard to the situation of the distant Christians who became estranged from the reflected Christianity. This paper focuses on a timely topic, specifically management of processes and improvement of business processes. Czech economy has now fully accommodated to business in market conditions and Czech businesses are increasingly more integrated into the global economy. These conditions require increasing competitiveness of Czech companies and increasing the efficiency of administrative activity.
In order for modern companies to succeed in the marketplace they must constantly focus on the improvement of their activities, and therefore it is important to keep developing new technologies, business methods, and improve the quality of the final products of the introduction of new effective methods of management and organization of businesses.
Business processes are an integral part of every company and their improvement is an essential tool to increase competitiveness and proximity to the customer. The study of business processes allows to gain the necessary expertise in complex analysis and a detailed assessment of existing processes, finding optimal solutions that the managers and employees cannot see in their positions. Optimizing business processes supports us in having a clear idea of all the activities, objectives and final outcome of their activities.
Only in case where the company will have a good analysis of the underlying business processes focused on a specific goal can the enterprise achieve improvements in all the necessary activities. Process analysis is a good method to answer the question what is necessary and sufficient to achieve the desired objectives.
This thesis is focused on business processes and their improvement. The theoretical part elaborates on the process management and compares different approaches to making changes. The practical part focuses on the application of theoretical knowledge in a chosen company. Firstly it describes the analysis of the current situation and subsequently submits proposals for specific improvements.
