Elementary functions and domain

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to show the teachers and the students of educational mathematics the relation between the elementary functions and their domains and the methods of creating problems focused on finding the domain. In the chapter called "Zobrazení", I try to define and explain the terminology closely connected to elementary functions and their doma- ins which I use in the following parts. Crucial chapters are "Definiční obory elementárních funkcí" and "Návrhy úloh". In the first of those two chapters I thoroughly explain the algorithm of solving problems focused on finding the domain of elementary functions and I discuss what the domains of various elementary functions are like. In the second of those two chapters, I suggest functions fitting a concrete domain. The aim is to suggest functions in a way that a student taking their maturita exam in mathematics at high school would be able to solve the problem of finding the domain. The domain names and its protection with aspect to the trade mark

One of the legal issues, which brought by the development of information and communication technologies, is also the issue of domain names. With the development of the Internet, many human activities moved into the electronic world, including business activities. Presentation of the business through a website has become an indispensable means of competition. Domain names became a significant asset with regard to its secondary function. Therefore it was necessary to provide legal protection for domain names.Legal system of the Czech Republic does not contain specific legal act of domain names. This thesis deals with the issue of domain names. The object of this thesis is the definition of a domain name from a legal terms, the rights to domain names and registration of domain names. This thesis is limited to domain names, which are registrated in ccTLD .cz. The second part discusses the relationship between domain names and trademarks. In relation to the trademark rights the domain name has dual status. Registration of a sign as a domain name can occur the rights of trademarks. The trademark is one of the most effective means of protection for domain names. German native speakers in the Czech Republic. Internet forums and observations as a source of discourse on intercultural and language contact

In this thesis the discourse on intercultural and language contact of German native speakers in the Czech Republic (so called "expatriates") is analysed in accordance with the Language Management Theory. Individual interactions on the discourse-based (micro) level are the source of data for the analysis of linguistic, communicative and socio-cultural language problems. Language problem is understood as a noted and negatively evaluated deviation from the expectation of the expatriates. Which language problems have been recognized by the German native speakers and which strategies to solve them have been chosen is examined in three domains "work domain", "leisure domain" and "daily life domain". The Czech language competence is the most mentioned language problem in the discourse. As a result of the discourse analysis it has been found out that Language Management cannot be seen as an objective process of solving language problems, as the expatriates possess diverse expectations according to their individual interests and further aspects (situation conditions or the issue of social power). Therefore it is not possible to give a general recommendation of how to solve the language problems. Legal protection of domains in relation to the right of indication

Legal protection of domains in relation to the right of indication The aim of this master thesis is to provide information about the relation between domain names and law, with particular attention paid to rights of indication. The reader will become acquainted with the classification of domain names within the Czech legal system, their possible conflicts with different rights, and procedures which can be used for their protection. The thesis reflects changes caused by the new conception of private law and recent judicial decisions, mainly regarding alternative dispute resolutions. In order to understand this issue, it is also necessary to be familiar with the technical aspects of domain names and the Internet, and therefore this subtopic is included in the thesis as well. The thesis consists of four topical parts. The first one, which is made up of the second and the third chapter, deals with the functioning of the Internet and IP addresses, the registration process of domain names, and their composition, management and main functions. Active Directory Management Dashboard

This thesis is focused on the main concepts of Active Directory and the creation of an application allowing basic management tasks. It introduces the logical as well as physical components and provides an overview of existing servers that are using the services of Active Directory. The functionality of existing management applications is discussed and desired properties of management applications are discovered. On these grounds, a new application concept is introduced and the benefits of the new application over the existing ones is shown. According to the concept, a new application is developed supporting the management of users and groups and implementing additional features such as profile photo editing and a definition of customized object creation process. This application is also tested on different levels and possibilities of future improvements are given.

Thesis contains the basic theoretical resources for processing e-marketing of company; it offers two options of problems solving proposals. The first option contains basic web presentation with SEO optimalization. The second option, which is superstructure of the first one, is enriched by advertising activities on internet, which direct the user to the visiting of websites. These suggestions are consequently evaluated from the economical point of view.
