Hodnocení Výsledků Fuzzy Shlukování
Říhová, Elena ; Pecáková, Iva (advisor) ; Řezanková, Hana (referee) ; Žambochová, Marta (referee)
Cluster analysis is a multivariate statistical classification method, implying different methods and procedures. Clustering methods can be divided into hard and fuzzy; the latter one provides a more precise picture of the information by clustering objects than hard clustering. But in practice, the optimal number of clusters is not known a priori, and therefore it is necessary to determine the optimal number of clusters. To solve this problem, the validity indices help us. However, there are many different validity indices to choose from. One of the goals of this work is to create a structured overview of existing validity indices and techniques for evaluating fuzzy clustering results in order to find the optimal number of clusters. The main aim was to propose a new index for evaluating the fuzzy clustering results, especially in cases with a large number of clusters (defined as more than five). The newly designed coefficient is based on the degrees of membership and on the distance (Euclidean distance) between the objects, i.e. based on principles from both fuzzy and hard clustering. The suitability of selected validity indices was applied on real and generated data sets with known optimal number of clusters a priory. These data sets have different sizes, different numbers of variables, and different numbers of clusters. The aim of the current work is regarded as fulfilled. A key contribution of this work was a new coefficient (E), which is appropriate for evaluating situations with both large and small numbers of clusters. Because the new validity index is based on the principles of both fuzzy clustering and hard clustering, it is able to correctly determine the optimal number of clusters on both small and large data sets. A second contribution of this research was a structured overview of existing validity indices and techniques for evaluating the fuzzy clustering results.

Stability measures of optimal solution of LP problems with regards to the target function
Sůra, Jan ; Pelikán, Jan (advisor) ; Sokol, Ondřej (referee)
Real-world systems usually contain some degree of natural uncertainty, their parameters are more or less variable. When seeking optimal solution, optimization models often disregard this variability and consider parameters of the model to be constant. This thesis focuses on methods of post-optimization analysis. Thorough post-optimization analysis should be a part of every optimization process of systems with variable parameters. Post-optimization analysis can identify parameters whose variability poses the greatest threat to the systems performance. This thesis describes some of the basic post-optimization methods and then a new method based on interval arithmetics is formulated.

Analysis of the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations in the years 2007 - 2013 under the Development program of mini breweries in Czech Republic
Kantor, Lukáš ; Vostrovská, Zdenka (advisor) ; Dyba, Karel (referee)
The aim of the study is to determine whether the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation take place in the years 2007 - 2013 in the Czech Republic with the exception of Prague and has a positive impact on the increasing number of mini breweries in the Czech Republic. Analysis the Development programe which subsidy in technology help to incease the competitivenes of Small and Medium Enterprises, showing its progress and possible advantages or disadvantages. Using the questionnaire is then examines the suitability of the program in mini breweries. The testing of hypotheses, namely that the Development program has a positive impact on the expansion of mini breweries, can be universally confirm. This work also shows that more mini breweries using this program to start its work but that probably does not diminish the purpose of the program.

Administration costs of Environmental Taxes
Fröhlichová, Magdalena ; Martínková, Lenka (advisor) ; Vítek, Leoš (referee)
This diploma thesis aims to investigate an administrative costs of Environmental Taxes in the Czech Republic between 2013 and 2015. A value of administrative cost has been monitored for individual customs authorities. By using an indicator of the relative administrative cost thesis also assesses an overall effectiveness of Environmental taxes from perspective of tax entity and tax administrator. The main finding from this analysis shows that administration costs of Environmental Taxes in the Czech Republic were lower and administration of these taxes was more effective than administration of Environmental Taxes in Slovakia. However in comparison with Excise Taxes in the Czech Republic the administration cost of Environmental Taxes in the Czech Republic were higher and administration of these taxes was less effective. Overall the administration of Environmental Taxes in the Czech Republic could have been considered as effective in reviewed period.

Examination of respiratory disorders stereotypes and their effects on the musculoskeletal system PF JU students aged 19 to 25 years
MAREŠ, Martin
The main task of this thesis was an examination of breathing stereotypes on selected students of Pedagogical faculty aged from 19 to 25. The other objective was to develop an intervention programme according to which the selected students participated in six weeks lasting workouts that were focused on breath training with consecutive heightening of their physical efficiency. A method of content analysis was used for analysing literature and a method of content synthesis was used for application of gathered information and for creating the intervention programme. For the examination of breathing stereotypes a muscle dynamometer was used which is able to record a movement dynamics and simultaneously to record a breathing activity dynamics. The vital capacity was measured through a forced expiratory vital capacity (FVC) when also a value of one second exhale was recorded (FEV1). This test was performed in standing upright position on the machine Spirometr Otthon, evaluation was processed in the Thorsoft programme. The study was participated by six students who at first passed out an entrance examination where the main values were defined, then the intervention programme and after the end of it the participants underwent a checking (output) examination. During processing of the thesis it was confirmed that the developed intervention programme, which is based on aerobic exercises and completed with resistance training, has a factual and statistical significant effect on strengthening the respiratory muscles which are activated by the diaphragmatic breathing within resting breathing and deepened breathing. For the determination of the substantive significance the Cohen's d was used, then the paired Student´s t test for dependent samples.

Influence of biochar on saturated hydraulic conductivity of contaminated fluvisol
Tomáš, Tomáš ; Jačka, Lukáš (advisor) ; Pavlásek, Jiří (referee)
This thesis deals with the influence of biochar on saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) of contaminated fluvisol. Values of Ks are key inputs for modeling of water flow in soils. Contaminated fluvisol and this soil enriched by 2 and also 5% of biochar were studied in this thesis. These differently treated soils ware gauged to find out differences in Ks and changes of Ks time. Biochar improves sorption capacity and other soil properties. The influence of biochar application on Ks it not fully revealed. We used biochar which was made by pyrolysis of stalks of grapevine. Measurements were made in two series since October to December in 2015. For both series, 10 samples, (5 in reference and 5 enriched by biochar) were measured. A total of 20 samples were measured in each series. Every sample was measured for 14 days in 10 time steps (10 recurrent measurements). Physical properties (bulk density, porosity, saturated water content) and particle size analysis using hydrometer method were also measured. Homogeneous soil mixtures of the soils were packed in Kopeckého sampling rings (100 cm3). In first series, 5 reference samples and 5 samples with 2% content of biochar were compared. Saturation of the samples was made gradually and slowly and takes 1 week. Measurement was made by laboratory permeameter (hydraulic gradient about 0.5). For reference samples of first series, mean Ks value was 4,818.10-6 m.s-1. For samples enriched by 5% biochar mean Ks value was 2,254.10-6 m.s-1. For reference of second series, mean Ks value was 6,435.10-6 m.s-1. For samples enriched by 2% biochar mean Ks value was 4,211.10-6 m.s-1. Application of biochar on tested soil decrease Ks in comparison with reference soil. Decrease of Ks value was more distinct for soil enriched 5% of biochar than for soil enriched by 2% of biochar. Application of biochar also decrease coefficient of variation of measured Ks. in most of the time steps. Reference samples exhibited larger differences of Ks among time steps than biochar enriched soils.
