Dependent labour, including the issue of so-called "Švarc systém"

The master's thesis focuses on one aspect of labour law in the Czech Republic. Specifically, it provides a thorough interpretation of the Czech legal regulation of dependent labour, including the issue of the so-called švarcsystem. In order to achieve such purpose, the thesis uses information from the Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended, the Act No. 435/2004 Coll., The Employment Act, as amended, available doctrinal literature and case law of Czech courts and the European Court of Justice. The interpretation is performed by a comparision of the past and present Czech regulation, as well as the theoretical background and practical implications, which is the core of the focus of the master's thesis.

Academic fulltext search engine Egothor has recently became starting point of several thesis aimed on searching. Until now, there was no solution available to provide robust set of web content processing tools. This master thesis is aiming on design and implementation of distributed search system working primary with internet sources. We analyze first generation components for processing of web content and summarize their primary features. We use those features to propose architecture of distributed web search engine. We aim mainly to phases of data fetching, processing and indexing. We also describe final implementation of such system and propose few ideas for future extensions.

3 The bachelor thesis Trends in working conditions is focused on current tendencies in the area of working conditions, especially on the trend of democratization in organizations. The thesis analyzes this phenomenon, because it has not been described in association with working conditions enough. The main goal is to ascertain the reasons of growth of this phenomenon, its essence and the way it is realized. The reasons and the context of the formation and the growth are desribed according to surveys in a field of working satisfaction and can be also found in theories of working motivation. The essence is explained according to the authorities in this field. The emphasis is on the relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Every aspect of working conditions is described in detail, especially focused on the trends of democratization. The analysis is based on the examples of realization in real organizations. These examples can be found in whole thesis, related to the currently discussed topics. In general, the thesis strives for widening of existing knowledge with complex analysis of relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. The subject of the bachelor thesis: „Proposal for a Change of the System of Labour Recruitment in a Company“ is an analysis of the current recruitment system and employee motivation program at Authentica s.r.o. providing suggestions for improvements. The first part of this thesis focuses on explanation of the terms: manpower and job. The second part of the thesis examines the personnel policy, recruitment system and motivation of employees at Authentica, s.r.o. The conclusion offers suggestions of improvements to the combined system of recruitment and work motivation.

The main focus of this diploma thesis is motivation program of selected company. The theoretical part covers the basic concepts related to motivation, theory of motivation, compensation, and employee care. The practical part contains an analysis of the current situation and research of satisfaction which is conducted with the use of questionnaire method. The final part of work is devoted to proposals and recommendations, which should increase satisfaction and the motivation of company employees.

Diploma thesis discusses the work of management and selection of new colleagues in the real estate market. The objective of diploma thesis is to comprare if management work and selection of new colleagues is corresponding with specializaded literature. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts from the area of management, selection new employees and real estate market. Over the three different studies (questionaries, personal interwiev and work experiens) in the practical part, I made the colletion of date, analysis and evaluation. At the end of the work, I made assessment theoretical and practical part, my self recommendation and conclusions of the diploma thesis. Including diploma thesis is manual for collection of new staff in real estate market.

My thesis is focused on the theme "The specifics of leadership and management of associates in the construction company”. First section describes the construction, building company and its surroundings. Than it deals with theories of associates leadership and management and employee motivation theories. In the practical part it examines to what extent the specificity of construction reflects in the personal and professional relationships among colleagues.

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of a motivational programme and suggestions for its possible changes of the ALTREVA, limited liability company. The theoretical part of the work concentrates on summing up the basic observations on the topic. The practical part contains analyses of the present state of the company, its competition and the employment market as well as a research conducted with the use of the questionnaire method. The final part of the work provides suggestions for improvement of the current condition based on the results of the questionnaire search and other analyses.
