Theater as co-operative
Petrlová, Michaela ; Srstka, Jiří (advisor) ; Pokorný, Jiří (referee)
Graduation thesis ?Theater as co-operative? is researching the possibilities of using the legal form co-operative for running theater company of small size. Author is about to examine the advantages and the disadvantages of co-operative legal form, which is historically well based in the Czech Republic. We could meet here the co-operative legal form widely, not only for housing and agricultural co-op, but for many cultural organizations and activities at the end of the 19th and in the 1st half of the 20th century. This tradition was broken and unfortunately not restored after political revolution in 1989. Legal form of co-operation nowadays is nearly unknown for the theater purposes. Given that, we cannot find suitable legal form for the small theater companies in the Czech Republic, possibility of recovering co-operation legal form for theatre use seems as an interesting option. Thesis focuses on to description of characteristics of the co-operation legal form with a confrontation to others existing legal forms in the Czech Republic, which are usually used for the theatre companies. As an outcome we can see the reflection of the merits and cons of this legal form for theatrical activities and concept of the theatre co-operation regulations.

Mass segregation - theory and experience
Dinnbier, František ; Jungwiert, Bruno (referee) ; Šubr, Ladislav (advisor)
Mass segregation plays a key role in the evolution of self-gravitating systems. Due to a process of dynamical friction, i.e. a loss of the kinetic energy of heavier stars due to the interaction with many lighter stars, heavier stars concentrate in cores of star clusters. In this work we derive analytical estimate of the rate of this process. Because of its complexity we try to nd our estimate by studying stars on radial and circular orbits. We compare our results with outputs of numerical models. With their help we identify trajectories radii of which decrease with approximately equal rate as a half-mass radius of heavier stars.

The theatre Romathan (along the paths of Romany theatre: from Indian origins to the theatre Romathan)
Kočí, Julie ; Christov, Petr (referee) ; Stehlíková, Eva (advisor)
My thesis presents a concise outline of the development of Romany dramatic and theatre culture from its Indian origins to the Slovak oiginated Theatre Romathan, which represents the actual artistic and intellectual development peak. Further on, the work deals with the crucial developmental tendencies of the artistic production within the Theatre Romathan. It also highlights the importance of the Theatre Romathan in the European context. ln the first part of my thesis I briefly point out the development of Romany theatre, drama, and theatricality in genera\. My main argument is that Romany theatricality stems from three different sources. Firstly, the roots of Romany theatricality are to be found in Doms musicians' performances in ancient India. Secondly, one has to look for the roots in the competition of Romany performers with the non-Romany artistic production of medieval mimes, histriones, ioculatores and musicians. And finally, the source of the theatricality lies in the Romany folk culture, which is manifested in songs, stories, musical and musical-dramatic performances, ceremonies, and rituals. ln the second part of my work I analyse the beginnings and the development of Romany theatre wthin the territory of former Czechoslovakia. I argue that the very beginning of Romany theatre is connected with the...

Criminal Law and Criminological Aspects of the Internet Criminality
Krupička, Jiří ; Jelínek, Jiří (advisor) ; Záhora, Jozef (referee) ; Gřivna, Tomáš (referee)
Criminal Law and Criminological Aspects of the Internet Criminality Key words: Internet, Criminal law, Criminology Abstract (EN): Internet criminality is a very young phenomenon; the internet itself was presented in the recent form only about 20 years ago. Nevertheless, the relative youth of the internet does not mean that the internet crimes are less serious or less prevalent than other criminal activities. The mass, relative anonymity and progressive globalization of the internet together with bustling development of computer technology provide both the organized crime and individuals with perfect means to commit all sorts of offences. With regard to its extant, this study is not supposed to serve as an overall and full detailed analysis of the internet criminality. The objective of this paper is a criminological description of socially dangerous phenomenons related to the internet, concretely the origin of these phenomenons in the society, the most frequent modus operandi of the internet crime, means of prevention and the criminal law qualification of the relevant criminal activities. The paper itself is divided into four separate parts. The first part contains a general introduction into the problems of internet criminality. We can find there a definition of the term "internet" and "internet...

Intervention units of Czech public police forces
FIŠER, Roman
SWAT teams of anti-riot police service are special formations of Police of the Czech Republic which are organizationally incorporated by Regional police directorate and by Regional police directorate of the capital Prague. It is a case of formations which activity flows mainly in accordance with the law No. 273/2008 Statute Book - Police of the Czech Republic and Internal Official Acts. These corps were established and still operate as special police device for the fight against dangerous armed offenders particularly weighty intentional criminal activity, organized criminal activity and against offenders who commit mass disturbance and breach of peace, last but not least against persons who endanger safety of people and possession. Due to disposed force and device they fulfill other tasks which aren´t solved by other police crops and if these ones try they could manage it only by using considerable effort or risk which flow from the peril of these offenders.Within the time these corps functioning by Police acquire such a position that nobody can imagine operating police corps without these ones mentioned. Of course it pays for future when SWAT teams play the irreplaceable role in the fight against criminal activity and for public protection against the offenders of the consequential criminal activity.

The Phenomenon of the Present Tatoo and Piercing in Light of Rritual Behaviour
JERSÁKOVÁ, Klára
Tattoos and piercings are modern trends in the present time. Society still has prejudice against people who have tatoos because being tattooed was description only applied to offenders in the past. I´ll try to change that point of view about tattooes and people with piercing in my thesis. I´ll concentrate on explaining the concepts of tattos and piercing within a historical context and then I{\crq}ll gradually progress towards understanding these phenomena into their present day forms. Consequently, I´ll explain the concepts of ritual partly from an anthopoloigcal and also partly from a psychological point of view, as well as the currrent meaning for society and how this affects the individual. The most important point of this thesis is to explain if it is possible to comprehend tattooing and piercing as curative behaviour within the present postmodern society. The target of thesis is analyse the motivational factors for tattooing and piercing by identifying and analysing the ritual aspect of today{\crq}s phenomenon of tattooing and piercing, with a point of view towards the absence of ritual within the present postmodern society. I have used the qualitative investigative method with the help of a structured interview with a specific target group and I{\crq}ve also used observation, as a research method. Furthermore, I have used a second type of updated analysis (found in literature). The main target is the composite of a person who is tattooed and pierced; as opposed to the minimum prerequisite for this procedure which are having at least two tattoos or two piercings per individual. The additional file contains information of those tattooed people or by the people who do the piercing. The research questions regard the qualitative character of the development and have been determined based upon the results that are evident for some people that a tattoo symbolizes the kind of personal expression. On the contrary, piercing is largely done just as a fashion statement. Tattooing and piercing are on the rise independently from the escape of an individual life period and it means that they doesn´t pose medical problems. The large significance presents the choice of motives, which are the main factors of the respondents for the further motivation for an additional tattoo or piercing.

Identification of interacting partners of Discs overgrown in vivo
MAREŠOVÁ, Petra
The mutated forms of the Discs overgrown gene causes overproliferation of imaginal discs of Drosophila melanogaster. Somatic mutations in its human counterpart, casein kinase I epsilon, were strongly associated with human breast cancer. Using the advantage of a high conservancy between fly's dco and human casein kinase I epsilon genes we have chosen D. melanogaster as a model organism to provide a list of probable Dco interaction partners via tandem affinity purification and mass spectrometry analysis. However, these proteins need to be independently verified as true Dco interaction partners.

Spacetimes with photon rockets
Kolář, Ivan ; Podolský, Jiří (advisor) ; Krtouš, Pavel (referee)
In this work we study exact spacetimes that represent the gravitational field of a localized object accelerating due to an anisotropic emission of photons - pho- ton rocket. First, we describe general properties of the Kinnersley and the Bonnor rocket, which both belong to the family of Robinson-Trautman spacetimes. Sub- sequently, we summarize two main approaches to the study of asymptotically flat spacetimes: the Bondi-Sachs and the Penrose methods, combined and modified by Tafel and Pukas in recent papers. We compare the mass aspect of the Robinson- Trautman spacetime obtained by both methods, and generalize thus the relation found by von der Gönna and Kramer. Next, we calculate the energy-momentum vector, the Bondi rest mass, and the "news tensor for the arbitrarily moving Kin- nersley rocket. By using these results, we naturally define the velocity vector of the rocket with respect to the Minkowski "background spacetime. We conclude with the physical interpretation of the Kinnersley rocket in various reference fra- mes.

Revealing phosphoproteins playing role in tobacco pollen activated in vitro
Fíla, Jan ; Honys, David (advisor) ; Fischer, Lukáš (referee)
5 Abstract Tobacco mature pollen rehydrates in vivo on a stigma tissue, and develops into the rapidly-growing pollen tube. This rehydration process is accompanied by the de-repression of stored mRNA transcripts, resulting in the synthesis of novel proteins. Furthermore, such metabolic switch is also likely to be regulated on the level of post-translational modifications of the already-present proteins, namely via phosphorylation, since it was shown to play a significant regulatory role in numerous cellular processes. Since only a minor part of proteins is phosphorylated in a cell at a time, the employment of various enrichment techniques is usually of key importance. In this diploma project, metal oxide/hydroxide affinity chromatography (MOAC) with aluminium hydroxide matrix was applied in order to enrich phosphoproteins from the mature pollen and the 30-minute in vitro activated pollen crude protein extracts. The enriched fraction was separated by both 2D-GE and gel-free liquid chromatography (LC) approaches with subsequent mass spectrometric analyses. Collectively, 139 phosphoprotein candidates were identified. Additionally, to broaden the number of phosphorylation sites identified, titanium dioxide phosphopeptide enrichment of trypsin-digested mature pollen crude extract was performed. Thanks to the...
