Activities For Listening to Music at Primary Schools

The dissertation submits the theoretical elaboration about the problem o f listening activities in terms o f music education in primary school. Listening of music is an integral part o f music education in primary school. Its function is essential for this type o f education. Effectiveness o f listening activities in primary school depends on many factors which were examined from their functional point o f view. Requests o f an active form o f listening and related listening activities raise a question to what extend the music education text books deal with this problem. The text books were analysed in terms of listening activities problem and based on that the suggestion of listening repertory was created, supplemented with the methodical process of work. The individual examples were chosen, concerning music abilities and skills o f pupils attending the primary school. Creativity is the base for the music thinking development. Methods for cultivating the music creativity are the important part of education. Cooperative education, project method and use o f information technology in music education are the methods which help to develop pupil's music creativity. Market segmantation of dog food

This diploma thesis deals with marketing segmentation of food for dogs. The market is specified by companies existing on the market, devided into five pricing group. For better understanding of the problem there are mentioned also general principles of dog feeding and researches realized in past. Segments are revealed on basis of one segmentation criteria, other possible views are just briefly mentioned. Marketing strategy is suggested for three chosen target groups.

The economy of Spain and its position in the European Union

The aim of the thesis is to assess the economy of Spain and its position in the European Union. The European integration processes significantly influenced the development of democracy in Spain as a member state of EU. The period after Franco regime would last undoubtedly much longer and it would grow less dynamically without these processes. The influence of EU affected not only the Spanish economy, but also the current position of Spanish monarchy in Europe and in the whole world. The thesis is structured in three main parts. To be able to assess the Spanish economy during its membership in the EU, it is essential to study the procedures of negotiations between the candidate country and the Community. That is the reason why the first part is engaged in the pre-entry phase. The second part examines in detail the development of the economy after the reintroduction of democracy in the country. It deals mainly with the macroeconomic tendencies, their causes together with consequences. The progress concerns the economic situation in Spain before the entry to the Community, in the second half of eighties, as well as during the nineties. The thesis does not forget to be engaged in the current situation in the new millennium and it also outlines the possible development in the following years. The last part is devoted to the position and the influence of Spain on the main integration directions in the European Union. The coherence and the extent of evaluation can be considered one of the benefits of this work. The thesis introduces the complex view of the Spanish economy since the entry to the EU. It also deals with possible following tendencies. The understanding of the development is facilitated by a large number of graphs and tables, which help to outline the essence of the topic.

Employees job satisfaction analysis on company's branches

The goal of this thesis was to define the basic terms of the problems of job satisfaction and to make the job satisfaction analysis in the chosen company, which name will be not published , because of the inside information protection. The necessary data for the analysis were obtained via questionnaire, in which took part 122 employees from 13 different branches. Respondents were divided into three groups according to the performed work position and the intensity of the contact with clients. Results of research were processed for each individual group. It allows to catch better the differences in the group satisfaction. On a basis of results were pointed out the most problematic areas and suggested concrete steps, which could lead to job satisfaction increase in researched branches.

The development of the regulation and the supervision on the financial market focused on the Czech Republic.

This diploma thesis focuses on problems of regulation and supervision over financial market in Czech Republic. The first part of diploma thesis describes briefly the Czech financial market and its main characteristics. The following four chapters evaluate main steps in the development of supervision and also its key inadequacies. According to the main segments of financial market these chapters deal with four markets -- capital market, banking market, insurance market and market of co-operative credit bank. In connection with the actual world economy situation, I mention the actual U. S. mortgage crisis, which is behind the turbulences on financial markets. The last chapter is dwelling on the integration of supervision over the financial market. In the Czech Republic four options of the institutional arrangement of integrated supervision had been comming into question, which are also considered in my thesis. On the basis of predominant advantages, the variant of full integration into the central bank prevailed. One of the aims of my diploma thesis is to analyse, whether this integration of supervision is advantageous for the Czech Republic and whether it brings better results than the earlier sector arrangement of the supervision.

Using modern technology in economic education

The bachelor thesis ,Using modern technology in economic education, is focused on a problem with integration technology (smarthphone, tablets and others) into a normal economic classes in high schools. First, technical part, describes each individual device and different kinds of operating systems they use. Second part describes results from other researches about similar topics. Third, didactic part, is focused on didactic technology, e-learning, m-learning a new theories in education. Fourth part includes my own research about using modern technologies by students and teachers in high schools and brings analysis of discovered information. Final part gives practical recommendation for pedagogical practice in teaching economical subjects.

The evalution of the current situation of gambling regulation in the Czech republic in comparison with some other members of the European union, especially the United kingdom

This bachelor thesis describes the current state of gambling regulation mostly in the Czech republic and in the United kingdom. One of the main topics is the legislation framework of gambling in these two countries. It also analyzes the social costs and benefits of gambling and mentions some statistical data. There are also evaluations of results of some studies, that were studying the actual social impacts of gambling on people. The United kingdom was chosen, because their gambling industry is not controlled by the government, like in the Czech republic. It is controlled by non-governmental institution called The U.K. Gambling commission. This thesis proves that the non-state regulated gambling environment in the United kingdom shows much better results than state regulated one in the Czech republic.

Loans in accounting of commercial banks

This thesis deals with reporting of loans by commercial banks in accordance with rules imposed by the International Financial Reporting Standards. In the interest of better understanding of the issues by the reader, more complex calculations and accounting procedures are accompanied by practical examples. The thesis also includes research of the financial statements of some Czech banks, which aims to show the application of accounting procedures specified in the theoretical part.

Attention in preschool children

English abstrakt The main task of the thesis is to identify and measure the attention of children of preschool age. It is divided into two parts. Theoretical part, which is devoted to the definition of attention, provides a comprehensive overview of the history beginning with the issue, describes the different types, characteristics, attention disorders and conditions affecting the attention. An integral part is a description of the preschool child and work with children of preschool age. The second part of the research, then engaged in empirical research with preschool children. Children in kindergarten were placed on various characteristics of the tests of attention. These tests were then evaluated and processed. Were investigated differences in tasks between children and between the three established groups of children Bachelor thesis aims to answer the question, what are the differences between the four-year, five year old and six year old children and compares the performance and level of awareness among different groups of children. Integration of individuals into social groups in different life situations in the selected region

This thesis deals with the issue of integration of individuals into a social group in different life situations in the Pilsen region. Primarily it focuses to forms of assistance which are provided by the region to the children leaving the Halfway house or the children home established by the Pilsen region. The thesis analyzes public opinions on the issue of integration of the children from the children home into society and finds out their own positions of adolescents, executives and employees of social facilities. It also analyzes the issue within the development of the Pilsen region. The objective is to propose ways to integrate individuals without a family into the social groups in different life situations in the Pilsen region. The theoretical part deals with the period of socialization of a child and the absence of a family as the main factor of socialization. It describes a system of constitutional education in the Czech Republic, the lives of children in the Halfway house and programs on the issues of leaving the children home. The field research is performed with a purpose of achieving objectives, sub-objectives work and then interpret their results. The results obtained and subsequent recommendation are summarized for the establishing institution children home (thus Pilsen Region) in the conclusion of this work. To achieve the main objective is proposed the way to integrate individuals into the social groups in the form of new work position social guide.
