The use of electronic signatures between citizens and government in selected EU countries
Kapicová, Eva ; Klas, Jan (advisor) ; Vondrouš, Martin (referee)
The work deals with the electronic signature and its use in the e-government between the state and citizens in the four selected countries of the European Union. The aim of the project is to map e-government in these countries. The expected benefits of the author's work are to search for all relevant factors of e-government in each country and their easy processing. The work is thematically divided into two parts. In the first part is explained the electronic signature, the importance and some of ciphers, on which is it based. It also explained the concept of certification authority and its importance. In the theoretical part are also explained electronic forms, and the risks and disadvantages, which are with an electronic signature connected. Next an electronic signature within the European Union is related- its significance in a law. Finally, in the theoretical part are discussed standardization organizations, both- European and international. The second part of work is focused on the status of the use of e-government of the countries Poland, Austria, Hungary and Slovakia. In each of these countries is described legal framework, implementation of European directives, the various services provided to citizens and at the end of the summary are recommendations for the entry of a new subject with the electronic form on the market. At the end of the work are all four countries compared.

Early intervention in the family with a early age child with special needs as a part of early childhood special pedagogic education
Šándorová, Zdenka ; Jesenský, Ján (advisor) ; Klenková, Jiřina (referee) ; Heřmanská, Danuše (referee)
This thesis has investigative and empirical character. It combines an attempt to create a theoretical system (a new subdiscipline of special pedagogy) with an attempt to gain arguments by means of empirical investigation. It begins with theoretical part which presents historical and pedagogical overview of the issue by defining reference field, target groups, tasks, basic terminology and the whole system of special pedagogy of an early age. An early age care as a theoretical subsystem included in comprehensive and integrative special pedagogy in the system of social and rehabilitation, and special pedagogical services forms a specific part of my thesis. The theoretical part has a character of metatheory because at an early age the beginnings of education, care and support are given according to the theory of comprehensive special pedagogy (Jesenský 2000) or integrative special pedagogy (Vítková 2003). By this the possibility of application into the pedagogy of individual physical and mental handicaps and the possibility of education development in other age groups are open. Cloning, detection and analysis of the gene cluster coding synthesis of the antibiotic Anthramycin
Poubová, Martina ; Černá, Milena (advisor)
he aim was to find , isolate and sequence a cluster of genes coding for the synthesis of anthramycin , antibiotics group pyrrolobenzodiazepines whose producer Streptomyces refuineus var . thermotolerans . Pyrrolo [2,1- c ] [1,4] benzodiazepines are a class of naturally occurring antibiotics anticancer effect. These are molecules that bind covalently to DNA molecules and this leads to blockage of transcription. Although anthramycin least affects the bone marrow, was not put into clinical practice as antitumor antibiotic because of the high cardiotoxicity. Better effects and good clinical features expected from a new synthetic analogues both in terms of antitumor antibiotics , and the production of antimicrobial compounds and antimalarial drugs . So far, successful antibiotic related families of antibiotics , lincosamide , was clindamycin antibacterial and antiparasitic effect. Knowledge of the genetic background of these substances allows modification simultaneously substances used , followed by a less costly production more efficient and safer substances. Using molecular biological methods were isolated part of the chromosomal DNA Producer Streptomyces refuineus var . thermotolerans containing the complete gene cluster anthramycin biosynthesis .

Rural family and household
Vacek, Jan ; Majerová, Věra (advisor) ; Petra, Petra (referee)
This diploma thesis analyzes the life of rural families of the village Nehvizdy. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis explains the basic concepts of work, such as family, lifestyle and countryside. The theoretical part is based on the study of available scholarly literature. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to clarify whether and to what extent rural families live a traditional way of life and how this way of life coincides or differs with the new satellite district residents of the investigated village. An empirical probe was used for these purposes. Data collection was conducted by anonymous questionnaires. The results of the survey show that the difference between new and old residents of the village is not very big. The original inhabitants of the village prefer the traditional rural way of life, devote most of the time to the domestic economy and cultivate a field or a large garden only a little more than new satellite district residents. The new immigrant population of satellite district also practice some of these activities. Residents of the satellite also slightly more prefer public life over family life. Overall, residents of the original buildings prefer traditional principles and forms of rural life more than new residents of satellites. A secondary objective was to determine what importance the family value system has in the local population. The results of the survey show that the family is very important for both original and new residents.
