Tato práce se zabývá problematikou těhotných žen a matek užívajících návykové látky. Podrobněji se věnuje vlivu drog v těhotenství na matku a její plod a také vlivu drog na rodičovství závislé osoby a na odlišnosti ve vývoji dětí drogově závislých rodičů. Další oblastí zájmu je diferenciace léčby žen a ostatních klientů. Následuje popis jednotlivých programů pro matky s dětmi, které jsou nabízeny v Praze a okolí neziskovými organizacemi DROP IN o.p.s. a Sananim o.s.. V empirické části byla zjišťována sociální charakteristika závislých matek, jejich rodinné zázemí a vliv sourozeneckých pozic na samotný vznik závislosti. It analyses in detail the influence of drug abuse during the pregnancy on the mother and featus and on parenting and the development differences of children born to drug addicted parents. Another area of interest is the differentiation of treatment of pregnant or parent women and other clients. The description of individual programs offered in Prague and neighbourghood by non-profit organizations DROP IN o.p.s. and Sananim o.s for mothers with children follows. The empirical part of this work is devoted to identification of the social and family background of addicted mothers.
