Theory and Practice with Children with Specific Needs

Bad succes of children is one of the most common topics of pedagogical and psychological literature in all the civilizated countries. Since sixties experts hav realised that the remedy oťall kinds of defects shouldn't be orientated only on children's behaviour, but on their globál condition. This should be an importatnt turnaround. Since then vve don't use a term: "disorder", byt vve ťocus on iťs solution itselť. For example vvhat to do vvhen a pupil switches letters while vvriting, has problems with reading, or even is difficult to control, cheats, steals things. My essay could be a kong of motivation to give the children more time, trying to get to knovv them better. The most imortatnt thing is chilďs sociál situation and iťs position in group, family, school. We should also try to fing out its way of communication. Iťs neccesary to communicate with a pupil as an individual.

Conditions for convergence of the restarted and augmented GMRES method

The GMRES method is one of the most useful methods for solving a system of linear algebraic equations with nonsymmetric matrix. So on, many bounds for the residual norm have been derived, that can give us information about the convergence or possible stagnation of the method. A generalization of the GMRES method is the augmented GMRES method. In this paper we will analyze the implementation of augmented GMRES method proposed by Morgan. In these consequences we will be interested in how precise harmonic Ritz vectors approximate the eigenvectors belonging to the smallest in magnitude eigenvalues. We generalize some previous results concerning the convergence of restarted GMRES method for the case of augmented GMRES method. This is the rst contribution of the work. Another main point will be numerical testing and comparing of the bounds for restarted and augmented GMRES and an attempt to state a criterion, when it is suitable to stop the improvement of augmenting vectors, i. e. apply the augmented GMRES method without additional computations.

Information premises of succesfull investment strategies

Information science provides useful tools and approaches to make possible understanding of complex situations in knowledge based economies of global information societies. This dissertation project is focused on information side of an investment activity. It's aim is to identify key information factors in developing successful investment strategy targeted on companies from "new economy". Dissertation traces information transfer from the perspective of main actors (investor, information manager) and gives full picture of a problem situation. Investor's information needs stem from his search for a corporate superstar. Information manager must adjust his work as much as possible to a corporate strategy and business operations of a given firm. If they succed in their information activities there's a high chance for investor and information manager to meet in a same company improving it's performance and success even further.

The attention is focusing on characteristics of the terms that are related to the crisis itself, the causes that led to the origin of the housing bubble in the USA and describes the process of securitization. It also describes the destructive effects of the crisis on macroeconomic indicants.

The role of mentor in nursing care

THE ROLE OF MENTOR IN NURSING CARE The bachelor`s work is devoted to the contemporary changes in the nurse education, particularly to the student`s practice in a clinic under the supervision of a mentor. The mentor is a guide through the clinical training. He teaches in the environment, that he is fully familiar with, being a permanent part of the medical team and thus knowing well the interpersonal relationships, habits of the ward as well as the patients. The work deals with a new form of education and that is why it comprises also some research, that took place in selected departments. The research tries to test the degree of awareness and the interest of nurses and midwives in a mentor function. The results of the survey give evidence of a very little interest in pedagogical work among nurses in spite of quite good awareness and suitable work condition. Nevertheless, we will surely more and more often meet nurses and midwives in a new role: the role of a mentor.

Process and rate of disability among seniors

The most characteristic feature of the demographic development in the Czech Republic and other developed countries is population ageing. The aim of the thesis "The process and rate of disability among seniors" was to determine the extent to which disability interferes with the lives of the seniors and to map the development, progress and conditions of the pension system. After an introductory overview of basic concepts, a part of the thesis deals with a theoretical analysis of the European framework of social security of seniors and another part is concerned with the reform of disability pensions in the Czech Republic. The focus is also on the forms of care for disabled pensioners. The last chapter of a theoretical part deals with deinstitutionalization. The empirical part analyzes the areas related to the development of population structure, administrative agenda, overview of pensions according to the WHO diagnosis groups, total overview of disability pensions, the development of the structure of pensions, financing of pension administration, and the average age of retired people. The economic side is also included, where pensions are compared with average salary and also the economic activity of seniors, housing, health and social services. The developement of basic income categories in net incomes of Czech households

This thesis is focused on examining the impact of income taxes on social groups of employees and pensioners in comparison with the aggregate population between years 2004 and 2014 in the Czech Republic. The measurement was accomplished based on measurements of global progression and effective tax rates from SILC. The results show that the impact of income taxes on the social group of emloyees is slightly progressive in all studied years, the social group of pensioneers has a low rate of income differentiation and is affected the least by income taxes out of all studied groups. The impact of income taxes on the aggregate population is also slightly progressive despite the fact that all studied years show an interval, on which the income taxes are regressive.

Ecology of Calamagrostis epigejos (L.) Roth

Ecology of expansion species is still a hot topic. The antropogenic landscape gradually occurred since the Neolithic . The result has been a change in the structure of plant communities and the successful expansion of species such as Calamagrostis epigejos.
C. epigejos is expansive, perennial, long-stemmed, rhizomatous grass. Its important characteristic are very large ecological amplitude, high biomass production and a ability adjust habitat conditions.
Experiments and studies that are included in dissertation, have the following basic objectives: (1) Investigate the expansion of C. epigejos in plant community. (2) Investigate the theoretical degree of stability of this phytocenosis. (3) Determine the response of C. epigejos to nutrients availability. (4) Test of possibility eliminating of C. epigejos. (5) Suggest a practical use of C. epigeos.
Primarily, we monitored the reaction of interest species to management (aplication of N, P, K nutrients, mowing in various combinations). We were interested in its behavior in the plant community. It founded field and pot experiment. Results of field experiment were also used to calculate the theoretical measure of the stability of individual variants. Further research has been directed at eliminating C. epigejos using wireworms (Elateridae larvae species). The study which uses C epigejos for monitoring of deposition of heavy metals, has shown that aspects of the global expansion of the grass are not always negative.

The Using of Fundamental Analysis to Evaluate the Price of the Chosen Stock

In the first part the diploma thesis is focused for introduction to fundamental analysis and in the second part is the fundamental analysis practiced on O2 Czech Republic a.s. The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the intrinsic value of stocks selected valuation models and compare them with the market price, and finally issue investment recommendations on selected shares.
Global Analysis examines the macroeconomic conditions that affect in the long-term the financial market. Sectoral analysis is focused on the telecommunications sector, where factors affecting the selected sectors are assessed. In corporate analysis, financial analysis is made and in the end intrinsic value of shares O2 Czech Republic a.s. is calculated.
