Chov muflona na ŠLP Křtiny
Opravil, Lukáš
This bachelor thesis provides information about the history and present breeding of mouflon in SFE. The key point here was mainly the period from 2003 to 2013. In this period it was important to focus on the mouflon population size, on its quality and habitat in SFE. In addition an assessment was made of mouflon influence on the surrounding forest. To determine the size of the mouflon population a control method was used through retroactive calculations. Then the quality of mouflon trophies according to CIC and the average weight of wild game were investigated. The map of mouflon location in SFE has been created. When assessing the impact of mouflons on vegetation was primarily a record of potential damage mouflon game. Appropriate measures were implemented after evaluating each survey which will lead to the improvement of current mouflon breeding in SFE Křtiny.

Research Report on Condition Assessment of the Holy Ghost Tower's Roof Frame in Telč
Bláha, Jiří ; Kloiber, Michal ; Frankl, Jiří ; Buzek, Jaroslav
The subject of the research report was to assess the condition of and identify the range of wood-destroying damage to the roof frame of the Holy Ghost tower in Telč focused on locating critical points, classifying the degree of damage, determining the extent of concealed attack by the means of non-destructive devices, specifying whether wood is subject to a fungal attack (mycology) or insect attack (entomology), including the drawing of the results obtained in the drawing documentation of the existing condition of the roof frame. Based on the results, specific procedures for rehabilitation measures were designed and elements designed for structural rehabilitation were included in the drawing documentation. The report is based primarily on direct and mediated (endoscopic) visual observations supplemented by measurements using a resistance microdrilling device.

Environment of tourism - the rest of the castle Rýzmberk
HUBEROVÁ, Romana
The main goal of this thesis is to consider the importance of the ruin of the castle as the place of everyday recreation in the upcountry of a small town. The secondary goals of this thesis are also to find out how the local inhabitants perceive the individual locations and to explore the conflict situation of the attractions in surroundings of the town. Very important for the elaboration of the given topic was the study of special literature, regional literature, and websites as well. The next step was to accomplish the situational analysis with the characteristics of the location and the list of the surrounding attractions. The most important task was to get the primary information. The primary information was received from the inhabitants of the town Kdyně by the means of the questionnaires. The next sources of the primary information were the two map types, namely the Lynch map type and the Gould map type.

The breeding of dairymaid from the viewpoint of noise burden
KAŠPAR, Michal
This thesis deals with the measuring noise and its impact on the breeding of dairymaid. The theoretical part collect general information about sound, noise and ear anatomy. It also deals with listing the most common sources of noise, instruments of noise protection, the impact of noise on health and interpretation of the rules, regulations, regulations and laws. The practical part contains the results of measurements in selected locations, their processing into graphs and evaluation.

Morphometric analysis of palatal surface in patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate.
Rusková, Hana ; Velemínská, Jana (advisor) ; Trefný, Pavel (referee)
Thesis deals with the study of palate morphology and variability of patients with UCLP, using modern methods of geometric morphometrics. Dental plaster casts of UCLP patients (average age 14,8) and the control group (average age 14,7) were used for evaluation. The models were scanned using a 3D scanner. For evaluation of total variability of patients with orofacial clefts, previously rated dental casts of BCLP patients (whose age ranged from 12,1 to 16,5) were also included. All patients were operated and treated at The Clinic of Plastic Surgery in Prague. The results are in accordance with literature, which describes the basic size and shape differences in the morphology of the palate in different types of clefts (e.g. narrowing of the palate in UCLP and BCLP and asymmetry of palatal vault in UCLP). Using "Dense correspondense models analysis" average surface models were computed and new informations about the shape and premaxila position were gained. Different location and slope of the palate in different types of clefts and within control group were detected by superimposition of average models and FESA. UCLP palate have typically asymetric palate vault with a maximum height in front of the cleft palate and at the back in the side without malformations. Variability of the shape of palate for each group...

Ecotoxicological assessment of former mineral oil refinery
Kociánová, Sabina ; Vávrová, Milada (referee) ; Zlámalová Gargošová, Helena (advisor)
Brownfields are one of the unfavorable parts of industrial heritage that developed from 18th to 20th century. Brownfields are very different and in most cases they have negative impact on the environment. Crucial for this thesis were brownfields with certain level of contaminations. The site of a former refinery of mineral oils OSTRAMO, which represents ecological burden, is a brownfield that can threaten the environment in all its compartments. This was the reason why OSTRAMO was selected for this thesis. The goal of this thesis was to evaluation of ecotoxicological effects of contaminated samples taken from the location via ecotoxicity testing in aquatic and contact arrangement. The result of each test confirmed expected negative impact of the samples from the location of former rafinery on testing organisms.

Olympic Games in Prague. Multicriterial feasibility assessment of three variants for the location of the central olympic park.
Chvojka, Martin ; Rynda, Ivan (advisor) ; Zdražil, Vladimír (referee)
This thesis concerns the intention to stage the Olympic Games in Prague in the year 2016 or 2020. The theoretical part deals with proposed variants for location of the central Olympic park and their evaluation. The empirical part judges - with the help of a multicriterial analysis - three variants for the location of the central Olympic park. The analysis takes account of the most complex criteria, with an emphasis on protecting the environment in the given locality. There is a discussion of methods used and the selection of criteria for location of the park. The resulting evaluation of variants is compared and discussed with the decision of Prague City Hall on the selection of a locality in Letnany.

Shopping gallery
Gargulák, Martin ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Pilgr, Milan (advisor)
The objective of the diploma thesis is a design and a check of load-carrying steel structure of a shopping gallery. The project is designed in two options. The building is located in Vsetin. The total ground plan‘s dimensions are 51x54 metres. The height of the building in the highest point is 17 metres. The whole building is divided into two parts - entrance hall and free-storey building. For selected option the calculation of joints and column anchorage is performed as well as the design documentation.
