Soja, Radim ; Friedl, Martin (referee) ; Fiala, Pavel (advisor)
This work contains studying the methods of non-destructive detection of activity in the construction of wood-destroying pests structural element . Detection is performed acoustic detection vital activities beetle larvae krovového . To suppress / eliminate unwanted acoustic noise are proposed methods of differential sensing and acoustic signal processing to suppress unwanted signals and are used to four sensors with piezoelectric transducer as the sensing element . The basic idea of the proposed method is to utilize the effect , in which there is between the individual sensors in the read signal to the phase shift . Once you're into the sensor and signal processing of sensor signals are fed to a differential amplifier , and the operation of subtraction .

Host specialization and species diversity in Strepsiptera of the genus Stylops
Jůzová, Kateřina ; Straka, Jakub (advisor) ; Malenovský, Igor (referee)
The twisted-wing parasites (Strepsiptera) are entomophagous insect order with cosmopolitan distribution. There are about 600 known species up to date. In spite of this, they have very broad host spectrum. Strepsiptera parasites in seven insect groups (Thysanura, Blattodea, Mantodea, Orthoptera, Hemiptera, Diptera, Hymenoptera). The mutual relationship between genera or even between species are not known, except for the species list and the host specification. Moreover, there is an anambiguous use of their species concept. Some authors consider Strepsiptera as the specialists and they match almost every host species with one separate strepsipteran parasite. The opposite concept is to consider strepsiptera as the generalists. The presence of the crypctic species also affect our understanding of the diversity of Strepsiptera. Therefore, the knowledge of Strepsiptera phylogeny provide us the important information about species diversity of studied group as well as about their coevolution with their hosts. On the basis of molecular analyses of three genes constructed the phylogeny genus Stylops. This genus has the wider spetrum of the host species from other strepsipterans of Stylopidae, It is obvious, that strepsipterans of genus Stylops are mainly specialised on their host subgenus. There was detected two...

The project of Boris Akunin - an example of literary strategy at the turn of XX-XXI centuries
Volkova, Natalia ; Glanc, Tomáš (advisor) ; Janáček, Pavel (referee) ; Sýkora, Michal (referee)
This work deals with the literaturary project "B. Akunin", which was defined by it's creator G. Chkhartishvili as a "quality literature for the mass reader". When they wish to characterise the project, critics emphasize the use of an adventure plot combined with interesting style and intertextual play. We see a tendency to place the project in the "middle level", which in their hierarchy is somewhere between the literature created for the "happy few" and consumer fiction. However convergence of mass and elite culture is too general a trend in postmodernist literary strategy to be sufficiently characteristic of a concrete author. Our research covers all the texts published to the present day under the names of both G. Chkhartishvili and B. Akunin. It was the part of the extratextual strategy of the author to construct an image of himself as a writer of serious, almost scientific prose, who began to write detective stories for his own and his readers' enjoyment. The author generally uses mass clichés whenever he describes his heroes and action scenes in the story. He uses a great many simple references to the other literaturary works in his texts which should be understandable by every reader. At the same time we find other, more complicated references requiring knowledge of a wider literary "encyclopedia"....

Tremometer
Mičánková, Veronika ; Harabiš, Vratislav (referee) ; Chmelař, Milan (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis analyzes tremor as a movement disorder and shows its relations to diseases such as Parkinson’s disease, which is therefore described more in detail. The other part of the work consists of a brief analysis on the physical sensors of vibrations and other methods that can be used to detect vibrations. Practical part is divided into two. First one describes a design of a tremometer and its constructing and the other one describes realization of a program for evaluation of tremor.

Change of operating processes in selected construction company
Fabo, Pavol ; Mejdrech, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Vrbová, Lucie (referee)
The thesis deals with a detailed analysis of a small construction company, and is focused on change in management and operational processes. The aim of this work is through scientific literature to find methods to change processes in the company. The first chapter is a theoretical and methodological, that analyzing the theoretical knowledge of literature. Define terms such as enterprise processes in the enterprise, methods of analyzing performance and the ways they changes- reengineering. The second chapter presents a specific company, its goals and activities. The third chapter will focus on a detailed analysis of business performance through financial analysis to detect threats and opportunities from the environment and the company from competitors by analyzing the PEST and Porter's model of competitive forces. SWOT analysis provides the results of all analysis. These are the base for any solution of the construction company in the fourth chapter, focusing on the changes in the management and production processes of the company, due to which would increase their performance and obtain better market position.

DETERMINATION OF EXOGENIC COMPOUNDS IN BLOOD BY HPLC Diploma Thesis Petra Trávní ková Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control, Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové This thesis is engaged in HPLC analysis of tenoxicam in blood. For sample pretreatment solid phase extraction was used. As the mobil phase the mixture of metanol:phosphoric acid 0,1% (2:1), pH 2,95 was employed. Samples were chromatographed on Separon SGX C18 150 x 3,0 mm I.D. (7µm) column. The UV detection was realized at wavelenght of 280 nm, the fluorimetric detection at excitation wavelenght 350 nm and emission at wavelenght 450 nm. The naproxen was selected as internal standard. The calibration curves were constructed and were verified using three samples. The method has been validated from the point of view of specificity, precision, limit of detection and limit of quantification.

Eric Voegelin's Thought of Order
Svoboda, Jiří ; Müller, Ivan (advisor) ; Havlíček, Aleš (referee)
The topic of this work was to discuss the question of order from the standpoint of Eric Voegelin. (Political) order is not understood as an artificial man-made construct, but as an intelligible structure of the whole, which is to be attuned to. Disastrous experiences of the last century led Voegelin to the attempt at rediscovery of the science of order: politiké epistemé. To this end he pursued a detailed study concerning history, i.e. the subject in which he hoped to find structures of order and, in particular, the experience of order in soul of man. Therefore it is possible -in his view- to reflect on political order adequately only after we have attended to philosophical anthropology which should facilitate the detection of constants of human nature. These appear against a background of unexceeded tension between poles of God and man. In the first chapter of the main part, I discuss the relationship between the human and transcendent pole and I try to clarify Voegelin's conception of metaxy (also participation of the human on the transcendent pole). In the following chapter, I pursue the theoretical and pragmatic consequences arising for the political order, whose goal is the preservation of man, society, and good life. The result is the admission of both pragmatic and spiritual order. The third part...
