Storing system analyse of chosen subject
SCHACHERLOVÁ, Šárka
The aim of this Bachelor{\crq}s thesis is to analyse store and storing system of company Transforwarding, a.s. As main subject for analysis I chose store České Budějovice, because it was the first store of this company. Next, I analysed store Praha-Horní Počernice, because it is new and the most modern store of whole net. I compared both stores with each other. There are discussed parameters of stores like location, function, construction, flow of goods and size. The communication in and out of company proceeds mostly in frame of EDI system, which makes work fast and easy. The advantage for customers is that they can watch their goods on web sides in on-line store and they can give commands, e.g. store out the goods command. In my thesis I mention also information about store{\crq}s staff, complaints and insurence and other services (completation of goods, transport of goods, colective service, INTRASTAT).

Polyester nanoparticles with terbinafine
Slavíček, Adam ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šklubalová, Zdeňka (referee)
The effect of technological parameters of preparation of biodegradable polyester nanoparticles on their size parameter was studied with PCS method. Nanoparticles containing terbinafine incorporated in branched polyester of aliphatic hydroxyl-acids. They were prepared by method of distribution ethylmethylketone as a solvent into the external phase of emulsion. It was found that the relation between the concentration of the emulsion, polyester concentration and concentrations of terbinafine in the internal phase of emulsion and the size of nanoparticles is not clear, a number of factors involve, such as collisions during dispersion, distribution speed of the solvent and viscosity. These factors can have opposite effects on the size parameters of nanoparticles. During storage of nanodispersions changes are made in the parameters of size distribution of nanoparticles affected by distribution of the solvents, swelling and erosion of carrier. After the addition of substances that reduce the polarity of the external phase of nanodispersion, the process of distribution is more intensive. Glycine, added to the outer phase as a carrier of nanoparticles during their drying, causes aggregation of nanoparticles without drug by linking of the terminal carboxyl of the carrier. With the presence of terbinafine in...

Solid phase inclusions in minerals from eclogites, peridotites and granulites
Jedlička, Radim ; Faryad, Shah Wali (advisor) ; Jelínek, Emil (referee)
English abstract Felsic granulites in the Bohemian Massif are characterized by the presence of small (from decimetres to several houndred metres in size) boudins and lenses of garnet peridotites and high-pressure eclogites. Pressure conditions of the granulites and their mutual metamorphic history with garnet peridotites and eclogites are subject of long discussion. For this purpose, minerals and textures formed at peak pressure conditions were investigated using thin-sections and mineral separates of these rocks from the Kutná Hora complex. As all these rocks underwent granulite facies reequilibrium and subsequent cooling, most inclusions are transformed to lower pressure and temperature phases. In addition to olivine, orthopyroxene and clinopyroxene, garnet from garnet peridotites contains frequent chromium spinel. The host garnet around inclusions shows Cr-rich domains as result of diffusion from spinel to garnet. Rare ilmenite inclusions with high MgO content and pentlandite were also observed in garnet. Orthopyroxene in matrix and rims of large grains have low amounts of Al and the associated clinopyroxene has relatively high jadeite content. Two varieties of eclogites are present in the granulite: eclogites with pyroxenites and garnetites occur within or adjacent to garnet peridotites. Garnets of...

Studies of nanocrystalline silicon colloidal suspensions
Fučíková, Anna ; Valenta, Jan (advisor) ; Chaloupka, Roman (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with optical and biophysical properties of colloidal suspensions of porous nanocrystalline silicon (por-Si) in different media, conditions necessary to create por-Si with different luminescence peaks and their optical characterization (emission and excitation spectra). The lifetime excited state = (28,6±0,9) us on emission wavelength 600 nm for orange emitting por-Si is measured by the time resolved fluorescence. The behaviour of por-Si and grinded silicon (crystals of size about 1um) in biological environment (L929 mouse fibroblast) is studied with optical transmission microscopy, time-lapse microphotography of cell culture evolution, fluorescent microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Transmission pictures prove an aggregation in presence of por-Si in media. This aggregates are going to internal environment of cells. At high concentration of grinded silicon we see meronecrosis. Por-Si has had also mildly negative effect on evolution of cell culture at very high concentrations, but cells are viable and cell division proceeds normally - next cell generation shows normal behaviour. Fluorescence microscopy used on orange emitting por-Si shows that por-Si is concentrated probably on cell membranes and its presence in internal cell environment is also proved. SEM proved...

An analysis of the use of digitalization in the department of radiology
Potančok, Martin ; Kunstová, Renáta (advisor) ; Plšková, Lenka (referee)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the digitalization of medical records in the departments of radiology in hospitals. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the process of the digitalization of medical records in the departments of radiology, analyze the effectiveness of changes and make recommendations for non digitalized departments. The introductory section deals with the legislative and technological background of the digitizing. The second part is focused on a real case study of the implementation process. It is a modernisation of the whole department of radiology in a medium-size district hospital. The third, and most important, section contains the analysis of the implementation. There is also a comparison with the analogue option. The last section consists of recommendations for the selection process and the implementation of new technologies for non-digitalized departments of radiology for both the smallest and medium sizes.

Comparison of european banks profitability
Šebor, Jan ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor) ; Tuček, Miroslav (referee)
The aim of this paper is to determine, whether the conclusions reached by some authors about the influence of the development of the financial system, bank size and taxation on bank profitability are also applicable to the European banking sector. This thesis is divided into 4 thematic parts. The first part tries to summarize the recent events that have had influence on the European banking sector as well as on the whole world and sum up their possible impact on bank profitability. A lot of attention is paid to the events of 2007 and 2008. The second and third subsection describes the basic theory, on which the thesis is build on. The balance and income statement is analysed in short as well. Further, an insight into the profitability ratios is given, because the comparison of these ratios is the centre of this paper. The forth, methodological, subsection and the fifth as well are focusing on the process contiguous our comparison. The data selection process and the influences on it are described in this section. The section also includes the fundamental base and hypotheses. The profitability comparison can be found in the next three subsections. The banks are not looked at as individual institutions, but there are concentrated into bigger units, based on country of residence and size. The last section deals with the influence of taxation on bank's profitability. The conclusion is dedicated to a summary of all the findings that were discovered during the previous sections.

The National Debt of the Czech Republic in comparison with selected states of the European Union
Baumová, Pavlína ; Severová, Lucie (advisor) ; Jitka, Jitka (referee)
The following master's thesis is focused on the evaluation of the national debt development in the Czech Republic in the period from 2003 till 2015. In the first part of the thesis, terms as national debt and national budget are explained. In addition, the process of the national budget formation is described, and the interconnection between the national debt and the national budget is discussed. Second part of the thesis is concentrated on comparison of the Czech national debt to the debts of selected European countries. Furthermore, it is argued that national budget is an important factor affecting the size of national debt. To gain more insight into such phenomena, the thesis offers two econometric models, taking into consideration selected macro-economic indicators, which might considerably influence incomes and expenses of the national budget. Based on discovered information, specific measures to reduce the negative effects of the national budget, resulting in reducing the value of national debt, are suggested.
