State administration of courts
Kunc, Petr ; Winterová, Alena (advisor) ; Frintová, Dita (referee)
157 SHRNUTÍ (RESUMÉ) This diploma work takes an interest in the problem of judicial administration. Its main theme is the question whether and what way it can be encroached on the independence of courts via the execution of judicial administration. The existence of independent judiciary is the essential part of a democratic legal state. For that reason the principal of the independence of courts and judges is laid down in the constitutional regulations such as the principal of division of power which is connected with it. Judiciary must be separated from the other two branches of the state power in order to prevent from encroaching on ruling by the other powers and this way to reaching the main assigment that should be kept by judiciary, which means to guarantee independent, impartial and well-deserved decision of legal conflicts. It is the obligation of the state to create such a quality system of quarantees to reach this goal.At the same time the state must quarantee the work of courts from the material, financial, personal side and the way of work at the court and also provide surveilance of decent executing the judiciary. These particular activities striving for working judiciary are the main content of judicial administration.Judicial administration involves all activities that are not its execution of...

Legal status of a surety in tax proceedings
Nováková, Alena ; Marková, Hana (advisor) ; Kohajda, Michael (referee)
Diplomová práce Resumé ____________________________________________________________________________ Legal status of a surety in tax proceedings Resume This paper deals with the legal status of a surety pursuant to the Tax and Fee Administration Act and to the applicable Code of Tax Procedure not effective yet. It is generally known that the procedural legal status of a surety in tax proceedings has always been one of the problematic topics for tax administration. It was covered by Section 57, Subs. 5 of Tax and Fee Administration Act No. 337/1992 Coll. as amended, by one paragraph only, which resulted in many disputes, discussions, and last but not least, civil proceedings. This was mostly caused by the fact that standing surety for someone, being one of the securities provided, was ranked in section six, called "Tax payment"; however, a surety had never been explicitly stated in legal provisions which related to its legal status. The judicature had always characterised only a principal, not a surety. The surety was explicitly mentioned in the provisions of S. 7, Subs. 2 ZSDP, in which it was ranked as a party to tax proceedings. However, this only meant that a surety did not have the status of a tax principal or its rights or obligations, although, by operation of law, it bore the responsibility for any...

Centones Christiani. Intertextual transformations of one form of the Latin Christian poetry of late antiquity
Nečetné kritiky (Tertullianus, Hieronymus, Decretum Gelasianum) vycházejí z ortodoxních křesťanských pozic a kritizují spíše nevhodnost spojení biblického obsahu s "pohanskou'' slovní formou než princip centonu jako takový. V dalším období, které začíná v druhé polovině 18. století, vychází převažující záporné hodnocení centonové poezie ze změny v pojetí umělecké tvorby, pro niž podle dobových...

Geometric formulation of Lagrangian mechanics
Štrupl, František ; Podolský, Jiří (advisor) ; Krtouš, Pavel (referee)
In the present work we study application of differential geometry to the Lagrangian formalism. In the first chapter we summariz e the foundations of geometric formulation of Lagrangian mechanics,in particular eshow the principal meaning of the tagent bundle of the configuration mani-fold and dynamical vector field which solves the Lagrange equations in theirgeometrical form. The Noether's theorem is also formulatedand proved. The second chapter introduces other geometrical definitions related to theLagrangian formalism, such as fiber space, lifts, second-order vector fieldsand Lagrangian vector fields. The existence of symplectic structure and Hamiltonian dynamics on the tangent bundle of the configuration manifold is also demonstrated. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Enhancement of the teamwork effectivity
Iľková, Zuzana ; Filipová, Alena (advisor) ; Zeman, Jiří (referee)
The bachelor thesis is focused to the question how to make the teamwork more effective. The main part of the work analyses principal techniques of teamwork, methods of goals setting and key characteristics of the team-leader role, his management style and motivation. Another important theme examined in the thesis is enhancement of the cooperation in a team by understanding the personality typology called MBTI. Finally, the theoretical teamwork issues are demonstrated on a study of an example of a concrete team's teambuilding.

Interaction of influenza virus with cell defence mechanisms
Vochyánová, Klára ; Drda Morávková, Alena (advisor) ; Mikušová, Gabriela (referee)
Influenza virus infection is one of the most current problems nowadays. Its unique ability to strongly inhibit cell immune response on many different levels and its pandemic potential make it a subject of interest of many research groups. The Influenza virus uses mainly NS1 protein to inhibit the immune response. NS1 protein is able, on one hand, to bind RNA and mask it against recognition by cellular sensors and other proteins. On the other hand, NS1 protein possesses a catalytic domain. Using this domain it interacts with many cellular proteins, interferes with signal transduction and guarantees successful infection. NS1 protein is one of principal pathogenicity instruments of the Influenza virus and it deserves appropriate attention.

Location of Balbani cytoplasm in sturgeon eggs as primordial gonocytes precursor during fertilization
DVOŘÁK, Matěj
The oocytes of many organisms, including fish, contain germ plasm. Germ plasm is maternally inherited determinants of germ cells. New-found germ plasm has been also described in previtellogenic sturgeon oocytes as Balbani cytoplasm. It contains precursors of germinal granules so called nuage. Germinal granules have been detected as a part of primordial gonocytes (PGCs) and according to some studies it play the role in the formation PGCs. PGCs are embryonic cells from which the gametes are differentiated. These cells has potential to transmit genetic information to the next generation. PGCs or subsequently spermatogonia therefore have the potential to be of value for gene banking and cryopreservation, particularly via the production of donor gametes with germ?line chimeras. Nevertheless the first step for successfully transplantation is visualization of PGCs. It is usually done using injection of GFP (green fluorescent protein) mRNA conjugated with mRNA, such as vasa and nanos, to the area of egg with PGC precursor localization (nuage) early after fertilization. Electron microscopic observation at this study revealed three main principal layers (a topmost alveolar layer, a zona radiata externa and a downmost layer as an zona radiata interna), a layer of cortical granules in unfertilized eggs and a perivitelline space in fertilized eggs; then germ plasm, containing nuage, which was dispersed only in the vegetal pole of ovulated sturgeon eggs. In addition, we observed formation interspace between the zona radiata externa and zona radiata interna. Sturgeon eggs have too strong envelopes for injection by glass needle. The glass capillary needle penetration could be facilitated by separation of parts of the egg envelopes as the alveolar layer and the zona radiata externa from interspace, which created by separation of the zona radiata externa and zona radiate interna by tweezers.

Race Car Lever-Jack
Jantač, Martin ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with a project of a lever-jack used for a race car. Its aim is to design a suitable model responding to all needs of such mechanism. The work itself is divided into several chapters. The first chapter is mainly theoretical, focusing on introduction of different types of lever-jacks. Further on, two engineering designs were created (mechanical and hydraulic). Kinematic calculation and strength calculation of some selected parts were done for each of these designs.
