The aim of this thesis is a proposal of a new winery building for the Lahofer Company close to the village of Dobšice u Znojma.I have completed a proposal on this topic in the AG32 subject, which is improved and extended by documentation for a building permit and documentation for carrying out of the construction. A new buiding is situated on the south gently sloping downhill land. The instruction for the assignment including the production part of the building with yearly output of 500.000 bottles of wine. The main idea was creating of the sustainable compact monoblock which is divided by material and by height and these differences are visible on the facade. The production part was solved with regard on the operational simplicity. The main construction material is a timber. From the perspective of the visitor was goal to create such a functional layout with possibility to have a look to the production itself, to see the barrique barrels, that the building is visually connected with a vineyards, that the restaurant provides overlook on the surrounding vineyards and a visitor was still in the heart of the building. This led to the creation of glazed entrance hall which connects all of this and creates the basic space of the winery. It is a space which gives vital information about others parts of the building more intensively than the building as a whole. Great emphasis was placed on the atmosphere and the feeling which a visitor will remember.

Musilová, Michaela ; Myslín,, Jiří (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor) ; Kalousek, Miloš (advisor)
The theme of my graduation thesis is a project of a new winery building for the Lahofer Company, which is headquartered in Dobšice u Znojma. A study of this topic was made during the AG33 subject – Architectural Design Studio 3 and this project extended it by the documentation for planning permission and the documentation for carrying out the construction. According to work assignment the project deals with industrial building and public part of the building – the main entrance area and showroom of the winery, also the restaurant and the accommodation for visitors. The public part and the production part are connected with the administrative space. The new building is located instead of vineyard. The house is composed of two primary tracts, which copy the main compositional axis. The northern wing is partly set in the downhill land, which is the important advantage for working in the industrial building – production, ripening and storage of the wine. The two main tracts – the public and the industrial one – are distinguished especially by degree of lighting and also by the colour of the material. The most transparent is the south facade, where the main public entrance is. The roof change its height level with the slope, so the building is more dynamic.

Vojtěšek, Jiří ; Žák, Libor (referee) ; Dýr, Petr (advisor)
The city of Brno has always been a center of Moravian wine. The new draft of wine center responds to this reality and represents the grandeur of wineries in its full glory. Respect for nature, love for traditions and love for order/system are the main aspects of the design. The proposal is essentially open to the public, however, the necessary modesty is preserved. Conversely taciturnity of production part of buliding holds the secrets of the deep traditions of Viticulture and Enology. Designed buildings are used for production, wine storage, administration associated with the production, tasting and selling wine, conferences, accommodation and, finally, wellness and other activities. The size of the building is the result of an optimal design that does not interfere with nearby historical buildings. The emphasis is on minimizing costs both during construction and during operation. Flor plan shape resembling the letter L is oriented towards the west courtyard. This raises a unique viticultural area court with a wide staircase. The amphitheater can be used for seasonal exhibitions, pilgrimages or feast of local entertainment. The yard is connected with the street Hlinky, which paraphrases the historic entrance portals into winecellars. The northern part of the building bites into the ground and connects the original winecellars with new facilities. Small narrow windows reflects the desired taciturnity, just as it was with winecellars in South Moravia for centuries.

Buchtová, Jana ; Mihaljevič, Martin (advisor) ; Száková, Jiřina (referee)
This work was focused on determination of mobility of mercury and its content in materials from each part of the wine production process. The aim of this work was to establish the most suitable analytical method for determination and evaluation of changes in content of mercury during the production process. Samples of soil, biomass, vine wood, vine leaves, berries, grapes, rough wine and cider sediment of red wine and also four liquid samples of white wine were analyzed. All the samples originated from the area of Malé Žernoseky and Rudoltice nad Bílinou, white wine samples were collected in Chrámce u Mostu in the northern part of the Czech Republic. Analyzer AMA 254 was used for determination of mercury in solid samples and liquid samples had to be prearranged by PSA analyzer. This analytical approach was not so sufficient and mercury from liquid samples had to be captured by gold-coated amalgamator in first step and then analyzed by AMA 254. Obtained results confirmed interception of mercury mostly in leaves and in the grapes peelings. The grapes from Rudoltice contained 0,0022 mg/kg in dry mass and further processed wine grapes contained 0,0068 mg/kg in dry mass. The lowest content of mercury was in cider and completed wine contained less mercury then the rough wine. Unfiltrated cider from Chrámce has...
