Alternatives of Home Violence Settling as seen by the Roman Catholic Church

My dissertation Alternatives of Home Violence Settling deals with various alternatives of how the home violence problems can be settled. The introductory chapter goes through the professional interpretation of the home violence term as well as causes, forms and specific signs of this violence type, being followed by description of its consequences and the myths which have gained a foothold in the general public. The home violence is characterized as a long-term, repeated and escalating physical, mental, or sexual cruelty to persons living in the common household; it takes place between close persons, adult family members, or also life partners. The victims, being exposed to long-term violence, lost their self-confidence, however, their fear and confusion increase; they also suffer from a good many various symptoms as depression, shame, decline of general state of health, or increased suicidal behavior. Chapter two focuses on the characterization of the home violence victims and delinquests as well. As to the victims, these can be everybody, irrespective of their education, age, social position or economic situation - women, seniors and handicapped persons as well as men. Stimulation of strength, speed, and coordination, abilities in the ice hockey goaltender

Thesis title: Stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities in the ice hockey goaltender. Aim of the thesis: To describe theoretical basis of stimulation in ice hockey goaltenders. To design a model of goaltender's strength, speed and coordination training and to find suitable methods, means and forms of the stimulation of strength, speed and coordination abilities focused on youth teams and older goaltenders. Method: Qualitative analysis of document contents was used to identify the main theoretical basis of stimulation of goaltenders strength, speed and coordination abilities. Determiners of goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination development were described on the basis of deeper analysis. The main theoretical resources were finally integrated into a logical complex by the method of synthesis. On this basis the conception of strength, speed and coordination abilities stimulation could have been set up and suitable methods, means and forms of the goaltenders' strength, speed and coordination training could have been chosen with focus on youth teams and older goaltenders. Extent and Cause of Private Tutoring at Primary Schools

The goal of this thesis is to outline the situation of private supplementary tutoring in the first years of primary school in the Czech Republic, as this topic has not been investigated properly so far. A questionnaire for young pupil's parents was chosen as an appropriate method to collect the data needed. Although the research sample was not large, the research has brought valuable information about the children who have supplementary tutoring, about the reasons they (their parents) have for it, and also the tutors chosen to teach the pupils. The thesis builds on foreign sources and compares the situation in the Czech Republic with the situation in other countries in the world. Despite its limited extent this work could be used as a first groundwork for subsequent more extensive research in this field.

The theme and scope of submitted thesis is "Activating methods and forms in teaching of natural sciences" then followed with regard to the author's certification in chemistry and biology. The thesis is solved in conformity with requirements of the Framework Educational Programme, especially the change of the teaching style in schools. The thesis is written down with respect of a natural continuation of previous work of the author - diploma thesis dealt with project teaching and rigorous thesis was focused on cooperative activities. With regard to the objectives of submitted work the design of the research project is divided into two component parts: a questionnaire survey and a video study.

The bachelor thesis focuses on solving the issue regarding enhancing the administration workflow effectiveness at the local election of the representatives. It goes the way of designing a part of the information system – the election application, created in the environment of the MS ACCESS 2013. The thesis is based on the database and information system theories and their use in a production environment. I have used the law normatives of the Czech republic for the organization and election processing based on the specific type of the local authority.
Automatic Web Form Processing

This thesis deals with the web form automatization. It contains a short introduction to the HTML and XHTML markup languages and their facilities for the definition of forms. Next, there is a short overview of the HTTP protocol and XML markup language and a method of the form description using XML is proposed. The thesis contains a description of tool for creating XML file from HTML document and a description of a data sender tool using a CSV data file and an XML form description. Next, there is a description of the algorithms used in the implementation. The conclusion includes the achieved results and the improvements for the future.
Secure forms administration framework in PHP

Nowadays in the 21st century which is full of information technology constantly increase web servers with a number of Web applications and services for clients. In the future it is expected huge expansion of the services realized by way of the Internet. The main objective of the thesis was to design and develop an Internet application which would create the user-defined forms, and subsequently would be safely managed by using the database. In the first part of the Bachelor's thesis I deal with the theoretical introduction to the issue of security and administration forms. In the second part I describe the server configuration, structure and implementation of the programme in practice. Bachelor's thesis contains a description of the activity of the programme and a description of the used security.
The forms of entering international markets

This work focuses on the process of internationalizing business activities. Different aspects of entering a foreign market based on various internationalization models, theoretical approaches are described and the possible forms of internationalization and their positives and negatives are discussed. Internationalization theories are further applied to a French manufacturer of security gates and fences for firms and households - Dirickx Groupe. The company is introduced in terms of business activities and geographic scope. The aim of the work is to describe internationalization motives and the internationalization process of the Dirickx Groupe company and verify the theories' validity. It also focuses on the firm's activities on the Czech market and it's relation to the market in Poland. There is a SWOT analysis and recommendations for the firm's future activities presented as well.
Theory and Creation of the Educational Program 24 Forms of Tai Chi Chuan

The theoretical part of this bachelor work firstly deals with meaning of an exercise called Tchaj-ťi čchüan. It also mentions short history, influence and impact of Tchán-ťi čchüan, which according to medical standpoint positively affects human organism. It includes reference about exercise in the form we can meet in contemporary age. The theoretical part defines types of exercise configurations, right attitude and breathing, too. Main point of this part is locomotive study. The fundamental practical part of my work takes notice on creating methodical successions and drills of each section of the exercise configuration from 24 Tchaj-ťi čchüan ´s styles. There is description of basic position simultaneously with corresponding photograph depicting delineated drill by each section of the exercise style. Allocated photographs and DVD are enclosed for better understanding of this topic.
