Práce se zaměřuje na proces zmezinárodňování firemních aktivit. Popisuje jednotlivé aspekty vstupu společností na zahraniční trhy na základě modelů internacionalizace a teoretických přístupů, ovlivňujících rozhodnutí o přesunu činností na mezinárodní úroveň a výběru vhodného zahraničního trhu k tomuto účelu. Zabývá se také tím, jakými formami lze na zahraniční trh vstoupit a jaká pozitiva a nevýhody výběr jednotlivých forem přináší. Teorie vstupu na zahraniční trhy je dále aplikována na konkrétní společnost, kterou je francouzský výrobce bezpečnostních bran a plotů pro firmy i domácnosti. Společnost je zde představena z hlediska předmětu podnikání a rozsahu působnosti. Cílem práce je popsat motivy a průběh internacionalizace této firmy a ověřit korespondenci tohoto procesu s teoretickými přístupy. Práce se také zaměřuje na fungování firmy na českém trhu a vztah české pobočky k pobočkám, působícím na trhu polském. Obsahuje SWOT analýzu české větve a jednotlivá doporučení pro budoucí činnosti. This work focuses on the process of internationalizing business activities. Different aspects of entering a foreign market based on various internationalization models, theoretical approaches are described and the possible forms of internationalization and their positives and negatives are discussed. Internationalization theories are further applied to a French manufacturer of security gates and fences for firms and households - Dirickx Groupe. The company is introduced in terms of business activities and geographic scope. The aim of the work is to describe internationalization motives and the internationalization process of the Dirickx Groupe company and verify the theories' validity. It also focuses on the firm's activities on the Czech market and it's relation to the market in Poland. There is a SWOT analysis and recommendations for the firm's future activities presented as well.
