Automatic evaluation of the students' assessments
Oraný, Vladimír ; Pecinovský, Rudolf (advisor) ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (referee)
Nearly seven hundreds of students each year apply for informatics' studies at University of economics, Prague (UEP). At the beginning, each one must complete two courses related to programming - Introduction to Programming and Fundamentals of Software Engineering. Both courses produce a lot of outputs -- simpler home works or more complex semestral projects -- which must be assessed by the teachers. Especially assessment of early home works is laboring and routine which makes it perfect candidate for automation. The goal of this work is to suggest the best suitable way how to implement this automation at UEP. Since mass courses make troubles universities all around the world there is already a lot of existing solutions how to automate evaluation of programming courses. First two chapters summarize the effort to find the most interesting ones and present them to the Czech audience. Because existing solutions are really sophisticated but does not provide white box tests support needed at UEP the rest of this thesis is not about creating own new automatic assessment system but about creating a middleware which can handle the problem mentioned. The middleware called Duckapter makes usage of Java reflection API easier and is downloadable from project website http://code.google.com/p/duckapter. Using them, the teachers can provide white box tests inside the black box (unit) tests which are supported by the most of the current automatic assessment systems.

Concept of accounting high-school course book for the specialization "Public Administration"
Baranová, Petra ; Fišerová, Marie (advisor) ; Berková, Kateřina (referee)
This thesis deals with a proposal of high-school course book for the specialization "Public Administration". The aim of the thesis is to offer the textbook of accounting for public sector which covers the needs of both teachers and students. For this purpose, the survey was performed firstly. The respective survey showed that no suitable textbook had been available on the market. The teachers usually use the course book of P. Štohl. Both students and teachers agree on the requirements for this type of textbook. One of them is a lot of practical examples for practicing, then clear arrangement, simplicity and colourfulness. Further to the requirements stated above, I tried to compile such a textbook. The text is divided into chapters according to the accounting classes order. In each chapter, brief summary of the related theory and solved examples are included. Then, additional examples for practicing are available after the end of chapter; their results can be found at the end of the textbook.

Process analysis of the Centre of Information and Library Services of the University of Economics, Prague
Daňková, Lucie ; Říhová, Zora (advisor) ; Škochová, Věra (referee)
Theme of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the processes inside the library of the University of economics. The first part is dedicated to the definition of the goals of the thesis and to the theory of the company processes. The text interprets the term of information literacy and information education and links these terms with the procedural analysis. The thesis introduces the library and identified processes for optimalization. In the second part, the identified processes are analyzed and described in the EPC notation. The thesis describes five processes and their sub-processes. The first process is the educational program, the next process is the cooperation between the university teachers and the library. Another process is the the control of the plagiarism and the use of electronical sources and thesis in the education. The last described process is the feedback from the users. The conclusion summarises the thesis and is coupled with the recommendation about the optimalization of the described processes. The goal of the thesis is to optimalize the defined processes of the informational education in the library and to improve the quality of them, so they can effectively aid the goals of the library, but also to improve the information literacy of the students.

Machine learning of formal languages
Klonfar, Matěj ; Mráz, František (advisor) ; Plátek, Martin (referee)
In the present work I study the task of machine learning of formal languages. The task of the work is to design and implement the program with anyone will be able to study the progress and results of algorithms for learning languages. With this program is possible to run algorithms for learning from examples. Examples could be sets of positive and negative examples of the result languages or sets expressed by teacher who knows the result language. The main task is to design easily extensible application with a view to inserting add-ins without no limits of used representation of learned languages or language complexity.

Food intake disorders as an actual issue of upper-secondary school students
Šlechtová, Iveta ; Marádová, Eva (advisor) ; Vodáková, Jitka (referee)
My graduation thesis deals with eating disorders, as a current problem among secondary students. My thesis is divided in the theoretical part and the practical empirical part. The separated part of the thesis is formed by general information about researches on frequency of eating disorders at secondary schools in the Czech Republic and abroad. The theoretical part includes remarks from scientific literature. It is concerned with anorexia nervosa and bulimy in general and tries to find causes of these disorders and treatment possibilities. The empirical part concerns my own research at secondary schools in Prague. My research was carried out by interviewing secondary teachers. The aim of research was to find out whether the problem with eating disorders is current at secondary schools in Prague, to suggest a strategy of prevention according to my acquired knowledge and to work out my own draft of measures - recommendation for school education programme.

Syndrome of abused children of younger school age as a problem of primary school."
Plíšková, Petra ; Hanušová, Jaroslava (referee) ; Glosíková, Viera (advisor)
The aim of my graduation theses is to design a methodical process for teachers, how to solve a situation when it is found out that a pupil in his class is physicaly tortured. There is a project where the teachers, on their own, compile already mentioned methodical process. Theoretical part presents questions of syndrome CAN, its individual forms, possible prevention, its appearance and legal cooperation. It was explored teachers' awarness of existent problems and their experience by questionnaire inquiry. The result is that teachers are sufficiently aware of the problems CAN and they are interested in further education in this subject.

Eating Disorders in Dance Environment
Mikysková, Barbara ; JANEČEK, Václav (advisor) ; ČÍŽKOVÁ, Klára (referee)
The doctoral thesis ?Eating Disorders in Dance Environment?treats of specific factors that act in dance environment and increase the risk of eating disorders among dancers. Information for this thesis was obtained not only from specialized references but even form a survey made among dancers and teachers. The target of this thesis is to describe the risk factors in dance environment and to suggest an optimization of the current situation. The outcomes of this thesis are two texts dedicated to dance teachers. Teachers were found to be the factor, which increases the risk of eating disorders among dancers the most of all other factors. The first text describes how to recognize an eating disorder at student and how to act in this situation. The second text shows to teachers, what they can do to reduce the risk of developing even more cases of eating disorders among dancers.

The conception of geography fieldwork on example of České Budějovice and its surroundings
Záleský, Jiří ; Marada, Miroslav (advisor) ; Řezníčková, Dana (referee)
This thesis deals with the problem of geography fieldwork at Czech schools. Its main aim is to suggest a concept of fieldwork for secondary schools in České Budějovice, which could also be used for other schools. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first one, which is focused on theory, basic terms are defined according to the analysis of literature. Aims of education as well as benefits, problems and aims related to geography fieldwork and its concept in current education documents are also discussed there. In the second part, principles of the creation of tasks for fieldwork in České Budějovice with its surroundings and appropriate methods of their evaluation are specified. On the basis of geographical characteristics of the region, appropriate aims of education and localities are chosen for the geographical topics taught at schools. The third part contains six work sheets and information materials for teachers, which elaborate different topics and may be used for education. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
