Ethics code and its sense for professional competences

Every profession has some responsibility. Some skills that are not circumscribed by law, subject to the so-called ethical code. The most famous areas, subject to the Ethics Code, it is medicine. In the theoretical part of this work will define the scientific literature on the concept of a code of ethics, and I will continue to pursue professions that are subject to the Code of Ethics. I would like to compare the function of the code of ethics in the past and now. I would like to focus on the ethical code of teachers, social workers, nurses and doctors, police and / or. journalists. The practical part will try to find out whether the profession, which I described in the theoretical part, really manages ethical codes. For the preparation of his thesis will use the first method of comparison, compare the history with the present. Then we analyze the information obtained from interviews conducted with a representative of one of those professions.

Design of methodology for delivery of ICT support projects via competence centre

Cílem této disertační práce je navrhnout metodiku, která podpoří realizaci několika vzájemně provázaných ICT provozních projektů. Na základě tzv. dobrých praktik v odvětví, principů projektového a programového řízení, vlastních znalostí a zkušeností, vytvořil autor návrh metodiky kompetenčního centra ICT provozních projektů jako virtuálního útvaru společnosti, které má za cíl dodat takový typ projektů.

Teaching of digital safety at the secondary and high school

This thesis deals with the issue of digital security at primary and secondary schools. This means first of all taking into account important aspects of computer security, such as protection of your equipment from dangerous viruses and pirate attacks with security software, the correct backup and manage their data. Furthermore, the focus on prudent behavior on the Internet, including caution against email threats, fraudulent behavior of some users and prudent use of social networks. It also provides password security with an emphasis on strong password management and also the issue of copyright law. The work included content analysis of Czech curricula given to the issue. They are listed here similar studies related to the topic of research theory and the main research of this thesis. In this research included a survey investigating the competence of students of the above schools in teaching computer security, the results are evaluated and compared with the findings of state documents related to the issue of teaching ICT.

Preparedness of primary school teachers for environmental education

This bachelor thesis examines the preparedness of primary school teachers in the South Bohemia for environmental education. This readiness is thinking of competencies for effective administration and coordination of environmental education, not stint the teacher's knowledge. The theoretical part describes the development, challenges and diversity of methods of environmental education in the Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the education plan (SEP) and primarily qualitative analysis of the responses of teachers gathered through a questionnaire, which contained 6, mostly open questions. Based on the evaluation of these responses were determined and defined three groups of teachers of differing competencies and thus preparedness for environmental education. Further it has been verified overwhelming satisfaction of teachers with internet and levels of educational programs, training and seminars, provided primarily by NGO´s and several government agencies in the region.

Applications of Microcomputer-Based Laboratories in Inquiry-Based Science Education.

The main aim of the propounded work is based on the using of computer technology and experimental laboratory systems in science education. In this work there is a study of the role and function of the interactive teaching. We think about features of the school experiment in the thesis. School experiments are divided into simple typology in this work, according to the level of individualization pupil's activities into following types: demonstration activities (teacher based), student laboratory works and student research activities. The role of computer technology in each of the following experiments is to provide tools for measurement, visualization and analysis of experiment. In the case of student research activities IT also comes into the role of guide in experiment and it provides its theoretical and didactic background. Information Technologies are showed in the thesis as a key tool to the didactic transformation in science education.

Current state of swimming teaching to preschool children in Prague

Abstraction The subject of the bachelor thesis is the current situation of swimming courses for kindergartens. The paper aims to study the quality and conditions of teaching basic swimming skills in selected swimming schools and provides approximate number and age of children participating in the courses in Prague. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with swimming and its importance in general and describes methodological and organizational specifics of swimming teaching at preschool age. It briefly deals with several legislative documents, which set hygiene and safety standards for swimming pools used for preschool swimming lessons. The practical part focuses on finding out the percentage and age range of children from Prague kindergartens, who attend swimming courses. The data for the practical part were obtained through questionnaires and direct non-participating observation. The conclusions show that quite a large number of Prague kindergartens attend swimming classes. The quality of swimming teaching and especially the material conditions are very different. In swimming teaching the teacher plays the key role.

The implementation of an International and Educational Programme about Prevention and Spread of Infectious Diseases for Primary and Secondary School Children

This dissertation thesis summarizes the research findings of reviews of Czech society to antibiotics and drugs and her knowledge of infectious diseases and how to effectively prevent the increase of resistant bacteria. This research was attended by 1,242 respondents from four regions of the Czech Republic. The survey revealed a very low respondent's knowledge about the possibilities of effective primary and secondary prevention of infectious diseases. With these findings the Department of Infectious Diseases from the 3rd Medical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague participated in the development and implementation of a pan- European teaching programme called "e-Bug." The main objective of this project was to develop and evaluate the teaching resource which teachers could use in the primary and secondary school in the subject "Health Education". Based on the evaluation of the first version of educational e-Bug manuals on a sample of 2,181students from England, France and the Czech Republic, the team of experts created two teaching manuals (one for primary and second for secondary school). Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth

The goal of the thesis "Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth" is to analyze leisure time teacher profession in terms of job satisfaction. It tries to find out what aspects of job satisfaction are considered to be the most important by the teachers, and how they are reflected to the satisfaction with current situation. Additionally, the thesis designes solutions in those areas where (based on the research) the leisure time teachers see the biggest difference between an importance and a satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with defining of the terms houses for children and youth, leisure time teachers, leisure education, theory of job satisfaction and factors of job satisfaction. The practical part is based on the research, carried out in the form of a questionnaire based on four determined hypotheses. The conclusion of the work proposes solution.

Further education of teachers at elementary school

This thesis describes education of teachers at elementary school with a view of legal regulation in this issue. Main attention is given on issues of qualification with concrete research at elementary school in Horní Slavkov. Main goal of my work was to define the status of qualification at the school and to compare it with average values in region and whole republic. Then I tried to find possibilities how to gain qualification for teachers in region and I suggested possible improvements. As method I used the analysis of data and questionnaire survey. In the thesis there are chapters about methods of education, remuneration of teachers and planned ganges in this issue. At the end I suggested some recommendations how to provide qualified staff at school.
