Blind Friendly Time Organizer

In present many diaries and organizers use attractive but nonstandard controls, which are problematic to read for software designated for blind people (e.g. JAWS, www.freedomscientific.com). The aim of this bachelor work is to analyze functions and controls of commonly used diaries and create diary, which demands minimal configuration of applications for reading the screen. The diary must support functions like planning occurrences, repeated occurrences, tally of contacts, reminding occurrences at certain time, searching in text of occurrences, backing up and transmissibility of data. Everything with emphasis on the way of managing routine tasks.

SOUHRN Magnesium a kalcium hrají esenciální roli v existenci živých organismů. Magnesium, se účastní kolem 300 základních enzymatických reakcí, je důležité pro energetický metabolismus, zastává klíčovou roli v neurotransmisi, při imunitních funkcích a regulaci neuromuskulární aktivity srdce. Kalcium kromě strukturální, elektrofyziologické a intracelulárně regulační funkce je také kofaktorem extracelulárních enzymů a regulačních proteinů. Rovnováha těchto minerálů v těle naplňuje důležitou podmínku potřebnou k udržení zdraví. Jejich nedostatek nebo naopak nadbytek v organismu je spojen s řadou vážných syndromů a onemocnění. Aluminium neplní žádnou fyziologickou funkci, důležité je z hlediska jeho toxikologie. Magnesium, kalcium a aluminium jsou využívány samostatně nebo v kombinaci ve formě různých solí, oxidů, hydroxidů nebo komplexů při výrobě mnoha farmaceutických přípravků nebo potravinových doplňků. Český lékopis 2005 používá ke stanovení magnesia, kalcia a aluminia chelatometrickou titraci edetanem disodným (přímou nebo zpětnou). Další metody užívané k detekci magnesia, kalcia nebo aluminia jsou například ASS, ET-AAS, SIA s UV-VIS detekcí, multikomponentní FIA s detekcí diodovým polem, FIA za iontově selektivní elektrodové detekce, iontově selektivní elektrody, iontová chromatografie s piezoelektrickou...

Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient after Fracture of External Ankle Aim: The aim of this thesis is to get teoretical and practical knowledge about ankle fractures and their treatment. Method: The thesis includes research of literature about the problem. It consists of two parts: general and special. In the general part, there is a basic description of the anatomy and function of lower leg and ankle joint. Next there is the description of traumatology of this area, especially fractures. It studies the mechanism of fracture formation, surgical and conservative treatment and the possibilities of physiotherapy intervention. The special part is constructed as a case study. It includes detailed assessment of a patient, an initial kinesiology analysis which determines the aim and methods of the therapy. Next there is described the cousre of individual therapeutic units, final kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation. This diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of small reservoir in collaboration with the company VZD Invest s. r. o. The first part aims at the basic description of the thesis subject – the small reservoir. Characteristics of small reservoir and calculations are processed in the second part. The third part is focused on the description of the current conditions. The main part consist of characteristics calculations of the small reservoir and proposal of the necessary reconstruction for future technical function. In conclusion, safety assessment of the proposed measures are evaluated.

Pricing of Power Derivatives

The main target of this thesis is to summarize and demonstrate the main characteristic of power markets and trying to find out electricity spot model. Thesis starts with definition of market subjects, typology of traded contracts and description of market development with focus on South Easter Europe. Thesis continues with development of consumption function and theoretical concepts of Demand/Capacity ratio which is used in short term/spot modeling and serve to identify a risk of potential increase in volatility. After deriving fundamental models I will continue with stochastic model - Volatility Regime model with Jump diffusion. I used all these knowledge and observed patterns in order to evaluate illiquid power options with daily settlement.

Lidé se ZPS a zaměstnavatelé

Diplomová práce ?Lidé se ZPS a zaměstnavatelé? si klade za cíl odhalit překážky, které brání zaměstnavatelům zaměstnávat více osob se zdravotním postižením. V úvodní části práce se zabývám situací zdravotně postižených, jejich postavením na trhu práce a pracovněprávními předpisy, které se týkají problematiky zaměstnávání osob se ZP. Zarážející je především vysoká míra nezaměstnanosti lidí se zdravotním handicapem ? více než 40 %. Za účelem odhalení příčin tohoto stavu bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi organizacemi v okrese Jindřichův Hradec, které mají povinnost zaměstnávat stanovený podíl zdravotně postižených zaměstnanců. Respondenti byli dotazováni zejména na to, jakým způsobem plní povinný podíl pro zaměstnávání OZP a proč zvolili právě tento způsob. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že zhruba polovina zaměstnavatelů přímo zaměstnává zaměstnance se zdravotním postižením. Ti, kteří zvolili jiný způsob splnění povinného podílu, jako důvod uvedli nedostatek zájemců o práci s potřebnou kvalifikací. To potvrzují i statistiky z úřadu práce, ze kterých vyplývá, že uchazeči o zaměstnání se ZP dosáhli v průměru nižšího stupně vzdělání než zbytek populace. Kvůli vzniku zdravotního postižení navíc často museli změnit profesi a v novém povolání ještě nemají dostatečnou praxi. Anketa také ukázala, že na místech vyhrazených pro zaměstnance se ZP jsou nejčastěji zaměstnáváni lidé, kteří se stali OZP až poté, co byli v organizaci zaměstnáni. To ztěžuje mladým lidem se ZP hledání prvního zaměstnání.

Experimental heat flux declaration through soil or artifikal substrate using HFP01-SC sensor

The aim of this thesis is to describe a method of measuring the heat flow through the substratum or soil with self-calibrating heat flux sensor HFP-01SC (Hukseflux, The Netherlands) and to confirm the appropriateness of its use. In addition, this paper should be a manual for applications using this sesnor. Submitted work should be a contribution to disciplines dealing with measurement of heat flow through the substratum or soil.

Film and Media /Communication Strategy of a Feature Film in Media/

This Master diploma thesis has an objective to explore the environment of Czech and international medias and to compare it with the needs of Czech feature film promotion. It describes behaviour of the Medias and its? recipients and the possibilities of using the knowledge for more efficient communication of feature films. The marketing communications resources are used in order to find out its applicability for a feature film. The feature film is defined as a product on the market, the issue of the feature film as a cultural product and it?s attributes is viewed through the marketing communication optic.
For the development of an efficient communication strategy the knowledge of it?s means and recipients is necessary. It is important to describe Czech media environment, to define concrete communication channels and to make an attempt to explore their relevance and efficiency. The efficiency is connected to the reaction of focus groups; the thesis describes their definition and the research methods of the communication effect on them.
Wisely chosen creative concept for different types of films, genres, focus groups or business goals is for an efficient communication indispensable. The thesis tries to describe how to use artistic features of the film for efficient communication effect. The topic of cooperation with advertising agencies in various states of the creation of the film is analyzed. It covers the issue of the feature film as a communication media itself and its potential in the communication campaigns (including the product-placement).
Following part is dedicated to practicing the medial communication on the Czech market. The attention to the Czech films in the Medias follows and the means of influencing the Medias are described. The Public Relations topic is covered as a phenomenon of the most used mean of feature film communication. The phenomenon of publicity of film festivals as an independent communication channel is described. The description of internationally important film Medias follows.
The thesis shall be helpful to the Czech producer of the feature film to discover which means of communication the media market offers to promote a feature film.

The central bank and its function in the economy

The following thesis describes the importance of the central bank in the states economy and its position in the structure of the banking and financial system. It deals with its monetary policy and functions such as the role of the state bank, issuance activity or the regulation and supervision of commercial banks. The theoretical part is concluded by describing the Maastricht convergence criteria, which is built on in a questionnaire survey of the practical part.
The practical part is divided into two sections. The first is focused on the exchange rate as a monetary tool of the Czech National Bank. It attempts to compare how successfully CNB has achieved its predictions from 2014 (the year when the foreign exchange interventions were initiated). The second section contains an interpretation of the results from the survey, with the aim of identifying the attitudes of Czech citizens towards adopting the euro currency. Subsequently, testing of a statistical hypothesis for contingency between selected issues was performed and connections within the columnar frequency of the contingency tables were observed and picked out.
