The master’s thesis is focused on creation of a business plan for establishing a hotel for dogs in Brno. First part of thesis includes theoretical background of enterpreneurship, business plan and its structure. Also it describes theoretical information about particular analysis of inner and external environment, which are used and processed in second chapter of the thesis, in analytical part. A last chapter contains concrete proposal of a business plan, including financial evaluation.

The first part is determined by the theoretical background, where the business environment in Czech Republic is characterized and oves us a basis for conducting The analytical part. The analytical part of this thesis is devoted to a komplex analysis, market research and evaluation of current market conditions. The analysis outcome is a basis for a business plan creation including all the legal requirements in the Czech business environment.

The thesis deals with the creation of a real business plan to establish a confectionery factory "Nebeské dorty" in the village Rouchovany. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the definition of business terms and analyzes needed for the elaboration of a business plan. In the design part there is a business model and related organizational, marketing and financial plan. Thanks to the questionnaire given to selected respondents and to the analyzes performed, it can be said that the future enterprise has a great chance of success.

The objective of this Masters’s thesis is to design an information system for Raab Computer, s.r.o. The information system will deal with the management of projects for the electrical installations department. First, I will focus on the theoretical background then analysis and then the design of the solution. For the Raab Computer, s.r.o. company, I was in charge of both the functional and visual aspects of the information system and I actively participated on the whole project as a part of a team from the end of 2017 to the beginning of 2019.

The diploma thesis focuses on customers satisfaction in chosen company. Based on results of sectorial analyses there were made up proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers. First part of the thesis describes theoretical data. Next part analyses current situation of the company via internal and external background. With the help of questionnairy survey actual aspect of customer's satisfaction was analyzed as well. After data aggregation from the questionnaire acquired information will be evaluated and consequently there will be created particular proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers.
