Application of kinesiologic Knowledge in Technique of Martha Graham (Floor Work)

The technique of Martha Graham is 80 years old. Dance world is constantly evolving forward and looking for to new options how healthy work with your body. I do not want to modernize technique of Martha Graham, but I would like to find optimal conditions for understanding of this dance technique. Therefore, I want to pay compensation and corrective exercise, from which in turn come out in the basic positions and exercises the Martha Graham (floor work). The aim is to draw attention to some weaknesses to the correct implementation of various exercises in the technique of Martha Graham. Important is to prepare a dancers for the better execution of each exercises and further develop the principles of dance technique. Concentrate on the fact that the dancers had learned the correct posture, focusing on the momentum of the pelvis and hips.

General Meeting of the joint-stock copany The aim and purpose of this thesis is a comprehensive summary and description dealing with the problem of the General Meeting of the joint stock company. At the same time, this work attempts to draw attention to the basic practical problems that are related to the General Meeting of the company. This paper therefore attempts to characterise the fundamental issues with the assistance of the court findings and legal sciences. At the same time this work is trying to highlight the latest changes that have occurred in connection with transposition of the Directive Nr. 2007/36/EC of 11 July 2007 "on the exercise of certain rights of shareholders in listed companies" in our legal system. The structure of this work is conceived from the perspective of the course of the General Meeting, where individual chapters are arranged chronologically. The only exceptions are the last two chapters dealing with the rights of shareholders in General Meeting and the decision of the sole shareholder in the scope of the General Meeting. Executive functions in individuals with autism and possible intervention

There have been many psychological theories which tried to unravel the functioning of individuals with autism. This paper perceives autism as an executive function disorder. It focuses mainly on one single component - verbal and nonverbal fluency. The theoretical part of the paper analyzes some of the well-known executive function models. Since at the end the thesis draws conclusions for possible intervention in autism, the knowledge of these models seems to be essential. The methodological aspects of executive function research are tackled as well. The dispute between the supporters of executive dysfunction hypothesis and advocates of its rival theory - Theory of Mind, is still ongoing. Their main arguments are therefore briefly discussed. However, the essence of the theoretical part lies in the executive function profile and the analysis of the main executive components. Conclusions of the theoretical part then lead us to the formulation of empirical hypotheses. In the empirical part 13 individuals with Asperger syndrome and 13 healthy controls were tested. The verbal and nonverbal abilities in both groups were taken into account. Three studies were executed. Environment and Health

This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the environment and health in surroundings of Dobříš. It means how the young people spend their leisure time, whether they live a healthy lifestyle and last but not least, how the environmental education is integrated into the teaching process at the primary and secondary schools (gymnasium). This issue is treated in the matter of the centres of the ecological education usage and also centres of the leisure time activities and the follow-up cooperation with them. In the next part of the thesis, there is a survey that finds out how the generations (youth, their parents and grandparents) spend their leisure time and whether they live the healthy lifestyle. Another part of the survey goes in for efficiency of the environmental education integration into education and the follow-up cooperation with pupils. A booklet is made further to the survey. There is an offer of the institutions, associations and centres in surroundings of Dobříš and Příbram that are interesting in this issue, and can be visited as well. The main aim of the booklet is to inform teachers and schools and offer them the opportunity to avail these types of institutions during the lessons about the environment.

The diploma thesis is focused on the risk evaluation of the proposal for introduction of automated production line in the company Krespo Ltd. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current situation of the selected company to proposing an automated line including an indication of the benefits of this proposal and the risk evaluation related to the introduction of the line. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge related to the topic. Subsequently, the processed analytical part, where the company is characterized and there are also analysis of internal and external environment, including SWOT analysis. The last part deals with the proposal for introduction of automated line, its benefits and risk evaluation associated with its introduction in the company.

The comparison of employment relationship and contracts concerning a work practised out of employment

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to describe and generally compare the employment relationship with the contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, highlight their advantages and draw attention to disadvantages of these relationships, as well as interpret their changes associated with the novel of the Labour Code. The first chapter explains the term of labour relations. The second chapter examines in detail the employment relationship from its origin to the ways of itd ending. The third chapter describes the contracts concerning a work practised out of employment, particularly contracts for work and an agreement on work activities. The fourth section introduces the concepts of social security and health insurance. The fifth chapter focuses on the final comparison of labour relations. Theoretical interpretation of each chapter is supplemented by the outcomes that were done for the purpose of this work.

Complications in gynaecologic endoscopic surgery - prevention of complications

This thesis submits retrospective analytic study evaluating peroperation and early postoperation complications of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH). The aim of this thesis was to find out: what peroperation and early postoperation complications of LAVH occur on patient file to analyze individual types of complications on patient file to compare the results of retrospective study with national indications (with the help of national register of complications of gynaecological laparoscopy) discuss possible prevention of the most severe complications of LAVH The text part is devoted to indications and contraindications of laparoscopic operation, and complications that may occur during operation and describes the execution of laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy. The information necessary for the thesis is based on operation records of patients operated in the years 2000 - 2004 in ÚPMD. Data shown are processed with the aim to answer to the questions mentioned above. Further in the thesis there are presented the results of the study and their evaluation. I analyzed peroperation and early postoperation complications of LAVH in the file of 394 patients operated in the year 2000 - 2004 in ÚPMD. Mitsuoka Kit Car Design

A dissertation deals with small single-placed car body design (so-called microcar cathegory). The new design is based on the undercart and the engine of serial Mitsuoka Kit Car. Therefore the aim belongs to re-design tasks. Analytical part of the dissertation deals with two basic questions influencing the final draft. The Corporate identity at first and a problematic of the target group level of aesthetical perception linked to preferred design. On grounds of analysis the core values for new design have been set down. The particular values have been presented with the help of existing reference objects from the field of automotive design. This part also includes a questionnairy, which had been focused on prefered design conception. Due to low microcars topic awareness in Czech Republic, the questionnairy had informational character and the final design conception has been chosen on the base of functional aspects analysis. The final design development, shown on sketches and basic software renderings, is based on gradual steps that lead to the core values expression with regards to input parameters and basic design rules as well. The final design is introduced together with description of its technical solution and detailed design. The solution respects the mentioned target group and the institution Corporate Identity.

The colour modification of Wartegg´s drawing test - typical method of processing test of LD (learning disorder) diagnosed children.

This graduation work is aboutthe typical characteristics of children diagnosed with learning disabilities in the color modification Wartegg drawing test. In the theoretical part, characterized the basis for research, which includes topics dealing with projective techniques and their use in children, which includes also Warteggův drawing test and its modifications. There are also topics have focused on specific learning disabilities, their social aspects, and artistic expression of children with this diagnosis and the graphic skills of children in general. Followed by part dealing with the colors, their use in psychodiagnostic and their symbolism. This section was prepared analyzing literature and its aim is characteristic Wartegg drawing test and color modifications.In the empirical part of the selected characters analyzed in terms of processing individual fields Wartegg drawing test, which are then processed statistically. The results of the research group are compared with the control group. Dissertation includes problems of internal and external audit. The goal of this work is on the basis teoretical knowledge and information got from experience, to do internal and external audit of fulfilment by drawings of financial subvence. The result of both made audits is final report.Work is composed from three parts, first part- theoretical-describes progress of internal audit, its essence and definitions, regulation frame, which characteristics ought to fulfil an internal auditor, then running of audit, including requirements, respectively formal as well as objective, for the final report of made audit.Second part-also theoretical-describes external audit, respectively in anologous structure as internal audit.Third part-analytical- includes make of both audits, respectively in context of rendered financial subvene of public service subject ,concretely to community Skály.Within an analytical part is processed contract, agenda of both audits, including final reports of made audit.At the close of this part is made comparison of both audits.
