Possibilities of solving the pending bankruptcy of the enterprise

The bachelor thesis deals with the new Insolvency Act, which changes the legal environment in a significant way. The aim of the thesis is to describe the claims, rights and motivation of the creditors, the debtor and individual concerned persons of an enterprise during insolvency, to compare the new Act on Insolvency and Its Resolution with the old Bankruptcy and Composition Act, to describe the course of the insolvency proceedings in a time sequence and every possibility of solving the bankruptcy of an enterprise. The practical part of the thesis analyses in detail the course of the reorganization of the company CBPS, s.r.o.

Analysis and prediction of the digital music market

This paper analyzes the conditions and functions of the present music market, with the main focus on the distribution of music in digital formats. It discusses fundamental concepts as well as the law framework which is used in the Czech Republic and worldwide. Firstly, the paper discusses technological aspects, including various music formats, the realization of sales via the Internet, and the usage of file sharing networks. Secondly, the paper discusses important services already available on the Internet, which have had a significant impact on the market, and whose influence will continue well into the future. To better understand the present situation, an analysis of piracy phenomena is crucial. This analysis is based on many published studies and has attempted to reflect the attitudes of customers, musicians, and the music industry in general, towards the present state of the market. Finally, various opportunities are discussed for designing potentially usable services, which could possibly create value for consumers and the music industry in the future. These models include protectionist services transformation, supply diversification, subscription approach and streaming. New models are globally compiled together with outlined relations between them.

Psychosocial Issues of Prostitution

Presented master' s thesis "Psychosocial problems of the prostitution" inquires into specific aspects of this socialy pathological phenomenon. Whole study includes theoretical and practical part. Opening chapters of the theoretical part present the definition of prostitution and the summary of its specifics, moreover they concern the theory of causes of prostitution and its transformation during the history. Following chapters present different forms of prostitution, including the characteristic of some of them, and above all they talk about the psychological and social aspects of causes, which bring a woman to practise the prostitution, about the selfperception of women-prostitute and about her relationship with her partner or family. The work covers also some negative social factors of prostitution such as the spread of venereal deseases or the connection with the organised crime. In addition in includes the possibilities of the government to solve the problem of prostitution and it summarizes the evolution of juridical situation in Czech Republic during the 20th century. 1 ABSTRACT SPECIFIC OF PATENT LAW IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY This thesis scopes on particularities of patent law with regard to pharmaceuticals. It describes the basics of patent law while focusing mainly on international treaties, in particular on systems established by EPC and TRIPS. The patent system in USA and in the Czech Republic is also noted. This thesis is divided into seven chapters. In the first chapter named sources of law international institutions, treaties and situation in European union, USA and Czech Republic are described here. This chapter also deals with basic legal instruments such as patent, corporate invention or utility model. The next chapter is focused on individual conditions that need to be met in order to grant a certain patent - the most basic are novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability. The following chapter deals with problems associated with costly development of new drugs and the need of companies to get the longest possible protection for their inventions. A special chapter addresses exceptions to the stiff patent regulation. Described in the next chapter is the compulsory license, a legal instrument not very particular in the Czech Republic but relevant in some developing countries used in order to secure better availability of drugs to society. Scope of EU law This thesis deals with scope of EU law. Scope of EU law in concrete situation is defined by meeting conditions layed down for material, territorial, personal and temporal scope of EU law. The aim of the thesis is to define when those conditions are met and to analyse situations, where it's not clear which legal order to apply and to give the reader an insight into situations when union law applies. This thesis is divided into two parts - first part gives insight and definitions about fundametal terms used in second part of this thesis. Part two deals with topic of this thesis. First chapter of the second part analyses material scope of Union law, thus answers the question in which legal relations has Union law material scope and divides material scope of Union law into two categories: exlusive material scope of Union law and non-exlusive material scope of Union law. The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.

Čínský realitní trh - současný stav, trendy a vyhlídky

The aim of this work is to describe the phenomena of bubble in the financial, but especially in the real estate market; based on gained information, the current situation of Chinese real estate market is described. This work is divided into theoretical and more practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of bubble, bubbles in asset market, real estate market bubbles specifics and its causes analysis, identification and implications for the economy. Also, the Japanese real estate bubble is described. The second part describes the evolution of Chinese real estate market and provides overview of the milestones in its evolution. Moreover, it deals with specifics of the Chinese real estate market and explains the factors behind the rise in prices. Further in second part, situation on Chinese housing market is compared with the one in Japan during real estate bubble. Furthermore, this thesis explains how state government can coordinate, regulate and intervene on the market and comes up with short-term outlook.

Comparative analysis of loans to finance housing

The thesis deals with loans to finance own housing. The thesis is primarily focused on mortgage loans, bridging loans and hans coming from building savings, both of them provided by building societies. In particular parts of the thesis are described basic principles of mortgage hans and building savings loans. There is stated thein legislation, kinds and types of individual housing loans. In the following part is analyzed the current market situation and market development of housing loans in the Czech Republic including the factors influencing this development. In the last part are compared different types of the hans using a model example. In comparison are included fees relating to loans and interest rates, which are published on the official website of selected companies.

Accounting entities in culture

The bachelor thesis on Accounting entities in culture deals with the accounting entities in the field of culture, especially with theatres. Its intention is to describe the historical development of these entities and their effective legislation in 2014, to determine their main resources of financing and to answer the question: What is the situation of private theatres in the Czech Republic? The theoretical part is focused on defining entities (theatres) in the field of culture and their historical development. It further describes legal conditions for doing business in the field of culture under commercial law and defines the types of legal forms of business in the Czech Republic. The following section analyses the specifics of the companies operating in the field of culture in terms of sales for tickets and financing of these entities in the form of grants. The practical part is focused on analysis of financial statements of 10 theatres in the Czech Republic in terms of quality reporting. In particular financial statements is analysed financial position and financial management of private theatres. In conclusion there is a brief assessment of the fulfilment of the objectives of the thesis.
