The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the logistic system of the company ANTARES, s.r.o. and proposes it’s expansion and improvement. The theoretical part explains the basis of logistics issues and its general terms. The following analytical part describes the current state of the business and the state of logistics system of ANTARES, s.r.o. In the third part, the thesis deals with the proposal of expanding the company, improving its logistic concept and designing an efficient managing system.

Construction technology project of the Sports Center in Brno

This diploma thesis concerns construction technology preparation of a sport centre in Brno, Řečkovice. The objective of the thesis is to design economically appropriate course of construction works, in accordance with technological requirements and principles of health and occupational safety during the realization of particular structures and parts of the construction. The thesis contains basic information about the construction, the developer, the author of the project documentation and about conducted surveys. Further it includes the construction technology project, its financial and time effort, traffic relations of the construction site, the situation of the construction site, proposal of the machinery equipment, economical of the principal construction machinery and technological standard. This thesis is focused on lower gross fabric with special foundation on pylons.

Prices of transport structures with a focus on road infrastructure

The aim of this work is to introduce the pricing for traffic constructions, more precisely for the road infrastructure in phase of preparation and realisation. There is a specific example of the cost estimating of a realized construction presented here. Then there is an analysis of an example focusing on the compliance with the financial limit of the planned construction. In the theoretical part of this thesis basic information about the traffic in the Czech Republic, a brief overview of the process of construction of roads, and price creation of the road structures with increased attention to cost estimating and possibilities of financing of roads are mentioned. In the last part of the work the evaluation of the work and samples of interesting facts about the current financing of transport constructions are presented.

Drug transport using microbubbles

This bachelor thesis deals with the research in field of medical usage of microbubbles, specially focused on ultrasound iniciated cavitation of microbubbles filled with drugs. Thesis includes technology of manufacturing, chemical composition, efects of cavitated microbubbles on tissue and description of mechanism that occurs during the aplication of ultrasound triggered microbubbles. Second part deals with mathematical description of microbubble under acustic pressure using the Rayleigh-Plesset equation and equation for microbubble with membrane are presented. The MATLAB script for calculation of physical parameters describing state of microbubble is also explained.

In the analytical part, a second part, familiar with the company and its market activities. Last practical part deals with current order processing in the company and the benefits and shortcomings of the deployment sites for the new, larger premises in Brno export and import distribution center.

This bachelor thesis deals with tandem trailers connected to tractors and their use in agriculture. Main part of the work is devoted to the structural elements and nodes of these machines. Another part I described by some national and foreign manufacturers of transport equipment used in agriculture. The remain part is devoted to the legislative conditions connected with this issue, the overview of technical parameters of individual product categories and their subsequent critical analysis.

Design of transport mechanism for the stationary robot

This bachelor's thesis describes design of the transport mechanism for the autonomous robot. The main aim is modification of the chassis and design of the control mechanism. The designed concept comes out of requirements assigned by external company. It also includes the list and description of various considered concepts. The final construction variant is divided into several construction sections described in the thesis. The check calculation of potentially critical part is specified in the final part. The result is design of the transport mechanism for the stationary robot which serves as multifunctional kiosk.

To Dvur Kralove by train - Transfer Terminal in Dvur Kralove nad Labem

The new transfer terminal in the former royal town of Dvůr Králové nad Labem brings together and connects public transport with individual. The main objective of the proposal is the functional merger of public bus and suburban bus services, pedestrians and the introduction of train connections on the existing siding. At present the town is mainly associated with the ZOO Dvůr Králové and is perceived more as "Dvůr by ZOO" then city itself with history. As a result of popularity of ZOO city loses a substantial part of the tourists. Concept of design is based on lines that lead or guide the passenger to the given points of interest in the city, but the primary remains a clear open space with direct links to the surroundings - the city. The proposal focuses on passenger comfort and easy orientation in space in response to the anticipated development of the structure and infrastructure of the city with the restoration of its identity.

Preparation and realization of the railway viaduct in Ostrov nad Oslavou

This Diploma thesis deals with the preparation of the realization of the railway viaduct in Ostrov nad Oslavou. Realization of major technological stages is addressed in building technological study. Technological processes of each sub-job phases are supplemented by technical regulations, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, inspection and test plan, schedule of occupational health and safety, time and financial plan construction, construction budget, a plan for securing material resources. I also worked out the technical report of the building sites facilities including drawings needed. I also worked out design rehabilitation of the substructure of the railway viaduct, which is consist of technical regulations for remediation work and drawings.

Continuous vertical conveyor for transport the goods

This diploma thesis deals with the existing of transportation unit products and designing of a better conceptual solution of continuous elevator with fixed section of a gravity and roller conveyor. This type of conveyor is specified mainly for the transport of boxed products from the lower floor to the another. The diploma thesis is substantiate by the proposal of assemblies machines. It includes a complete 3D design, engineering and functional solution that is supported by basic strength and the check calculations. The attachments consist of the drawings of the proposed facility.
