It analyses the current regional situation in Kyjovsko region and characterizes project´s usefulness and availability. This proposal follows the structure of formal project application. It emphasizes market, financial, economic and environmental views and assessments of the project.

The object of the bachelor thesis "Proposal of marketing mix for CK Azzurro“ is to analyze the marketing strategy of the travel agency Azzurro and make suggestions and recommendation in the given sphere of business. The first part is concerning with the different theoretical marketing approaches for creating a marketing plan. It engages in tourism, its forms, categories and its importance to the economy. The practical part deals with the travel agency Azzurro, especially its current marketing strategy focusing on tourism with characteristics of a specific segment. In the next section there are defined some data based on the previous research important for a marketing plan and finally a draft of the plan itself is formed.

OpenStreetMap Infrastructure Based Map Server Web Interface

This thesis deals with designing and implementing web map application targeted at tourist. The main focus of this application is to shift usage of map from just displaying static data to point, where the map itself serves as a canvas which user can use to store pieces of information relevant to planned trip. Part of the thesis is to design attractive easy to use user interface. The application was implemented with HTML, JavaScript, CSS and PHP with MySQL on server. The client uses OpenLayers library for displaying map and jQery and jQuery UI libraries to implement application logic and user interface.

Návrhy týkající se marketingové strategie vychází z dotazníkového šetření, následného vyhodnocení výsledků a nalezení nejvhodnějších návrhů umožňující zefektivnění marketingové komunikace a které mohou vést ke zvýšení počtu klientů společnosti.

The diploma thesis is the proposal of the pilgrimage church with the addition of the second functional unit as the pilgrimage area near to the stream „Svatá voda – Kaménka“. The proposal claims to raise former pilgrimage area and natural element, and also to provide spiritual and psychological support to pilgrims/visitors. For that reason, there are provided residential programs in the area. The building program corresponds to demanding enter and capacity. Capacity of the church is up to 250 people, in the main liturgical space on the ground floor. The growth is possible on the gallery on the second and third floor. Areal also including restaurant, lecture hall and spiritual centre. That works on a spiritual stay program for singles or couples. There is also a meditation garden and parking lot aloof.
Caravan Club

The bachelor thesis describes the evolution and changes of the phenomenon of organized caravaning in our country from its beginning and its boom to the present. Due to the breadth of the selected theme in the monitored period, from the 1970s to 2019, I focus mainly on Western Bohemia, specifically the Caravan Club Pilsen, of which my family is a member. Part of the book is the autobiographically written memory of Jan Valenta, who wrote the club “Chronicle” from around 1980 to 2011, archival photographs and authorial texts and narrative interviews. The caravanist's biographies allow us to look at both the specifics of this phenomenon and the form of tourism, as well as the functioning of Czech society in the period of so-called normalization and years after. The research as an “insider-caravanist” and the editing of available material resulted in a printed book that maps the historical development and transformations of CC Pilsen from a personal perspective.
Communication Mix of Selected Travel Agency

The main subject of this thesis it to improve the communication mix of selected tour operator LAYNO Tour s.r.o.. This tour operator is focused on young people. This thesis is systematically divided into three parts. First part contains the theoretical interpretation, defines important terms of marketing and communication mix, and presents a theoretical framework for the two following parts. The selected company is introduced in the second part. This part also deals with processing and evaluating of the analysis of internal and external environment, current level of marketing mix and communication mix of the tour operator. The findings from these analyzes are summarized using SWOT analysis. In the third part, based on the outputs of the analytical part, a proposals of specific tools of the communication mix are presented to be applied.
