The subject of my thesis is the design of new sports center in Hlučín. The sports center has three squash courts, a gym, spinning, two exercise rooms, a sauna and a bowling alley with a bar. The building is a basement, has two floors and is covered by a single casing flat roof. The structural system of brick Porotherm. The proposal respects the sports center city plan Hlučín existing street and buildings. Further emphasizes the layout including wheelchair access, collateral design for the static, architectural, energy conservation, fire safety and safety in use of the object.
Family house

Bachelor thesis deals with new detached house in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The work aims to develop design documents for bulding construction. The detached house can be inhabited by 4 to 6 family members all year long. The building has 2 above-ground floors and a basement. Double garage is a part of the house too. The building is based on the Porotherm brick system and the basement is built of Best concrete bricks of permanent shuttering. The building has a shed roof and it is situated on flat terrain.
Roman spa and sauna world

This thesis was prepared as an architectural study. In front of his graduate-seminar was a study on urban concept and the building Aquapark Brno - Zidenice hillside snakes. This thesis deals with the extension of the complex of Roman baths and sauna world. This is a two-storey building without a basement cubic shape. The proposal emphasizes the functionality of the service, interior design of the building and the overall expression
Sports centre

The theme of master’s thesis is the newly built sports center in Rosice. This work aids to develop design documents for building construction. The building is partial basement, four-storey. The building is designed of systém Heluz with cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. The roof construction is single-flat, over part of the building is composed of timber truss Gang-nail. In the building there is the bar with bowling alley, squash, small multipurpose sports hall, fitness room, table tennis and spinning. In the basement are designed three saunas. Tennis courts with playground are outside next to the building.
Sporting centre Krumlov

The dissertation is composed on theme OF THE SPORTS CENTRE KRUMLOV. In this three-storey building, there is the squash hall, table tennis, fitness hall, sauna for 6 persons and a café. In the garden that belongs to the building, there is projected a course for minigolf, playground for pétanque and tennis court. Constructional system is projected from lime-sand bricks, concrete beam ceilings and glued wooden beams. The roof is flat. External surface finish of the building is the ventilated facade.
Facilities of sports complex

The diploma thesis deals with a new construction of a sports complex facility in Žďár nad Sázavou, Vysočina region. It aims to develop project documentation for construction work. The building is located near the town’s centre, on the unconstructed land under the town’s ownership. The object is supposed to serve as a facility for athletes. The building’s plan is regularly-shaped, formed to the letter “L”. It has two above-ground and one underground floors. In the object, there are a wellness area, gym, dressing room, restaurant, administrative part, and an apartment for the manager of the building. This is a classic brick building, which is based on both strip foundations and square footings. Bearing perimeter walls in the underground floor are formed from lost formwork. Bearing perimeter walls in the above-ground floors are formed from Porotherm cut ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of Spiroll panels. Partition walls consist of Porotherm non-bearing cut ceramic blocks. The object is roofed by a flat single-skin roof and a vegetation roof. All external walls are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system.
High standard detached house on a slope

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room. The swimming centre in Humpolec

The diploma thesis is concerned with the swimming pool compound which is situated in the area of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the town Humpolec and it contains the complete documentary materials (documentation) for the execution of the project, fire safety solution to the building with respect to building physics, structural assess of wooden constructions and air- conditioning of the swimming hall. In the swimming compound there is a swimming hall with five swimming pools with the total water area of 605,4 m2 (swimming pool, the swimming pool for non-swimmers, relaxing swimming pool, whirpool, wading pool) and other additional services – four saunas with bar, massages,solarium and two buffets. The capacity of the swimming hall is 286 persons, the capacity of the whole compound is 418 persons. As for the shape of the building, it is designed as five rectangulars of different heights embedded into each other. Under the part of the swimming centre there is a basement and its external ground plan size is 61,33m*52,83. The basement serves as utility rooms of the whole building. The load-bearing construction of the swimming hall is designed using beam girders and pillars, made of glued laminated timber. In the rest of the building there is a brick construction system. Around the swimming hall there is a glass fronted facade.
Apartment resort Velke Karlovice

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is a reconstruction of apartment house and change of its functional utilisation to apartment resort. It is located on the outskirts of Velké Karlovice in CHKO Beskydy. Current object is in the form of two mutually-shifted blocks with slightly inclinated saddle roof. It is created from 3 above-ground floors. In the ground floor are garages and cellars, in second and third are located the apartments, more precisely 8 of them. The main idea of the project was to keep the original object and simplify its fundamental shape. Add and remove something. Proposed changes finishes the fourth floor with four other apartments. Newly the object contains 12 apartments. On the ground floor is cafe, wellness with sauna and inner pool, utility room and cellars. Apartments contain an open plan, one bathroom and one bedroom, every residential room has access to the outside - balcony or loggia. Perimeter walls are combination of original bricks and new ceramic brickwork Porotherm and it is newly insulated with mineral wool. Monolitic reinforced concrete ceiling constructions are original, as well as staircase. New wooden roof truss has been created because of extension of attic floor.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of consumer behaviour in the field of visiting saunas. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts that are necessary to understand the whole thesis. This section also describes the main factors that influence consumers in their purchasing decisions. The practical part contains all the analyses carried out and on the basis of their results, proposals for appropriate communication with individual types of consumers are made.
