Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou chování spotřebitele v oblasti návštěvy saun. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, které jsou nezbytné pro pochopení celé práce. V této části jsou rovněž popsány hlavní faktory, které spotřebitele ovlivňují při nákupu. Praktická část obsahuje všechny provedené analýzy a na základě jejich výsledků jsou vypracovány návrhy vhodné komunikace s jednotlivými typy spotřebitelů. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of consumer behaviour in the field of visiting saunas. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts that are necessary to understand the whole thesis. This section also describes the main factors that influence consumers in their purchasing decisions. The practical part contains all the analyses carried out and on the basis of their results, proposals for appropriate communication with individual types of consumers are made.
