Design of a winch for a manual crane
Kolínek, Jakub ; Czakó, Alexander (referee) ; Rekem, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the construction of the winding mechanism of the historical hand-operated crane JŽ 600, not only covering the construction itself, but also giving a general overview of the hand-operated cranes used today. The work further addresses the description of the individual components of the hand-operated crane, their function and the requirements placed on them. Many concepts contributed to the emergence of the final design, which was gradually modified to be functional, meet all safety requirements based on the standards and not be unnecessarily complicated. For the strength verification of components with complex shape the finite element method was used. The result of this work is a functional design of the winding mechanism used for the reconstruction of the incomplete crane JŽ600.
Design of a lifting mechanism for artificial lighting for hydroponic cultivation
Černoch, Lukáš-David ; Máša, Vítězslav (referee) ; Naď, Martin (advisor)
The work deals with the optimization of lighting for hydroponic systems in terms of energy efficiency, using a lifting mechanism. It is based on the selection of a suitable lighting, stroke solutions and the possibility of simple automation. The introductory part analyzes the basic principles and variants of hydroponic farms, their advantages, disadvantages and description of partial parts. The work is focused on the design of the light lifter mechanism, so it describes in more detail the different types of lighting for growing plants, and also summarizes the various lifting mechanisms from which it is chosen the most suitable. Subsequently, a 3D model of the selected mechanism was created including a motion study. The final part of the practical part was the price return calculation of the mentioned mechanism.
Stroke mechanism of bridge crane
Wiesenberg, Adam ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a design of the lifting mechanism of a workshop bridge crane for a load capacity of 32,000 kg. The introductory part of the work is focused on a brief introduction to the issue, then there is a critical search of similar existing design solutions with related chapters dealing with the evaluation of concepts and selection of their own solutions and then follows the chapter Classification of crane and hoist. The second part of the work deals with the design and calculation of the main parameters of the lifting mechanism, including the choice of steel rope, rope hoists and calculation of the size of the rope drum. In other parts, the design and inspection of the rope drum, the selection of individual components of the lifting mechanism, such as the electric motor, gearbox, brake and clutches. The conclusion of the thesis contains the selection and method of bearing inspection, the design of the drum pin and the procedure of inspection of the tight spring joint. An integral part of the work is also the drawing documentation of the overall assembly of the lifting mechanism and the welding subassembly of the rope drum.
Analysis of Tower Cranes Working Cycles
Kurková, Dita
Tower cranes are a commonly used lifting mechanism in the field of construction. It is possible to achieve the time and financial efficiency of construction and reduce safety risks by their correct design and coordination. This article describes a procedure of measuring the working cycles of tower cranes in order to analyze the recorded work shifts for selected partial construction processes, determine the duration of crane operation and perform a statistical evaluation of the measured values. The measured values will serve as input data for the following research, which will deal with the design of a simulation mathematical model of the tower crane system to assess the technical performance of the tower crane system in relation to the construction schedule.
Crab of container gantry crane
Doležel, Radek ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Pokorný, Přemysl (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with design of crane trolleys, with a load capacity of 80 t and a lift height of 22 m. This crane trolley is constructed for a gantry crane used in a container transshipment yard. The gantry crane ensures the relocation and transfer of containers to means of transport. In this work, one specific type of a crane cat with two lifting drums and four travel wheels is calculated. The work is divided into three main parts. The first is a brief search of lifting devices. The second part is computational. The last part is focused on assembly drawings and welding of the main frame.
Crane cat of a stoplog handling crane
Oliva, Petr ; Nezbeda, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the design of a crane trolley with the main and ancillary lift according to the specified parameters. The aim of the work is the elaboration of technical calculations and drawing documentation. The technical report deals with the design of lifting mechanisms, travelling mechanism and design and strength control of the crane frame. The drawing documentation includes a stroke assembly drawing, a travel assembly drawing, a frame steel structure assembly drawing, and a general crane cat assembly drawing.
Scrap crane cat - rotating part
Begáň, Matej ; Basista, Filip (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with a design of a rotating part of a crane trolley of a scrap crane with a load capacity of 110,000 kg, which is situated in an exterior environment. The aim of the diploma thesis is a design and calculation verified design of the lifting mechanism, rotation mechanism and the design of a spacious traverse, which is used for the manipulation of the scrap trough and casting ladle.
Construction Project for Implementation of Multifunctional Building
Mičjaňová, Lívia ; Venkrbec, Václav (referee) ; Nečasová, Barbora (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of the technological project of the multifunctional building DASS in Martin. It is a two-storey building that will serve for the needs of DASS company. The diploma thesis assesses the building as a whole and focuses on selected technological processes. The work consists of the technical report, study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, technological regulations for monolithic reinforced concrete horizontal structures and for vegetation flat roof, design of main construction machines and mechanisms, design and assessment of lifting mechanism and control-test plans for structures from technological regulations. Furthermore, a time and financial plan is developed. Than staff balance and a schedule of selected technological processes of the main building is processed. At the same time a construction site project, a health and safety plan, a noise study and LEED 2009 CORE & SHELL are prepared for the construction of a multifunctional building. The work is further supplemented by a specialization focused on the analysis of the contribution of green roofs on energy efficiency of buildings.
