Exhaustion control system
Bršel, Boris ; Šebesta, Jiří (referee) ; Fedra, Zbyněk (advisor)
Topic for my bachelor’s thesis is control system of exhaustion for wood industry. It´s very comprehensive issue, and since I am without bigger experience in this division I have chosen to create easier model of exhaustion system. I would like to continue in this project in master´s thesis too. My thesis consists in description the requisites for system like this, draft of the making and also practical making for joinery manufactory. I have decided control the parts of system by microcontrollers, which communicate with each other wireless and also decide about activity of parts of system of exhaustion in workshop like this. The role of this thesis was also to compare achieved results with other possibilities of control of exhaustion from the economic and technological site too.
Wireless meteostation
Marčišovský, Peter ; Pavlík, Michal (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design of weather station, which is able to measure temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, direction and speed of wind and intensity of solar radiation. Whole device is divided into two parts. The sensor part situated in exterior and display part situated in interior. Wireless communication is used to communicate between this two parts. Measured data are displayed on display situated in interior in regular intervals. In addition, measured data are displayed in GUI application and stored to file, after connecting weather station to PC using Bluetooth module.
Digital room thermostat controlled via internet
Bača, Martin ; Fuchs, Michal (referee) ; Dvořák, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the ideological design and realization of digital room thermostat and a temperature sensor selection. The device is designed as three units communicating wirelessly. Outdoor unit and control units sensor provide data for the control circuit of microcontroller ATmega16. Microcontroller choose the boiler operation based on senzor data. Thermostat can be remotely controled
Embedded Transmitter and Receiver Firmware for Wireless Communication in SRD Band
Vomáčka, Martin ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis analyzes wireless communication in range of unlicensed ISM band. The aim was to design and implement a transmitter and reciever firmware for utilization in minor custom projects. Wireless communication was secured by Aurel modules operating in the 868 MHz SRD band. The transmitter and the receiver are controlled by MSP430 microcontroller mounted on the FITkit laboratory equipment.
Wireless Communication in Home Automation
Prokop, Michal ; Gutman, Jiří (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is about how to make wireless communication network by IQRF technology which is intended for a home automation. It’s created by using DPA custom handler. This network can be made without programming thanks to DPA custom handler. This wireless network is realized by light model that is controlled by coordinator or by a button on a node. After that I measured latency and energy consumption on several various synchronous network and asynchronous network.
Mobile robot control system
Jiruška, Jiří ; Kříž, Vlastimil (referee) ; Hynčica, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with wireless mobile robot control. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part deals with design and implementation of communication protocol based on IEEE 802.15.4 providing communication between robot and PC. The topic of the second part is mathematical description of DC motor and rpm controller design.
Advanced Weather Station with Image Transmission
Augustin, Stanislav ; Fedra, Zbyněk (referee) ; Povalač, Aleš (advisor)
The content of this diploma thesis is a hardware and software design of advanced weather station with image transmission. The meteostation consist of two units - outdoor and indoor unit. Outdoor unit provide processing measured values from temperature sensor, atmospheric pressure sensors, rain gauge and windmeter. It also provides processing of captured image and wireless transmission of measured values to indoor unit. Indoor unit should provide comfortable meteostation controlling and visualization of weather situation by web interface.
Control system for air monitoring
Chlumecký, Karel ; Levek, Vladimír (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
The master’s thesis focuses on the development of household device which allows the user not only to measure quality and properties of air in individual rooms but also allows graphical display of measured values via wireless transmission. The work first deals with selection of a suitable microcontroller and then the wireless communications and used peripherals are briefly described. Furthemore, the work deals with the design of the device itself, its hardware and software equipment, as well as its construction. The financial costs are also analyzed in this work. Part of the work is the final testing of the completed equipment for measuring in two rooms of a residential house.
Wireless Communication for Home Automation
Sezima, Václav ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Hanáček, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of wireless communication among devices and sensors for home automation. The goal is to design and implement a device known as the gateway that is passing messages and commands between sensors and controller that controls them from central point, e.g. computer or mobile phone. A part of this thesis is also a creation of several sensors for the purpose of testing and demonstration. The gateway and sensors are based on development boards WEMOS and Arduino and supports multiple wireless technologies for communication with among themselves and controller.
Arduino/RPi weather station
Rolný, Jakub ; Šoustek, Petr (referee) ; Hůlka, Tomáš (advisor)
The content of the work is the design and creation of indoor and outdoor weather station, which can sense the required quantities using sensors. The measured data of the outdoor weather station, which is powered by a solar panel and battery are monitored on the online platform Arduino IoT Cloud using the NodeMcu ESP8266 development board, which is capable of wireless communication. The indoor weather station, which is based on the Arduino Uno development board, displays its measured data via a display.
