This thesis describes a design of a travel agency headquarters building. It is a four storey building without a basement made of longitudinal cast-in-place concrete frame system. The building is roofed with non-walkable flat roof and two terraces. Two flats are located in the facility in addition to offices, a café, a shop, a tour saleroom, a small storage, a departure waiting room and other facilities providing quality operation of a travel agency. The land on which the building is located is designed as a car park and parking areas for smooth departure of the travel agency clients.

This master’s thesis deals with creating a business plan for the foundation of a travel agency. The thesis consists of three parts, a theoretical part, an analysis of the current situation and the proposal of a business plan. The theoretical part describes the principles of formation of a business plan and legal forms of business. The business plan is formed based on the analysis of the market into which the new travel agency enters.

The thesis focuses on creating a business plan for a travel agency, which will sell tour packages online. The theoretical points of the work necessary to elaborate the business plan, presented in the first part. The second part of the thesis analyzes the internal and external environments. In the third part, the practical part, there is a concrete business plan for establishing an online travel agency and proposals for solutions.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the existing communication mix of the company operating in the tourism industry and presents proposals for its improvement. The work is divided into three main parts. In the first theoretical part I deal with important concepts in marketing. In the second part, I analyze the company and in the third part, suggestions for improvement are made on the basis of the analyzes.

Marketing Plan of Travel Agency

This work focuses on a proposed marketing plan for a travel agency AVANTI-TOUR. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. The first, theoretical, part describes the basic terms of the marketing area. The second, analytical, part characterizes the travel agency and its current marketing and communication mix. This section also contains an analysis of general and business environment, marketing research and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analytical part, the third part presents proposals for the improvement in promotion and overall situation of the agency on the market.
