Reconstruction of TJS Mistrice Football Complex

Civil freestanding areal, with main building and two fields (small and normal foofball fields) Bulding have 2 parts. Parts of original is reconstruction and adjustment 2 floors. Second building is completly now, both of this parts are cross connection on the 3rd floor. Construction of foundation are strapped foting and on strip foundation. Ytong brick, hangr Spiroll . Roof is flat. Civil part of building are using for invalid people.
Multifunction house

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new multifunctional building. The building will be located in the city of Brno, in the district of Zábrdovice, in street Vlhká. The building is divided into residential units, offices, a dental office, a café and a technical background. The building is designed as a terrace house in blank space, non-basement and with four above-ground floors. The residential part has 2 flats 3+kk. Part of the residential areas includes storage areas and garage. Non-residential premises include a café with hygienic facilities, administrative part of individual offices, storages and hygienic premises, dental office with waiting room and background for employees and technical facilities – technical room and air-condition machinery. There are 17 parking places, of which 1 for people with limited mobility and 1 for motorbike. The object is based on piles. The peripheral load-bearing structures are walled of sand-lime blocks. The ceiling structure consists of prestressed ceiling panels. The building is sheltered by hipped roof, which is made of gang-nailed-connected timber truss. The stairs are prefabricated. During processing the emphasis was put on the appropriate layout, building-construction and architectural design and safe use of the building. Project documentation is processed in Allplan.
Congress centre Humpolec

This thesis describes the design and processing of the convention center. The proposed house is located at the top of the square of Humpolec in the area designated for the construction of public facilities. The building consists of a basement, where there is a garage for the car owner and stores food for the kitchen. On the first floor there is a reception, restaurant and facilities for the kitchen. On the second floor are conference halls. In the third and fourth floor is accommodation for guests. The restaurant is designed for 55 people inside + outdoor terrace can seat about 30 people. Conference halls are designed for 90 people. Accommodation is for 28 guests. Outdoor parking is for 40 cars. Perimeter bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete + insulation. Interior bearing walls are made of reinforced concrete, interior non-bearing brick walls HELUZ. The ceilings are made of overstretched Spiroll panels and boards reinforced cross. For ceiling is plasterboard ceilings. The roof home is designed as a single-layer flat. Heating is effected by the heat pump. Wooden windows are six-chamber, aluminum doors. There is a staircase and an elevator. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair.
Home for the elderly

Subject of the master thesis is detail design documentation of a home for the eldery. My building is located in the center of the village Chomýž. The thesis includes architectural and structural designs, concept of technical systems and assessment of the building’s energy performance. Home for eldery contains 8 apartments. My building is fully wheelchair accessible. The building has two floors. On the first floor there are four apartments, canteen, sanitary facilities and technical equipment. On the second floor there are four apartments, community centre, doctor and hairdresser. The foundations are made of concrete foundation strips. Load-bearing walls and non-load-bearing walls in all floors are made of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure on all floors consists of precast floor slabs. The staircase is also designed as precasted. The building is covered with a flat extensive green roof. Thermal insulation of the facade will be made of polystyrene. The drawings were elaborated in AutoCAD software.
Sports center

The theme of diploma thesis is the newly built sports center in Uherský Brod. The building is partially cellar with two above ground floors. The building is designed from Porotherm system and from prestressed concrete floor slab Spiroll. The roof is warm flat roof. There are 4 squash court, lasergame hall, fitness room, gym, bar and restaurant with bowling.
Kindergarten FUTURUM

The content of the bachelor’s thesis is the design of a kindergarten in Brno, in the Masaryk’s district. The plot is a part of the school complex, where the Cyril and Methodius Church Elementary School and Cyril and Methodius High School already stand. The land here is sloping to the east. The design of the building with two above-ground and one underground floor corresponds to this. It is a new building of a preschool institution with two sections with capacity of 24 children per section without its own kitchen (food will be prepared in the kitchen for elementary school and high school and then transported to designed kindergarten). The building is situated in the eastern part of the plot and the western part is used as a garden for children. Barrier-free entrance to the building from Havlíčkova street is provided by a footbridge connected to the roof terrace at the level of the second floor. The building is bricked with Porotherm blocks. The construction of the ceilings is made of prestressed Spiroll hollow core slab. The roofs of the building are flat and partly walkable. Non-walkable parts of roofs are designed as green roofs. The facade of the building is horizontally divided into two parts. The lower part is lined with artificial stone and the upper part of the facade is made of white plaster. The windows in the children’s classrooms are round and different sizes. This element reflects children’s playfulness.
Mountain guesthouse

This diploma thesis is dealing with the solution of four-floor mountain guesthouse with one floor underground and three floor overground on parcel 1953/16 in Low Tatras, Slovak republic. The parcel is situated in the cadastral region of Horná Lehota. The design of the mountain guesthouse is solving the architectonical, technical and building solutions of the object according to the requests of investor. Underground floor is designed from DT concrete blocks, which are waterproofed by the bitumen felts and thermally insulated by the extruded polysytrene. Overground floors are made from ceramic blocks HELUZ and thermally insulated by ETICS system from mineral wool. The roof of the object is made from pitched roof constructed from timber trusses, which are connected by gangnail steel sheets. The purpose of this project is to create modern and comfortable builidng, which provides pleasant environment mainly for fans of tourism and downhill skiing, but also for other visitors.
High standard detached house

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of a family house with two upper floors and an underground floor in Trubějov. The proposal is made on the level of project documentation for a realization of the construction. The family house is situated on the plot no. 259/10 under the cadastre authority of Trubějov. The construction system of the walls is POROTHERM, which is based on concrete strips and roofed with a flat roof. The ceiling construction consists of prefabricated ceiling panels Spiroll. The entrance to the house is situated on the north-east side. The floor plan of the house has a L-shape, which is floor-wise stepped in rectangles. The project was made using the computer programme AutoCad.
Technological phase of the upper structure of the hotel building in Horní Bečva

The content of this bachelor thesis is the construction of the Mountain Hotel. The bachelor thesis solves the realization of the rough top structure with focus on the masonry supporting constructions and realization of the ceiling construction using the SPIROLL panels. It includes a technical report focusing on the technological stages, the situation of the construction with the transport routes, the area statement, the technological regulation for the masonry structures, the technical regulation for the realization of the ceilings using the SPIROLL panels, the technical management of the building equipment, the budget item, the time schedule, the design of the machine assembly, and a test plan and, finally, health safety at work.

This diploma thesis presents processing of the design documentation for public service building. The scope of this work is in accordance with ordinance 499/2006 and latter amended 62/2013. There is a small brewery in the building, as well as a pub, tourist apartments and the owner's flat. Building is situated in Vranová, Blansko district. It is a three-story building without basement, roofed with flat and mono-pitched roofs. The ground floor consists of a pub, a brewery and a communication wing dividing the building in the middle. The second floor consists of hostel type tourist apartments with shared facilities. The third floor belongs exclusively to the owner of the building who has an apartment there. The building is bricked, complemented by an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Floor structure consists of SPIROLL panels. Design documentation was developed in AutoCAD software.
