Theoretical part describes investment concepts, the theoretical and legislative parts of hedge funds and decription of the various methods used in practical part. The practical part is focused on the selection, analysis and comparison of the hedge funds. Proposal part contains investment recommendations of the portfolio of funds which meet requirements of the management of ABC fund.
Analysis of Market Prices for Residential Properties in the Specific Locality

This bachelor´s thesis analysis the market price of estate and the way of financing. For the first, it defines the basic terms from market of real estates, performs the division of this market based on various criteria and deals with real estate financing options. The practical part is summarized in three parts. The first part is an analysis of the real estate market in Ostrava, then the analysis of apartments in selected city districts for selected criteria related to the average price and in the last part, it proposes an example of way of financing real estate.

Influence of Reconstruction of the Long-lasting Elements on the Price of Real Estate

My thesis deals with the influence of reconstruction of the long-lasting elements on the market price of the property, specifically on the family house. For a case study, I chose reconstruction of the roof, and its load-bearing part, because the reconstruction of this long-lasting element can be found in most cases. A case study is solved in the form of valuation of house before and after reconstruction, and it is done by two methods: according to the decree,by the comparison method and market valuation and also comparative method.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of Holiday Cottage-type Real Estate in the Locality of Vranov Reservoir

This dissertation thesis focuses at the beginning on the basic terms in real estate appraisement, a history of chosen locality and an explanation of basic costing methods there were consequently used in a practical part of the thesis. The practical part consists of description and appraial of five recreational real estates and aims to compare chosen methods of costings that are suitable for given type of real estates. A final of the thesis summarizes the ascertained prices and deals with statictical evaluation with focus on choosing the most suitable method for garden cottage colony in Vranov dam locality.
Proposal of a Real Estate Company Organisation Structure

The presented dissertation is concerned with legal problematics connected to founding of real estate trading company, its hierarchy, and possibilities of managing and directing of this type of company. Futhrer, the dissertation investigates possibilities of such enterprise to be incorporated in one of the occupational unions (organizations). Least but not last, the paper researches the services that should be provided by a professional company of such type. The dissertation is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part builds on the Commercial Code, where the rules concerning trading company are founded. However, the dissertation also uses various textbooks on management which describe various types of organization structures, that have been created by advancement in organization of human activity. In the practical part, I shortly mention the importance of the hierarchic order of a given society in reaction to a change in development on the real estate market. I also investigate the possibilities of real estate companies to create occupational unions (organizations). Further, I describe advantages and disadvantages, as well as the specific aspects of such behavior. The backbone of the dissertation is the fifth chapter. It is dedicated to the proposal of an organization stucture of a Real Estate company, as well as to the choice of legal form such a company should occupy, and finally, it is dedicated to the services, which should be provided by such company.
Comparison of Selected Methods of Valuation of holiday cottages in the Village of Dolany near Olomouc

The diploma thesis is devoted to a comparison of selected methods of the valuation of real estate type holiday cottage in Dolany near Olomouc. In first part is presented the location Dolany, next is presented the basic terms related with real estate valuation and first part will complete description of valuation methods. The practical part will include valuation of five selected holiday cottages. They used valuation methods: comparative method, cost method and direct price comparison. The result will be valorization of appropriateness methods used for different types of valuation and their evaluation with the best method for chosen property type in the locality.
The Application of Fuzzy Logic for Evaluation of Offers

The Master’s thesis describes the process of selection and evaluation of offers on the market of real estate. The thesis includes the selection of suitable flat for the clients of reality group M&M reality holding a.s. on the base of defined criteria and their importance at using the fuzzy logic. The target of this thesis is the contribution of a functional, understandable and transparent model for the evaluation of the real estate’s offers with the use of fuzzy sets.
Advertising for the newly established Real Estate Agency

The aim of the thesis is to find and propose appropriate advertising for the company Czech world of estates, Ltd. The theoretical part is there in order to explain all the connections to our issue. The core of the thesis is the practical part where the company is described and further analyzed by the survey. The results of the questionnaire are always clearly displayed in graphs . The result of the thesis is a design of an appropriate advertising for the company, including the financial remuneration.
OPTIMIZATION OF ANALYTICAL METHOD FOR CALCULATING THE WEAR OF BUILDINGS

The dissertation focuses on the problems associated with determining the amount of wear (finding the remaining technical values) that are being addressed. It deals with an overview of the different methods used. The basic premise of the thesis is a comprehensive overview of the calculation procedure and the methods used. This area of wear does not except the price regulation precisely defined procedure, nor are they addressed the circumstances in which that would be the method to be used. Various possible methods or inaccuracies may result in questioning the expert opinions as at trial. In conclusion of this dissertation is shown how the calculation procedure should wear for what purpose should be used and it is also proposed several alternatives.
