Robotic Table Football
Mareček, Petr ; Matoušek, Radomil (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the design of robotic table football with the realization of the construction and control a single axis of table football. In introduction are described previously developed solutions. Next chapters contain a selection of specific gaming table and specification of linear, rotary motor. There are presented design visions with the placement of selected component together with proposal location of sensor system for ball detection. In the end of design section is specification and solution of placement safety features. The programming part of the thesis involves the implementation of a communication interface for data processing from the control algorithm of robotic table football.
Communication between B&R PLC and PC
Šlichta, Pavol ; Lebeda, Aleš (referee) ; Burlak, Vladimír (advisor)
Objective of this thesis is to examine the software support for company B&R and creation of functions that handle input and output for the PLC. At first we look at basic communication techniques for the PLC. Important part of the thesis describes PVI which is esential for connecting the client. The main goal of the thesis is to implement these functions in Simulink/NI LabView. Functionality of this solution is showcased in the example at the end of the thesis.
Control of smart house model
Becová, Lucia ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
My thesis deals with the control of intelligent and comfort house. The first chapter contains a model of the irrigation system , recovery of the electronics and simple applications for testing. The second chapter deals with the recovery model of gate and garage doors. The third chapter is focused on the management of lighting in the house and its surroundings. The fourth chapter is devoted to visualization via the Power Panel PP481.
Model of the Water Level Control
Karola, Ladislav ; Dokoupil, Jakub (referee) ; Chomát, Luděk (advisor)
The Bachelor’s Thesis deals with problem of water level control. Author de-sign the simulation of a real technologic process. Thesis is analyzing mathematic model of system. Mathematic model is realised in Simulink. Next point is built a model, which simulates this real technologic proc-ess. There is implemented microchip ATMega16. Thesis includes descriptions of model parts. Model is controlled with Power Panel 400 series by B&R Company. Project also contains a Visualisation of technologic process. The last points of Thesis are comparison of theoretic data with real data, com-pilation of a brief manual of model and instruction for laboratory work.
Communication Between MATLAB and PLC
Zbranek, Miroslav ; Dobias, Michal (referee) ; Chomát, Luděk (advisor)
The aim of this work is to study the software support of The B & R company, and to develop a program based on this study which is displaying data in MATLAB. Various options of a creation of the communication with the PLC will be studied then. The best method will be selected from available methods. This method will be realized. The result of this project is a creation of a graphic interface for displaying the PLC variables, a creation of files and graphs.
Model of electric furnance for heat-resistant material processing
Franek, Lešek ; Malounek, Petr (referee) ; Dvořáček, Martin (advisor)
Content of the document is to create model of kiln, compare result with the real kiln. There is described 3D design in SolidWorks application, creation of a physical model in COMSOL Multiphysics and its export to Simulink. Subsequently is described the Simulink scheme, functions of program parts and visualization in B&R Automation Studio. The obtained results are compared with measured values. There is also described the design of a controller with a off-line identification.
Technological process simulation
Dostál, Jiří ; Veselý, Libor (referee) ; Malounek, Petr (advisor)
This paper deals with a design of an inverted pendulum model and its controller in Matlab/Simulink, a conversion of the model and its controller to the ANSI C language and its implementation to B&R PLC's. The source code for B&R PLC's is generated automatically by the B&R Automation Studio Target for Simulink library. The first part deals with the design of a mathematical model of the inverted pendulum and its simulation in Matlab/Simulink, followed by a design of a LQ controller for this model using Matlab functions and a description of the B&R Automation Studio Target for Simulink library. The last part of this paper deals with the implementation of the model and its controller into two separate B&R PLC's, which are networked with the Ethernet Powerlink industrial fieldbus and it also describes visualizations that were designed for operating the system.
Petri nets Visualization on Power Panel
Krechler, Michal ; Malounek, Petr (referee) ; Chomát, Luděk (advisor)
KRECHLER, M. Petri nets visualization on Power Panel. Brno: VUT in Brno,Faculty of electrical engineering and communication, 2009. 75 p. Supervisor Ing. Luděk Chomát. In bachelor's thesis is solved Petri nets problems in simulation of industrial process. Is oriented on use functions of Automation Studio 3.0 in dynamically creating Petri nets on display of Power Panel. Is created several Petri nets for controling models.
Creating communication between Power Panel
Motl, Jakub ; Malounek, Petr (referee) ; Chomát, Luděk (advisor)
Theoretic part of my bachelor's thesis deal with possibilities in communication between Power Panels, made by B&R company. Describes possible communication between more PLCs, visual facilities and list of B&R company products. Furthermore some technical literature, RS232 interface, Ethernet, Ethernet PowerLink, CAN, PVI manager. The Practical part describes how to make a communication using INA 2000 protocol dedicated RS232 interface, Ethernet net with star topology. Furthermore program solution with regard to snake game visualization draft.
Servomotor with electronic commutating and his control and adjusting.
Schmied, Miloš ; Chomát, Luděk (referee) ; Pivoňka, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis of the actuator ACOPOS and its accessories. There are described the cascaded control loop concept and the setting servomechanism from B&R Automation with the important parameters. We follow the draft a speed controller servomotor with a load with the regards to knowledge of the control system. We compare the different methods of labor control actuator at last. There are implemented laboratory tasks of Position servomechanism and speed servo controller-on-load as a demonstration of our achieved results.
