Filming underwater
Dvořáček, Šimon ; BRABEC, Jaroslav (advisor) ; HYNEK KRÄMER, Kristian (referee)
The topic of this thesis is "under water shooting ." Text deals with the theoretical and practical problems associated with underwater filming. Given the empirical type of the thesis, the text focuses on the personal experience gained during the filming of underwater scenes of Menandros & Thais movie, I worked as director of photography for. All the experience I gained during the preparation and the actual filming should be benefit to those who will in the future address this issue. The first part of the thesis is a brief history and theory of diving. It describes development of diving equipment from the the beginning until today and explaines the theoretical minimum for underwater filming. The second part is a description of underwater battle to the detail, where I worked as a director of photography on the preparation, implementation and finalization. This chapter is divided into five parts. The first part deals with the initial concept of underwater scenes. The second part describes the preparation for filming. The third and fourth parts deal with the implementation from rehearsals up to filming. The last, fifth part focuses on the reflection of the underwater scene. Here I outline what was brought to the reality from the concept.

This transformation and centralization is related to the five regional hospitals, namely Hospital Decin, Hospital Chomutov, Hospital Most, Hospital Teplice and finally, the largest hospital in the Usti region Masaryk Hospital Ústí nad Labem. In the theoretical section identifies and analyzes possible ways to transform hospitals. The practical part describes changes in the legal and organizational structure of the five regional hospitals from their earliest beginnings to the present day. Based on the SWOT analysis and financial analysis of annual reports from the period before and after transformation and centralization analyze the use of synergy effects, which were created in the process of transformation and the rise and who are/should be a guarantee of efficient use of scarce resources. The main output of my work is to evaluate the transformation in terms of growth potential for increasing efficiency and design of certain roads leading to even greater use of synergies.

Ergodic Theory
Lisko, Adrian ; Hlubinka, Daniel (advisor) ; Štěpán, Josef (referee)
This Bachelor Thesis compiles basics of ergodic theory. Motivation for writing this text was interesting topic and linkeage between it and the mathematics already learned. The Thesis begins with defining measure-preserving transformations and continues with recurrence and Poincarré's recurrence theorem to ergodicity and Birkhoff's ergodic theorem and mixing. In the end, it is shown that Birkhoff's ergodic theorem generalizes Kolmogorov's strong law of large numbers for stationary random sequences. Theory is demonstrated on a handful of examples of basic transformations.

Rybová, Kristýna ; Burcin, Boris (advisor) ; Hulíková Tesárková, Klára (referee)
Impact of demographic changes on healthcare expenditures in the Czech Republic Abstract This work aims to analyse the influence of demographic changes on public healthcare expenditures in the Czech Republic. The first part displays particular factors having effect on healthcare expenditures with a special focus on demographic characteristics. In spite of the fact that the expenditure level seems to be mainly affected by the economic output of particular states and new technology development, while the influence of demographic fluctuation is of minor effect so far, this situation is likely to change. The next part presents the health care expenditures evolution in the Czech Republic from the beginning of the nineties. The data sources confirm that these expenditures keep growing just the same way as in other states in the world. The last part defines and quantifies the foreseen scenarios of the above mentioned health care expenditures depending upon demographic evolution. The results of those scenarios are being compared with other analysis results focusing on analyzing the influence of ageing process and health condition fluctuations on expenditure levels in the Czech Republic as well as in other EU countries. Keywords: population ageing, health care, costs of dying, health, new technologies, healthcare...

Analysis of books and magazines supply chain and the sale organisation
MACHARTOVÁ, Martina
Supply chain is a network of companies involved in products and services distribution ranging from the raw materials acquisition on one side to the customers satisfaction on the other side. It concerns a whole system composed from producers, processors, distributors, sellers (retailers or wholesalers) and customers. The main focus of this thesis is a quest for general relations and differences between logistic chain of books and that of magazines. At first the books supply and distribution chain ranging from the author to the final customer is analysed. In this supply chain no redundant links or no distribution channels are found. In the other part of the work the supply and distribution chain of periodicals ranging from the author to the final customer is analysed. Neither in this chain are redundant links, we can even say that this chain is more elaborate and more simple in the distribution of the press to sellers than the preceding one. Both of these chains work on similar basis. From the very beginning to the very end they use almost the same links of the chain. The principal difference between these two chains is the nature of the goods to which all the distribution and sales operations are related. Another important difference is a durability of magazines and books on the shop counters. The books are delivered to bookshops continuously during several months, on the contrary, magazines issues depend on their periodicity. This difference leads to the varied use of warehouses. One of the aims of the thesis is also the analysis of the information, material and finance flow among the links of the chain.

Veniamin, Ivan Peresvětov, Juraj Križanić in Russia (and historio-cultural context of their works)
Příhoda, Marek ; Svatoň, Vladimír (advisor) ; Lášek, Jan Blahoslav (referee) ; Veber, Václav (referee)
Monk Veniamin (2nd half of the 15th century), Ivan Peresvětov (1st half of the 16 th century) and Juraj Križanić (1617/1618-1683) are remarkable thinkers of the late Middle Ages and the early Modern Period. There are several interesting features common to all three of them which make the research of their works in a single monograph well-founded and inspiring. Each of the authors came to the territory of the Moscovian state from a different cultural and linguistic milieu. In each case the moment of their arrival and their stay in the country could be classified as a landmark in the historical and spiritual development of Eastern Europe, accompanied by a revaluation and relativization of the preceding tradition. Monk Veniamin arrived in Novgorod during the final phase of the process of "the collecting of Russian lands" when a fundamental question for the Moscovian society opened - the issue of the Church possession and its potential secularization. Ivan Peresvětov came to Russia at the beginning of the reign of Ivan IV. Vasiljevič in a period of prospective changes; Juraj Križanić on the eve of the reforms initiated by Petr I. Alexejevič. At the point of their arrivals to Russia Veniamin, Peresvětov and Križanić were all well-experienced men with a great intellectual outfit originating beyond the spiritual...

Puchmajer's poetry collections. The birth of contemporary Czech verse
Dobiáš, Dalibor ; Červenka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Jiráček, Pavel (referee) ; Langerová, Marie (referee)
The submitted work uses the example of poetry collections of A.J. Puchmajer (Sebrání básní a zpěvů /1795, 1797/ and Nové básně /1798, 1802, 1814) and other contemporary poetry, theoretic and critical works in the wider context of forming of new Czech prosody and meter system. The focus is put on treatise of verse problems in the traditions of Czech literary-scientific structuralism and development of this scientific tradition; further on the interpretation of relevant social, philological and poetological discourse of the end of 18th and beginning of 19th century with primary focus on literary works; and finally on the treatise of processes, by which the new Czech verse formed, in relation to older local literature of 18th century and current European context. In the general concept of literary science, the reform of the Czech verse, as performed by Slavist J. Dobrovský (Böhmische Prosodie, 1795), represents a milestone, perhaps even the beginning of new Czech prosody. Older "lower" syllabism (prosody directed by the constant number of syllables in a verse) and "higher" quantitative metrics (based on the alternation of long and short beats as in the ancient literature) were criticized by Dobrovský as archaic, insufficient (syllabism) or being contrary to the spirit of Czech language (quantitative metrics)....
