The analysis of Slovakia´s life insurance market

This thesis is aimed at the development and current situation on Slovakia's life insurance market. The first part discusses the impact and the structure of life insurance in general. It focusues on describing and comparing elements, which are typical for insurance, as well as its intermediares. The second part analyses public opinion on the question of life insurance. It shows the level of people's knowledge and awareness of this topic. It also provides insight into their need to take out this kind of insurance and what the main reason leading to this is. Views on providers and the importance of the overall life insurance market are summarized within a wide range of respondents, differing in age, gender and level of education.

Analysis of tax share on economy of municipalities in the Czech Republic

This Thesis focuses on assessment of tax revenue in the structure of income in the budgets of municipalities. A sub-component is an analysis of revenue and expenditure structure and outline the issue of budgetary allocation of taxes.The theoretical part summarizes the conclusions of previous guidelines of economic theories that focus on local government finances , describes legislation and financial management of municipalities in the Czech Republic, introduces the topic of budgetary allocation of taxes. In the practical part analyzes in detail the real budgets of three municipalities different in size which are located in the administrative district with extended competence Písek. Currently, in the Czech Republic is the issue of small municipalities being discussed. Therefore, the theoretical part touches the issue of small municipalities, too and the analytical part follows with the selection of examples from the smallest size categories, i.e. to 199 and from 200 to 499 inhabitants and for comparison there is also the example from the biggest size category, i.e. over 20 000 inhabitants. I was dealing with the structure of municipal revenues and expenditures in the average numbers during the period 2007-2009 for all three selected municipalities and then with development of tax revenues in the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. At the end is made the comparison of the villages to the average numbers recalculated per capita in the period of time to eliminate some incidental variations and lower the risk of distortion.

The prescribed (registered) capital of limited companies, its creation and protection

Resume Registered capital of a capital company and its creation and protection The dissertation work deals with one of the most important institutes of contemporary company law which is registered capital of a capital company and its creation and protection. The institute of registered capital has developed in historical consequences and still develops. The ideas of the registered capital of a joint stock company and its creation and protection as well as the ideas of functions which registered capital should undertake inside and outside the company and principles which should be followed for this purpose have stabilized within the European (continental) legal culture in an opinion scheme which can be generally called "a doctrine about a creation and maintenance of registered capital". The principles undertaken by this doctrine are anchored in the laws of the countries of the European (continental) legal culture mainly by cogent rules of law. The aforesaid doctrine has been a subject of polemic at the experts level and there has long time been an endeavour about a revision of this relatively stable system with reference to its imperfections. Legal consciousness of school-age children

Despite of the fact that the Czech Republic i s a developed country there are sti ll some challenges to be faced in childrens rights domain, mostly in involving children into everyday life of society connected with their participative rights. The thcoretical chapters analyze the childrens rights movement, and the implementing and monitoring ofthe Convcntion on the Rights ofthe Child both on the intemational and national Ieve!, with emphasis placed on Roma population in the Czech Republic. The research was focused on the lega! awareness of Czech school children with special consideration for Roma children as well. About one thousand children expressed their opinions and attitudes toward their rights.

This work analyses direct selling as an alternative way of supply of goods and services. There are information about the possibilities of direct selling and the success of this branch is introduced on an elected firm. The first theoretic part contents definition of direct selling, its advantages and disadvantages and information about organization supporting this branch. The second part presents the particular firm, Amway Česká republika. The conclusion resumes the results of a questionnaire about opinions of consumers using direct selling.

Financing of softball club in Czech Republic

Shrnutí: Cílem práce je vytvoření přehledu o možnostech financování sportovního klubu, který má formu občanského sdružení. Práce je rozdělena na tři základní části. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody, způsoby a teoretická východiska, které jsem při tvorbě přehledu použila nebo z nichž jsem čerpala. Analytická část je zaměřena na jednotlivé analýzy, které byly prakticky využity na SK Krč Altron. Obsahem syntetické části diplomové práce je marketingový plán SK Krč Altron, návrh dalších možností financování a rozšíření aktivit klubu. Shrnutí v anglickém jazyce: The aim of the study is creation of a list, where are described possibilities of financing sports club, which is in form of civic association. The study is divided into three parts. Theories and ways which I used in the process of creation of a list are described in the theoretical part. The analytical part is focused on specific analyses which were utilized practically in SK Krč Altron. Marketing plan and proposals of further possibilities of financing and expansion of club activities is content of the syntetical part of the study. Biosphere reserve Sumava as a tool for sustainable development of the area

My diploma thesis is focused on the subject of biosphere reserves, as an example of special protected areas, with special regard to BR Šumava. There is examined its current situation and its contribution to sustainable development. At the same time there are being found out the opinions, attitudes and expectations of key local stakeholders and other persons and organizations concerned towards the institution BR Šumava. This thesis deals with optimal functioning model of BR Šumava and its future sustainable development.

This Master´s work deals with the relation of T. G. Masaryk and The Czechoslovak Church. The goal is to give reasons why Masaryk has never entered the Church despite the Church highly recognized his ideas and was based on many of them. The output of this work is supposed to be mostly the analysis of Masaryk´s texts besides the biographical texts and the written texts dedicated to the Czechoslovak Church. This work can be divided into three main parts. The first part follows Masaryk´s religious development. The second part comprises his opinions on particular religions issues. The third part introduces the basic information about the Czechoslovak Church and the last, fourth handles especially Masaryk´s attitude to the Church.

The Practical Use of Games in Chemistry Lessons Mgr. Jana Horáková This rigorous thesis concerns with the practical use of the games within science lessons (chemistry) at secondary school level. The possibilities of motivating methods in the term of didactic games are summed up in the introduction. The thesis contains six suggestions regarding the didactic games useful in chemistry lessons. The following statistical assessment of the practical uses of didactic games takes into account students' opinions got in a research. The conclusion contains the facts about suitability of the practical uses of didactic games which could be possibly helpful in other educational fields.

Theatre Movies

The focus of this bachelor thesis is theatre movies. According to author opinion theatre movies are those which, adapts dramas and at the same time keep certain theatre techniques.
The main part explains and describes film methods and their function in the narration. The next shorter part is dedicated to theatre it explores dominant principles and their forms of using. Author continues with brief summarization of differences between film and theatre.
In the concluding part author explores two movies that he considers as theatre movies, trying to delineate how theatre methods influence film.
