In my bachelor thesis I will deal with the development of business activities of the family company DUDA-koupelna, s.r.o., by establishing its new branch in Brno. Theoretical bases of the work will be used in the analysis of the external and internal working environment of the current state of the company. Based on the data I will create a proposal for corporate development, which will show whether the establishment of a branch pays off.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of financing business activities. Bachelor thesis consists of 3 main parts: theoretical, analytical and proposal. The theoretical part will provide us with basic information about individual sources of financing, strategic and financial analysis. The knowledge that was obtained in the theoretical part is subsequently applied in the analytical part. Proposal part contains the choice of the most appropriate form of financing.

The subject of the thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the foundation of a new company. The company is focused on teaching a foreign languages. This thesis defines basic concepts, objectives, methods, and theoretical knowledge necessary to clarify the subject matter on the basis of which a specific business plan is drawn up. In the conclusion of the thesis, the evaluation of the effectiveness of investing in a particular idea is summarized with the help of dynamic indicators.

The bachelor's thesis is focused on creating a marketing mix for the establishment of a new family bistro. The first part describes a theoretical background of marketing and marketing mix. The next part analyzes the current state of the brand, which will be further developed into a bistro. In the last part, there is created the marketing mix. Next, there is analyzed the situation of the micro- and macro environment. Also, there is a financial and time schedule of the whole solution. In the end there is also a business risk analysis.

The diploma thesis deals with assessment of the information system of selected company which focuses on providing services in financial field. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical background and analytical methods are presented, which are used in the analytical part. The second part of the thesis presents the company, its analysis and information system analysis. Based on this, the final part of the thesis proposes a change that leads to the efficiency of processes in the company and to the elimination of detected deficiencies.

The second – the analytical part – explores the business environment, competition and potential customers. In the last part the business plan is created.

In the final part, based on the performed analyzes, the business plan itself is created, including all legal requirements within the Czech business environment.

This diploma thesis is focused on creating a business plan for establishing a yoga center, which will be located in the district of Brno-Žebětín.The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of business, strategic analysis and creation of business plan for a new company. The analytical part consists of SLEPT analysis, Porter's five forces model, marketing research and SWOT analysis. The proposal part includes the structure of the business plan, in which the design of business model, marketing plan, financial plan, time schedule and risk analysis are worked out.
