Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření vlastního podnikatelského záměru, kterým je zřízení soukromé mateřské školky se sídlem v Brně – Králově Poli na Sadové. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. První se týká teorie, kde jsou stanovena teoretická východiska, která dávají podklad pro zpracování analytické části. Druhá – analytická část – zkoumá podnikatelské prostředí, konkurenci a potenciální zákazníky. V poslední části je vytvořen samotný podnikatelský záměr. This master´s thesis is focused on creating its own business plan, which is the establishment of a private kindergarden based in Brno – Královo Pole on Sadová. The work is divided into three parts. The first part refers to the theory, where theoretical poinst are established, which give the basis for the processing of the analytical part. The second – the analytical part – explores the business environment, competition and potential customers. In the last part the business plan is created.
