To what extent are financial statements applicable for settlement among the owners?

This thesis is focused on settlement with shareholders leaving a limited liability company. The process of dealing with leaving shareholder is based on determination of so-called settlement amount, which expresses the reward belonging to the shareholder for his business share. Settlement amount is defined by czech law and there are also several precedents issued by courts, which help to specify interpretation of the law. The aim is to define how a company should settle with a shareholder in order to do it fairly and honestly.

The process of constructing social status during transition to new classroom

The aim of the research was to describe and understand the process of constructing social status during transition from elementary school to high school. The theoretical part focuses on the classroom as a social group, there is described the social structure of the classroom, as well as the most common roles and sociometric positions that occur in the classroom. There are also discussed relevant topics about adolescence and possible ways for exploring social relations within the classroom. In the empirical part I present a qualitative research, in which have been involved five high schools from Prague and its surroundings, N= 104 students. For this purpose two questionnaires were used - sociometric rating questionnaire SORAD and questionnaire mapping experience of the individuals in interpersonal relationships and their satisfaction with the change of the school community. Based on data analysis and interpretive methods, I conclude that social status is constructed in the earliest interactions between members and there is only a little variability. Social status is made up of two categories - relational skill, which is expressed by popularity, and social force, that is expressed by the ratio of power in the group. Selected aspects of everyday life in the region of Teplice during normalization and nowadays

The change of the political and economic system, started by the Velvet Revolution in 1989, meant also a change of society, consisting in a change of lifestyle, life attitudes, values and behavior of individuals. The essential theme of this thesis is the change of everyday life in response to the change of social system in the selected area, specifically in Teplice in northwest Bohemia. The thesis compares selected aspects of everyday life in two periods separated by the Velvet Revolution - normalization and post-revolutionary period. The research method is oral history which offers an insight into the lives of "ordinary people." The first part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical concepts of memory and everyday life, which are used for interpreting the research. The research is formed by the comparison of memories and attitudes of two groups of narrators. Narrators growing up during normalization and narrators growing up in post-revolution period.

The Importance of Municipal Budgets for Public Budgets

This diploma thesis deals with the importance of municipal budgets for public budgets. The essential part of the public budgets is formed by municipal budgets therefore the condition and balance of state budget is largely influenced by balance of these budgets. From the general point of view, municipal budgets also influence the possibility of attaining the economic and political goals of state. The aim of this thesis is to show on the basis of financial indicators' analysis the changes in municipalities' budgets over time, to interpret the development of their financial situation and to create a projection of their future evolution. For these purposes, the municipalities will be divided according to their size category.

The topic of this thesis is: "Iconographic meaning of theatrical costume". It is based on a play written by Jean Anouilh. The thesis concerns topics from wide range of theatrical costume and his meaning on a stage. The sense of this thesis is to describe all attributes of a costume and to find his iconographic signification. It is essential to discover in a costume his iconographic symbology: moral, social, political or alegoric. Searching of inner interpretation lets get a new point of view of whole play and its costumes. There is a definition in this thesis which shows a meaning of a symbol, an iconography and iconology. Main part discuss theatrical costume. Other parts of the text describe characters of a play: Thomas Beckett or God honor and all attributes of their costumes like material, colour, cut, form and composition.

Target of thesis is to analyze economic and social potential of investments into energy sector particularly renewable energy source such as photovoltaics. Is estimated that increasing consumption and its constantly increasing price will result into even more blackout and electricity shortages. Energy security and its access are vital assets in development and key source for economic and human development. Without access to this asset the development is less likely to occur in Ghana. 2. Willingness of foreign investors to invest in middle and long term horizons in territory of Africa is low due to economic crises and political instability. To increase potential to invest in energy sector in Africa and particularly Ghana it is necessary to start with development aid into sector to convince potential investors in capability and rational retail ability of such investment. Development of such projects can have positive effects on both Ghana and EU in social and economic aspects. 3. By processing this thesis by doing cost benefit analysis of aid into photovoltaic power plant as form of development aid provided by EU and contributed by Ghana. Analyze influences of incurred expenditures on economic development in economic accountable equations. 4. In analytical part of thesis use cost benefit analysis and SWOT analysis based on historical-comparative method. The transformation of China and repatriation of qualified work force

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to map and analyze the information about chinese emigrants in western coutries focusing on the student community. Another aim is to analyse their return to China after they finish their studies on western universities or after their works in various areas for example management, engeneering and so on. The work is divided into five chapters. First chapter has a role to bring near the chinese community abroad focusing on the overseas students. Second chapter is devoted to the evolution of chinese universities in history. The third chapter focuses on the community of returned students or academics and their position in chinese society. The last but one chapter is devoted to government programms and other motivational factors, which contribute to the repatriation of qualified work force back to China. The final chapter is focused on the impact of the returnees on private as well as public sector. In conclusion we summarized and interpreted possible trends in repatriation and repatriation politics for qualified work force.

This diploma thesis, The phenomenon of digital labor and its diverse practice in use of blogs in the Czech Republic, aims to bring the current definition of the concept of digital labor and its applicability into the Czech blogosphere. The theoretical part of this work focuses on the demarcation, definition of, and perception of the concept of digital labor, and the blogosphere, which is mainly based on theoretical concepts of Christian Fuchs, Sebastian Sevignani, Ursula Huws, Trebor Scholz, that proceeded the political economic theory of Karl Marx. The analytical part of the thesis presents the environment of the Czech blogosphere, which is based on the interpretation of the data of quantitative research conducted in the Czech Republic as part of a wider project IPREX BLOGBAROMETERM in 2014 and 2015 and secondly on qualitative research, which aims to answer the research question, if Czech bloggers perceive their creative activity as work and leisure activities, or merge their very different activities in one. Film Music of Dmitrij Shostakovich

The topic of my bachelor thesis is to introduce film music of Dmitrij Shostakovich, to study some of the major compositions, which are partly analyzed, but without any concrete example. My goal is to bring the reader closer to the way the composer dealt with this particular kind of music, which is of no lesser quality to his standart repertoire. I managed to illustrate political situation of given time period and conditions in which the works were composed, eventually edited. An the end I would like to recommend some of the recordings with great interpretation of film music of Dmitri Shostakovich.

Ludwig van Beethoven´s piano work in years 1802-1812

My bachelor´s work is called Piano work Ludwig van Beethoven in 1802-1812. These years are interesting because from 1802 he started to write pieces with his original style and in these ten years he wrote a lot of piano pieces. I devided my work to three chapters and every one have smaller separate chapter.First chapter is called Ludwig van Beethoven in years 1802-1812, where I first time write about politic situation in this period, then more deeply about his life and illness and at least I write little about his relation to piano. Next chapter is Piano work in years 1802-1812, where I analyse piano pieces formally, first time variations and fantasies, piano sonatas and at least piano concertos. The last chapter is all dedicated piano sonata f minor op. 57, whre I trie more deeply analyse this piece formally and also analyse interpretation.
