Téma své bakalářské práce Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s diagnózou karcinom ledviny jsem si vybrala na základě skutečnosti, že karcinom ledviny patří k těm nejnebezpenějším nádorům a jeho incidence je největší právě v České republice. První příznaky nádoru často souvisejí až s metastázami, a skutečně účinná léčba, která by dokázala zvrátit nepříznivý osud nemocných s takto pokročilým onemocněním, nám stále chybí. Díky rozšířenému používání ultrazvuku se však v posledních letech zvýšil záchyt lokalizovaných forem nádoru, které mají při správné léčbě relativně dobrou prognózu. Ultrazvukové vyšetření je u nemocných často indikováno pro jiné potíže a nález karcinomu ledviny je pouze náhodný. A právě tato náhoda figuruje v případu pana M. S., který mi poskytl vzácné informace pro napsání této práce a souhlas s jejich uveřejněním. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části: klinickou a ošetřovatelskou. V klinické části se zabývám anatomií a fyziologií ledvin. Následně uvádím základní informace o panu M. S., tzn. okolnosti jeho přijetí na urologickou kliniku k operačnímu řešení karcinomu ledviny, jeho stav při přijetí a vlastní průběh hospitalizace. Projection of Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia in the Czech Republic.

The Czech Republic, as well as other developed countries begin to be penalized by aging of population. Increasing the proportion of older segments of the population is increasingly the subject of various technical reports from the economic field. These reports highlight the disadvantages of this change in age structure. Medical studies indicate dementia as a test of health and social connectivity system and as a threat, because with the increase of elderly population is expected the increase of the number of people with dementia. Estimate of this work confirms this hypothesis. The attention to this issue is very small in the Czech Republic. Understanding the Word problems on Motion

The topic of the thesis was selected based on the long term interests shown by the author in course of her studies. The thesis is a follow up of previous research activities that focused on word problems and the use of experience gathered from them. The whole issue of word problems on motion was selected as the example of typical problems, which children have to face at school, and therefore, they acquire more or less a specific procedure of solving them (as established in prior research). They provide option to draw comparison of their type resemblance and comprehensive variants and of the pupils' capability to implement the acquired procedures when the problem is getting more difficult. This was one of the objectives of the thesis. Another objective was to monitor the specifics of this type of word problems and also the related specific solutions including specific errors the pupils make when solving these types of problems. Furthermore, the objectives include monitoring and analyzing the different pupils' procedures from the qualitative point of view and the efforts to describe their mental representations of the problems and train of thoughts when solving them. Cleft sentences in English and Norwegian

The subject of this thesis is the use of the cleft construction in English and Norwegian. These languages employ a formally similar construction to focus a sentence element, but the use of the construction is not always identical. The analysis is carried out on English and Norwegian translations of Czech texts. The main aim of this thesis is to identify and analyse possible types of motivation for the use of the cleft construction. The studied types of motivation are the FSP, textual and syntactic motivation. The analysis of the FSP motivation is based on the theory of the FSP as described by Jan Firbas (Firbas 1992). The list of textual functions is based on the work of Jan Firbas (Firbas 1995) and Hilde Hasselgrd (Hasselgrd 2004). Some types of the syntactic motivation are proposed by Libuše Dušková (Dušková 1999: 319), but the types described in this thesis result from the present analysis. In addition to the motivation for the use of the construction, the thesis deals with Norwegian and English counterparts of the analysed cleft sentences. Legal and illegal migration foreigners on territory the Czech Republik

The paper I put forward is supposed to inform reader with problems of legal and illegal stay of foreigners in Czech Republic with regard to European union. First we will deal with a law about stay of foreigners on the land of Czech Republic and a law about asylum. This norms are thanks to our subject one of the most important and it{\crq}s necessary to have a good orientation in it. All stays of foreigners in our country is being governed by these laws. Fundamental part of this paper will deal with secondary analysis of data of legal and illegal migration on soil of Czech Republic with regard to EU. A part of this paper dealing with the law about stay of foreigners on the land of Czech Republic will structure for us a different kinds of stays of foreigners in Czech, that will be later splitted up and individually described. In that description we will find information who and under what conditions and from whom one can obtain the permit, what is it{\crq}s purpose, on the other hand also when, why and who can the permit cancel. In this part you can also find repressive steps in case of breaking this law. Also we mention asylum which is often being used to {\clqq}legalize`` the stay. With regard to the title of this paper you can also find here a part about European Union that describes and explains some of the basic, historical, functional and other information about EU. Basic information disclose for example the size, number of inhabitants, national anthem and other. Historical information describe the origin and development of EU. Functional information describe basic principles of functionality of different departments of EU. Secondary data analysis of legal and illegal migration of foreigners in Czech with regard to EU is the core of this paper. This part intends to inform the reader in whole about numbers, nationalities and other data about legal and illegal stay of foreigners in Czech Republic with regard to EU. Also here you can find all the data of all categories of foreigners in Czech in the year of entry to EU compared to the numbers of foreigners in Czech in the previous year. Data are analyzed from the ground, documentations and researches of Ministry of the Interior, Head Department of Police and Foreign Police. Precedence describe some cases of legal and illegal stays in Czech Republic. Some of the cases are very typical, other unique. Thanks to them you can get a concrete idea about real legal and illegal stays of foreigners in Czech Republic.

Legal regulation of beekeeping

67 Legal regulation of beekeeping No bees, no plants. Beekeeping is a nessesity, which warrants quantity and quality of agricultural production, that is why this section regulated by law. There is no special apicultural act in Czech republic. Legal regulation of beekeeping is divided into a few branches. Provisions, which are related to beekeeping are involved in Civil Code, Veterinary Act, Plant medicine Act, Foodstuff Act and so on. Most of provisions are involved in implementing regulations. Civil Code No. 40/1964 is concerned with statutory questions of a civil law, as a proprietary law, neighbour's rights and damages with beekeeping. Most frequent problems which the Civil Code deals with, are disputes between two neighbours, when the first one, who is afraid of bees asserts, that the other neighbour's beekeeping interferes with his owner's freedom, because he can't use his property. He may for example be allergic to bee stings. Civil jurisdiction answer the question what is a bee bothering and when is it adequate or unadequate. There are a few crimes possibly concerned with beekeeping, grounded in Criminal Code No. 140/1961. It might be felony theft, destroying another's property, and environmental leopardy. Dopady změn daně z příjmů fyzických osob v roce 2008 na příjem domácností

Práce se v první části zaměřuje na hlavní změny v dani z příjmů fyzických osob, na změnu ve výpočtu čistého příjmu poplatníka, na části zákona, které jsou díky změnám nadbytečná. Některé změny jsou pouze technického charakeru, vypouští se nadbytečné ustanovení, jiné se ruší úplně, u dalších se mění pouze hodnoty. Druhá část se zabývá výpočtem čistých příjmů u zaměstnanců a osob samostatně výdělečně činných. Třetí část srovnává změny v dani u zaměstnanců a u osob samostatně výdělečně činných, jak si která skupina polepšila a o kolik. Cílem mé práce je poskytnout ilustrativní srovnání dopadů změn v dani z příjmů na čisté příjmy jednotlivých poplatníků.

The aim of this bachelors thesis is to determine the effect of P2P lending on the economic indicators and the status of small and medium enterprises in the United States, specifically for the period form 2011 to 2015. To better understand the practical part, two first chapters will be focused on defining the concept of P2P lending and analysing the current situation in the United States. Besides that, it is also an emphasis on regulatory requirements which are newly starting to appear. This knowledge is later used in practical part, which analyse the state of SMEs and their way of financing, which makes them able to safeguard its economic growth and offer new job opportunities. All the essential facts, identified by market analysis, were described and evaluate in the overall summary.

Modern Asymmetric Cryptosystems

Asymmetric cryptography uses two keys for encryption public key and for decryption private key. The asymmetric cryptosystems include RSA, ElGamal, Elliptic Curves and others. Generally, asymmetric cryptography is mainly used for secure short messages and transmission encryption key for symmetric cryptography. The thesis deals with these systems and implements selected systems (RSA, ElGamal, McEliece, elliptic curves and NTRU) into the application. The application can test the features of chosen cryptosystems. These systems and their performance are compared and evaluated with the measured values. These results can predict the future usage of these systems in modern informatics systems.
