Po obecné charakteristice České republiky a Japonska jsou čtenáři přiblíženy důvody vstupu japonských investorů do ČR, práce Agentury CzechInvest a její japonské pobočky, nejvýznamnější japonské investice v ČR nebo soužití české a japonské (firemní) kultury v rámci jedné společnosti. Diplomová práce nenahlíží na japonské investice pouze z hlediska ekonomického, ale snaží se upozornit i na často opomíjený aspekt kulturní.

The aim of this work is to analyze the Georgia today, its ekonomic relations, political and economic order. Based on the analysis to highlight the strengths and weaknesses important from the perspective of a potential investor in or on the territory of Georgia. To achieve results of economic, political and other indicators, including the practical point of view and putting on the specifics of investment in the country. Work is worthy because nowadays in literature or in the Internet are only bits and pieces of scattered and poor information. Therefore benefit from the creation of a whole work is that it can serve as a relevant indicator of what the investor can approach when doing business in or with Georgia. Work structure is as follows: 1. Characteristic of Georgia (geopolitical characteristics, economic characteristics, external trade relations, specific factors for the development of the country, and current trade agrements with the authorities and private individuals and the presumption of further development) 2. Environment for foreign business entities in Georgia (the investment climate and investment incentives, the conditions for the foundation and operation of foreign businesses, taxation, customs and foreign exchange regime). 3. Opportunities for investment and business in present (perspective sectors suitable for foreign investors, the risks for foreign investment, the conflict in Abkhazia and Ossetia and practical recommendations)

Flat tax a slovenská daňová reforma

Práce se ve své první části zaměřuje na kompletní popis mechanismu fungování teoretického daňového systému ?Flat tax? a jeho nejčastěji uváděných vlivů na motivy chování ekonomických subjektů, jejich ekonomickou aktivitu, investice a tvorbu úspor. Druhá část práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů daňové reformy na Slovensku s účinností od 1. 1. 2004. Cílem této diplomové práce je popsaná teoretická východiska a dopady ?rovné? daně přímo analyzovat na příkladu slovenské ekonomiky, v jejímž institucionálním rámci je s drobnými odchylkami systém ?Flat tax? aplikován.

Options Fund for qualified investors

Práce se zabývá teorií investičního plánování a analýzou výhodnosti investování do nemovitostí prostřednictvím speciálních fondů kvalifikovaných investorů aplikovaných na vybranou firmu. Analyzuje ekonomickou podstatu těchto investic a otázky související s jejich výnosností a rizikem. V teoretické části je popsán proces investičního plánování projektu: jeho předinvestiční příprava i průběh realizace. Pro hodnocení efektivnosti investice jsou uvedeny vybrané ukazatele a metody měření efektivnosti. Nedílnou součástí investičního plánování je i zajištění financování, zde je uvažováno bankovní financování, jehož alternativou je právě fond kvalifikovaných investorů. V praktické části práce je popsány obchodní strategie vybrané firmy a její možná pozice na trhu rezidenčních nemovitostí. Jsou vyhodnoceny nejen finanční výkazy ale i výhodnost investování prostřednictvím fondu kvalifikovaných investorů. V této souvislosti jsou v práci zmíněna i nová pravidla nízké kapitalizace plynoucí z daňové reformy přijaté k 1. 1. 2008.

Foreign Direct Investments and Investment Incentives within the Central European region

The thesis deals with tpopics which refer to the term Foreign Direct Investment within the bounds of the Central European region or the "Visegrád group" (Czech republic, Slovak republic, Poland and Hungary) respectively. First, a detailed examination is conducted from a theoretical point of view in relation with the term Foreign Direct Investment. This part is then followed up by an analysis of the Foreign Direct Investments inflow into the mentioned region and a profound analysis of the Investment Incentives provided by the Visegrád group countries.

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem přímých zahraničních investic na českou ekonomiku se zaměřením na ekonomiku Olomouckého kraje. Práce se věnuje pojmu přímých zahraničních investic z teoretického hlediska, charakterizuje lokalizační faktory a efekty na hostitelskou ekonomiku. Přibližuje přímé zahraniční investice v České republice, jejich podporu a analyzuje vývoj jejich přílivu z historického, teritoriálního a odvětvového hlediska. Analýza vlivu přímých zahraničních investic na rozvoj ekonomiky Olomouckého kraje se zaměřuje na ukazatel nezaměstnanosti, mezd, hrubého domácího produktu a vývozu kraje.

Private equity is described as medium to long term financing of non-quated companies with high growth potential. Venture capital refers to investments made to get the companies off the ground or to expand. This thesis describes an investment process with focus on its crucial parts, identifies factors that make from venture capital a suitable partner for expanding abroad and analyzes development of provate equity funds in Central and Eastern Europe.
