Offer of tourism services in the selected destination on the list of UNESCO

The main objective of this work was through the analysis of supply and demand for tourism services to define the role of tourism for the site. Secondary objectives were to the impacts of tourism on local development. Further highlight the importance of registration destination on the list of UNESCO and to suggest ways to increase traffic to destination. The paper presents proposals to improve the supply of, and practical application of one of the proposals. The conclusion summarizes the results and the objectives of the work.
The Characteristic of chosen hotel Food&Beverage

This thesis deals with the issues of hotel services with emphasis on the Food&Beverage. In the theoretical part of the thesis the terms of accommodation and catering services are being defined. These terms are then used in the practical part that analyzes the Parkhotel Praha. Based on the analysis of the hotel, its Food&Beverage, and competition, the strengths and weaknesses are determined with the proposed solutions for the future improvement.

This thesis deals with the topic of accommodation and catering servises in a chosen tourist region in Scotland. In the theoretical part the thesis is focused on a definiton of the basic terminology of the accommodation and the catering services. The theoretical part is also about Scotland, its geography, history, highlights, scottish gastronomy and legislation of the Great Britain. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the accommodation and the catering services in the three cities. The last chapter of the practical part is focused on comparision of the services by selected characteristics.
Levels of food services in selected facilities

The main objective of the thesis is to find out the level of food services in the selected facilities through comparative analysis. On the base of primary and secondary information will be determined the food cost of selected catering services and its comparison with other catering establishments. A secondary goal is to obtain an overall view of the menu in the selected catering facilities, raw material costs, method of calculation, or the calculation of food cost and to design the appropriate structure of selected food services in terms of attractiveness and optimal food cost. Acquired knowledge enables to convert the created menu into practice and apply as a potential competitive advantage of the catering facility.

Bachelor thesis analyzes the market for accommodation and catering services in the area Veselí nad Lužnicí for a specific client group, for members of congress tourism. The goal is to design ensure the operation of the accommodation and catering business, including the peculiarities of the selected for this segment of clients. Data obtained by questionnaire survey, controlled interviews, observation and the observed secondary data helped reveal weaknesses in the area. Based on the observed data have been proposed for possible changes in the operation of the specific accommodation and catering facilities for this client group.
Marketing of Accommodation Services

The objective of this Bachelor's Thesis is to point out specifics in application of marketing instruments in services, particularly in tourism. The thesis also explains which marketing approaches are most appropriate for the hotel businesses and how to be brought into practice. Theoretical findings are subsequently applied to elaborate and evaluate current marketing management of hotel Kamzik. While writing the Thesis, several methods were used -- SWOT analysis of the hotel, analysis of external environment, analysis of competitors and segmentation of the hotel guests. From the results of the analysis suggestions were drown as to the improvement and consolidation of the hotels position on the market. Until now hotel's application of marketing management has been very limited, therefore marketing solutions proposed are of rather comprehensive nature. The last section of the Thesis elaborates prospective project of the connection of hotel Kamzik with another hotel, and creation of single chain of hotels and evaluates its advantages and disadvantages.
Operation analysis of accommodation facility in relation to tourism

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the market of accommodation in the region of Pribram and analyze the current product of hotel Hajek Pribram and then, based on the situational analysis, make recommendations for the development of services in the destination and development of services in the hotel Hajek. A partial objective was to determine whether area of Pribram is attractive for tourism and tourist attractions which lure many tourists coming to Pribram.
The analysis of the Types and Forms of Tourism in the Votice Region

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze types and forms of tourism in selected areas - Votice. A secondary goal is to design and innovate product offerings and prepare the package. Own survey confirmed two chosen hypotheses - in prevails Votice domestic tourism and visitors Votice and surroundings are more participants in transit tourism. Based on the results of its own questionnaire were designed to two product packages.
